We had a great stay,we were welcomed by a good guy Peter, who even recommended an easy route for our exit and drive back to the Elans race early hours of the morning 3:30 am

Heila was responsible for seeing us onto the property and getting us settled in. She kept us updated as to directions etc. Once in she sent us places to eat and recommended a biltong seller to us. We followed her directions and did some shopping and went for dinner. She also told us about the load shedding that night so we were back before it happened. Enjoyed the stay. The accommodation is great for a stopover.

was unfortunately not able to see the place during the day, but was an amazing overnight stay for us. Duska was very friendly and welcoming and the place was perfect!

We had the best time at Troutmere. Don't know who enjoyed it more, us or our fur babies. Beautiful and peaceful. just what the body and soul needed.

Lovely and secure cottage in a peaceful, and quiet neighbourhood with a great host. Recommend spot if you would like to walk or jog during your stay. The host threw in a tea and coffee station with fresh milk and bottled water for our stay. Whilst these were not expected, they were greatly appreciated.

Nous avons séjourné 1 nuit chez Dave. Le logement était impeccable et le lieu magique et très reposant. Nous avons adoré. Dave est très gentil et agréable. Nous recommandons ce logement !

We had a wonderful stay. Too bad it was very short, Huibri and Ian were very accommodating. We had a late check in due to our flight being delayed and they waited for us then cooked us a wonderful breakfast early in the morning the next day. Our room was huge and beds were comfortable. We had heated blankets for the winter, that kept the wife and son warm. The thick blankets were enough for me. We had a double and a twin size bed in our room. There was a private bathroom in our room as well. The house is beautiful and there are several other shared rooms. Defiantly would of spend more time there if we had more time. Thanks for hosting us!

Beautiful, quiet place. Arriving at this great house with the wonderful garden after a long flight, was like coming home🤗. Norma and Holger are very friendly and looked after us very well! They always have good tipps about what to do in the area!! Breakfast and diner (cooked by the ever friendly and cheerful Hilde), are great and as there aren’t many Restaurants close by, we warmly recommend to eat on the terrace with the beautiful view of the surrounding hills! (Concert of birds included for free😊) Not to be forgotten is Holgers great Bar,! Thank you Norma and Holger for everything you did to make us feel comfortable!
