This place was WHY we booked our trip. The reviews don't lie. We adored the pets, our daughter cried having to leave them. The location is so gorgeous and special. Hector and Kim have thought of everything, right down to OTC meds in first aid drawer (not expired!). They were always available and so helpful. Kim's artwork was amazing throughout the house. We appreciated knowing we had a backup plan for water and electricity.

Loved Gigi's place! A perfect little oasis in San Juan! Would highly recommend if you're looking for a quiet, clean and cozy stay while being not far away from all the important things. Ocean Park beach is close by and possibly my favorite beach in San Juan. If you like vegan/veggie options three are handful of great clean-eating places like Superfoods, Berlingri that are like a 10-15 min walk away.

Super cute studio with a great design! Two people move easily and the beds are comfortable! Great location close to everything!

The space was exactly as described and exactly what we needed! Great location - fantastic neighborhood with close restaurants and a short block walk to the beach. It was perfect!

The place was very clean and in the perfect location to explore Old San Juan — super easy to get around. Juanita was a wonderful host, incredibly helpful and caring, especially during an unexpected island-wide blackout. She made sure we were okay and kept in touch throughout. Highly recommend staying here, and we hope to come back soon!

Very nice and quiet neighborhood with good parking. House was very cute. Everything was neat and clean. Anything we needed was already there . Host was very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

So peaceful and extremely convenient location to walk around. The garden is gorgeous and the decor was breathtaking!

We stayed in several locations in Puerto Rico and this was the best accommodation of all. Love the decor and all the pictures. The bed is comfortable and the shower effective - all in all great value for money. A nice touch is 2 pillows each - 1 slim and 1 plump to suit different sleeping preferences

My husband, daughter and I had a great stay here! Highly recommend! Location is convenient to Fajardo, the rainforest and the airport (and many other things). The space is a true two bedroom with room to chill (loved having Netflix for some relaxing time after a long rainy day adventuring outside). Joe was an awesome host and always available to answer questions and give recommendations. We got to meet the chickens and dogs and could not have asked for anything else during our stay. We hope to make it back.

Ame el lugar, es tal cual a las fotos y descripción. Si buscas un lugar para salir de la rutina para descansar y recargar energías definitivo este es el lugar indicado. Estar rodeado de naturaleza con el cantar de aves y coquis es lo mejor. La cama es súper cómoda. El que te reciban con todo lo necesario para hacer café es un plus . Definitivo espero volver.

Welcoming and pleasing aesthetic. Host was responsive but it took awhile. Host was accommodating with luggage drop off when I had an early flight. The only thing that I wish was clear was that it's a guest house to the house shown, so entrance is on the side. Also hot water was more like warm but it wasn't too much of a problem. Other than that it was a safe, quiet neighborhood! Would stay again and definitely recommend. Very clean and modern.

I stayed in three different Air B n B s in San Juan, including Old San Juan and Carolina (near SJU airport). Judith’s was my favorite. The location is unbeatable: close to both airports; Santurce; the beaches and Old San Juan. Ubers are easily accessible and have no problems finding the address. It’s around the corner from the Doubletree Hilton so convenient for tours of El Yunque rainforest. The unit is quiet despite being in the heart of the city and you’ll be serenaded by coqui frogs (Judith provides earplugs). It’s spacious and very clean. Air conditioned bedroom, hot water and fast WIFI. Best of all is Judith. She is a genuinely caring host. She is kind and responsive. I had lots of issues getting a missing bag from Cape Air and had to go to the airport multiple times. Judith offered to drive me. She even agreed to store a bag and gave me her front door key because she would be away when I picked it up. A gem! A great ambassador for Air B n B. Gracias Judith!

This place is absolutely beautiful.The views are gorgeous,the pool is big and deep for swims with your family.The gym is a plus! Cooking in the kitchen outside by the pool was just amazing ,I could say it looks better in person than in the photos! Andrea was helpful and communicative and friendly.They do live in the property but you don’t see them at all, they give you all the privacy.They do have a baby that you can hear at times but nothing that bothered us at all. You can hear nature in the night and it helps you sleep peacefully. The experience was a 4.8 due to the fact that they had recently installed ac in one of the rooms but was not working the ac was leaking a lot which caused a foul smell in the room. Andrea did let me know about the ac not working and I also told her about the smell. The WiFi was also down for 2 days which I also communicated to her about. She was very apologetic and she did reach out to see how she could make things better. Overall I will still book again

Perfect balance of tranquil peace and accessibility to the highway. All the needed amenities were there and there’s nothing better than washing your clothes before heading back home. Will definitely be coming back!

