What a gem! If you want a cute, conveniently located, comfortable place in Santa Barbara, look no further. Everything from the back patio to the rooftop garden was terrific, and we felt right at home. Short walks to the Funk Zone, the beach, State Street, and the harbor made this a 10/10 experience. We will return!

Spacious, clean lodgings on the first floor of an older home with very quiet renters upstairs. It worked great for our two-week stay in Ventura.

Everything was smooth from check-in to check-out! Our stay at James’ place couldn’t have been better. He was super communicative and the location was phenomenal, just steps from the beach and so many fun things to do in SB. Would love to come back!

Although the place was obviously older, they did a great job with decorating it and updating it. Jason was great and very responsive during the stay as well.

Amazing Stay – Exactly as Pictured! I had an incredible time at this beautiful Airbnb! The house was cozy feeling, clean, and well-maintained. Every room was exactly as shown in the pictures. The amenities were top-notch, from the spacious living areas to the fully equipped kitchen. You can tell a lot of thought went into making this space not only beautiful but also functional. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway. Can’t wait to stay again!

We had a fantastic stay at Jonathan’s place, we’re a couple with a young child. A great location and a lovely space, incredibly comfortable with high-end appliances and fittings. Lots of attention to detail, literally everything we could have needed was available. Highly recommend!

This stay was my fifth at Sebastian’s and I will keep coming back because of the perfect location — close to the beach and to the edge of town + funk zone.

This place was perfect for us! We loved the Pierpont community vibe. The beach was a 5 min walk away and there was a wagon for us to use which was wonderful. Instead of bunk beds like the listing photos, there were twin beds, which also worked great for us. We felt super at home and the host was extremely helpful when we had any troubleshooting to do. We would love to stay again!

Beautiful view with decks on 2 levels. there was also a private sunny back yard to relax in. we really appreciated the early check in.

Lovely! Charming house in great location. Very comfortable, clean warm and bright! It has a fully equipped kitchen, bathrooms and laundry room which made the stay a breeze. With a single level, it is easy to navigate for my mobility impaired Mom. Delightful place for our little family vacation. Plus the hot tub feels marvelous!

My family had a great stay in this lovely home in Goleta. The space is clean and spacious, with ample parking and a lovely backyard. It was easy to find and access, and it's a short drive to downtown, the beach, etc. We would definitely stay here again!

Our family’s stay in Santa Barbara was made so comfortable by this lovely home! It was so well equipped with all the kitchen and bath necessities, and it was so pleasant to look out toward the mountains while relaxing in the open living space. The location was so convenient and walkable to the beach, to State St., to 101, and to food markets and many dining options. The train made minimal noise on a predictable schedule and we enjoyed watching it come and go! We easily explored Santa Barbara from this easy and pleasant home base. Extremely happy with our stay. The location was exactly what we were looking for, it was easy to walk to the beach and areas we wanted to. A quick drive to markets and restaurants, and not far from other beaches we wanted to visit. The hot tub was perfect after the long walks and days. The beds were soft and plush. Full kitchen and laundry so we came home with no dirty laundry to do. So nice. We will stay again. Thank you for everything. We appreciated it so much.

Blake’s place was a very cute and cosy little bungalow in downtown Santa Barbara. The place is very small but was perfect for us. A very quiet neighbourhood with plenty of charm. We traveled from Australia and were travelling through. We absolutely love Santa Barbara. The place was squeaky clean with parking and all required amenities. Definitely worth staying here.

Jane’s place was very comfortable for our 10-day stay. The light was lovely, the kitchen easily accommodated two people cooking together, and each room was larger than I expected, vs. many airbnb rentals that are smaller than you expect based on the photos. It is an easy walk to a great produce market that has everything you need, Stearns Wharf, a delightful zoo, a bird refuge and of course East Beach. I took advantage of beach yoga there. Reunion kitchen at the CaBrillo Pavillion was very convenient and the food was quite good. Great latte!

This Airbnb stay was an absolute gem! The location couldn't have been more perfect. It’s just a short, pleasant walk away from a pristine and quiet beach where we could unwind and relax without the crowds. The neighborhood itself exudes tranquility and safety, making it an ideal retreat. Plus, it’s conveniently close to all sorts of amenities, from local eateries to ethnic shops. Norma and Uni truly went above and beyond. They were incredibly responsive, promptly addressing any queries and catering to our needs. Their attentiveness and hospitality added a personal touch that made our stay even more enjoyable. Whether you’re seeking a peaceful beach getaway or a cozy base to explore the area, this place checks all the boxes. I highly recommend it and would definitely stay here again!

Our family had a wonderful time at this space. The unit was comfortable, spacious and very well stocked. We enjoyed the short hike along the bluffs to watch dolphins and seals. We spent hours on the wonderful beach steps away. The comfortable heated pool and hot tub were a great way to end the day. We would love to return one day.

The view was amazing! It was far enough up the coast that it wasn't congested. There were plenty of beaches to choose from. There were several mountain trails close as well. You definitely need a car. We enjoyed driving the mountain roads(beautiful views) up to wineries and restaurants in the Westlake Village area. We also loved the unobstructed ocean views with frequent trips up the coast towards Oxnard, where we found authentic Mexican food. The neighbors were friendly, and the neighborhood was a great place to walk our little dog. We frequented theTrancas Dog Park which was well maintained. Our dog went to the Malibu doggy day care a couple times when we toured the Getty museum and did indoor activities, but most places were very dog friendly, she went with us everywhere! The condo had everything needed for a month's stay. All we had to get were groceries.

This is a wonderful property close to the beach and within walking distance of all local shops. The property had high quality furnishings including lovely shower products, high quality appliances and a super comfy bed. We had a lovely host and I will definitely return to this property.

Michael has a really nice spot near Ventura. Located near both the bay and beaches I would gladly stay again if in the area. Ventura is a beautiful town with a ton to do.
