The house is only 4 blocks to the ocean and located right behind the lake where you will find a sidewalk around the lake for easy beach access. There is a farmers market around the lake every Saturday in the summer! This is a great house in an excellent location perfect for families and those that want to bring their fur babies. The backyard is large and fenced in. Fur babies are welcome with a one time $50 pet fee. No cats.

This cozy room has a comfortable King bed, 1 pull out sofa couch. Your own private bath stocked with towels and mini toiletries if you forget them. The neighborhood is very quite and safe. 12 Oaks is a stylish rental just a 10 min. drive to Holden Beach and a short walk to the intracoastal waterway. We are animal lovers and will allow adult house broken dogs under 20 lbs for an additional fee. Pete is a retired chef and his famous smoked pimento cheese and Ritz crackers await all quests. Maximum occupancy is 4 adults and 2 children.