Arleen and her husband are outstanding hosts. They are very welcoming and friendly. I could not ask for better communication, they were always available. They should earn a rating of Superhosts because they really are. Arleen's apartment is spotless and beautiful. The kitchen is modern, extremely well-equipped and spotless. All the apartment windows are covered with screens so no mosquitos entered. It is on the second floor so it is nice and fresh. This place is extremely comfortable and spacious, especially the master bedroom. It had white new linens and towels, giving you a sense of being in a hotel. The bathroom is nice, clean and spacious. Water temperature was perfect. It has plenty of storage space in kitchen, bath and bedroom. The. bedroom has brand new air conditioner and huge TV. The gigantic closet has doors with mirrors from floor to ceiling, so you can get dressed and see how you look. There are two terraces in the front and the back of the apartment and a sitting area in front terrace. (This apartment is on the second floor) Again, indoor and outdoor spaces were immaculate. The kitchen is well equipped, you can cook a meal if you want to. Furnishings are nice and modern, and beautiful choice of colors and artwork, just add to the charm of this modern looking apartment. I felt very safe here because of the new doors and windows this apartment has, metal bars are incorporated as part of the windows and still the windows have a great and modern look. There is lighting everywhere! Motion sensor lights are on the walkway to the apartment and in front of the door to enter the apartment. The neighborhood is safe and peaceful. Every once in a while you will see and hear some people during the day. Drive safely, a couple of cute cats roam around the street, but they are super friendly. I was able to work on my computer while being here. Wifi works perfectly. This place is close to everything! (shopping, bakery, car rental, pharmacies, grocery stores, entertainment in San Juan, Guaynabo, Bayamon, etc) You can be in any place within 15 minutes. The Smart Spot is really a wonderful place to stay and I hope it is available when I visit Puerto Rico again! It is worth the price. A hotel would not give you all the amenities you get here. I am so glad I found this place!

Ana, her sister Sara, and her lovely mother were amazing hosts! The place was spotless and such a short walk to the beach. We spent many hours just swinging and reading on the hammock on the front porch after a long, hot day on the beach... what a breeze on that porch. Everything was at our fingertips. We grilled out on the back patio twice during our stay and the best part was when we realized we were missing an ingredient; the grocery store was less than a 5 min walk away. If ever we needed to contact Ana or Sara, they literally got back to us in less than 20 minutes. They are full of helpful tips on where to go and what to do and were just lovely people to work with. We'll be back!

we stayed here for four months. and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We made it feel like home and we were very comfortable and pleased with our home away from home.A special shout out to Carmen, who was so gracious and attentive. We look forward to returning again for another extended stay.

I had a wonderful stay! The neighborhood is great, and the place has everything you could need. It’s cozy, charming, and offers plenty of privacy. Plus, it’s conveniently close to everything, making it the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway. The perfect place!

Our stay at Juan’s terrace was absolutely fantastic. The place location is amazing as well as the space. The terrace is very very big and I could do my morning joga and work out right outside. Is very peaceful as being up high you won’t hear much noises from the streets. It was really beautiful. And the fact that is high up it also has a nice breeze at all times. I would absolutely recommend.

I traveled in a group with 3 girls and was a little hesitant to book an air bnb in a different country because of safety concerns. We decided to book Nixon’s air bnb and we were not disappointed! His place was perfect, he had a gated entrance which made us feel extremely safe along with easy instructions on how to check in and unlock each gate. Parking was not difficult at all. He has an outdoor shower to clean off the sand after the beach along with a washing and drying machine available to use. The inside of his place had everything we could’ve needed. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, ice trays and a bunch of other useful items. The living area had a big dining table where we ate dinner each night along with a comfy pull out couch and smart tv! There was a closet with hangers. The bathroom was great as well, shower pressure was amazing and he even had some sunscreen. If you are considering an air bnb, definitely choose this one, you won’t regret it! Thank you Nixon🙏

Very nice house. The bed is comfortable. The place is quiet, the kitchen is well-equipped. Plenty of space, very clean, beautiful site in general.

We had a very smooth and easy stay here! The instructions for check-in and check-out were very thorough. It was easy to get many places from the Airbnb. There are lots of walkable places and uber is widely available for longer distances. As other guests mentioned and the host is very clear about communicating, this is a 2nd floor location with no kitchen. There was a small fridge and coffee maker, a large closet area, lots of storage, plenty of towels. The host promptly brought a hair dryer when we couldn’t find one. There are neighborhood and city noises at night, and it’s not dark in the room at night, but my earplugs and eye mask did the trick. Again, we were prepared because the listing is very clear! We would gladly return here! Thanks for a lovely stay and great communication.
