My stay was great! Just needed a place to lay my head and this is exactly what I needed. Very clean and organized felt right at home definitely recommend!

This place was a private oasis within easy distance to Ashland and Randolph-Mason College. The house has wonderful early 19th century architecture and charm with updated amenities such as internet and modern plumbing. The house is tucked away on a dirt road back behind a corn field. There are plenty of places for you and your 4-legged companions to roam. There is a quaint garden out back, a grill, and a fire pit for those who love the outdoors. Indoors boasts a library, living room, kitchen and dining room all furnished with pieces in keeping with the history of the home. Up the narrow, winding staircases (there are 2) are 4 bedrooms and a second bath with a claw foot tub. Some of the electrical outlets have yet to be updated but the owners have provided power strips equipped with adapters. While I have to admit this may not be an option for city dwellers, people with very small children, or those with handicaps, I loved it and felt right at home.

This was one of my first trips at an air bnb and it was amazing. It was a bit dusty, but out in the woods like that it’s bound to be. The forest was beautiful, and the disconnect from my average day to day was made perfect by my experience here. From the local trails to the small pizza place nearby, this location was something special.

Krishna’s home was lovely. Honestly, the pictures didn’t do it justice. We were there to celebrate our grandsons 1st birthday and needed a space large enough to accommodate us and our kids and grandkids, and the house was perfect. 5 large bedrooms with TV’s in every room. The space was very clean and the kitchen was stocked with everything you would need. The neighborhood was very pretty and close to everything. Highly recommend! Thank you Krisna for being such a wonderful host!

I can’t thank Leah and J.R. Enough for their hospitality. When last minute changes to our weekend plans arose, Leah went out of her way to accommodate us even when it was probably inconvenient for her. J.R. Greeted us the second day we were there and was also so so so hospitable. The place is DARLING, everything you could need. The animals were so wonderful and sweet and the property is just stunning. I truly had the time of my life and I will definitely be back if I’m in the area!

Marie is very friendly host. I loved staying here! It was so beautiful, relaxing and clean, i didn't want to leave! 100% recommend staying here!!

Robert's place is an unusual Airbnb in the sense that it's in a very quiet and serene location. it's plenty spacious and comfortable to stay in, on an active farm. be aware it has no wi-fi which actually is a perk because you discover what it's like to be unplugged again. if you're looking for a peaceful get away this worked out great for us. It's convenient to access Kings Dominion which was exactly what we rented it for during our 2-day stay. Renters should be advised though that it is a quiet family-oriented place though and that should be something that they're expecting, quiet time is at 9:00 PM.
