House was wonderful and we had an absolutely fantastic experience. It was the perfect fit for our family, providing a cozy and welcoming atmosphere that made us feel right at home. The location is unbeatable, with numerous restaurants and attractions just a short walk or drive away. The house was well-equipped with all the amenities we needed, ensuring a comfortable and convenient stay.

Super peaceful and relaxing. we were just my husband and myself but definitely enough space for a family or a 2nd couple. Leucadia and Encinitas are great communities and Michelles place is a perfect balance of being close to the ocean and Encinitas town. we took a walk along Neptune and had dinner at Leu Leu. or we drove in to "town" and had great meals there. even took in a movie at La Paloma theater. Michelle did a great job with directions and instructions. everything clear and easy. thank you!

I stayed at Kam's place with 5 other adults and there was plenty of space for all of us. Great ratio of private indoor and outdoor spaces. Everything was neat and tidy. Check in was super easy. It was nice to have a private parking spot, but also street parking was an option. The place is a 25 minute walk to lots of nice shops and the ocean. There is a Trader Joe's a hop-skip away. I would book again with a group in the future.

This property was great for a week at the beach. It is literally a two minute walk to the beach. The best part was the rooftop terrace - perfect for watching the dolphins compete with the surfers for waves. The host Timothy was excellent - met us at arrival - and was responsive to our questions.

Jim’s place was very close to legoland (10 min drive) which made it easy to travel back and forth with a toddler. It is very family friendly and included a pack and play, books, high chair booster seat, sand toys etc. The proximity to the beach was also great! Finally, Jim even allowed us an early check in to squeeze in my toddler’s afternoon nap. I would highly recommend this place.

Camp Jackson will be a regular for us on our future trips to North County. Lisa was easy to contact and kindly offered us upgraded parking, late checkout and early checkin, as well as a Handel’s ice cream gift card! Comfortable bed, great kitchen with all the needed equipment. It was definitely a Happy Place. Thank you Camp Jackson. We will be back!

We really enjoyed our stay at Angela’s beautiful condo! Everything was as described. Extremely private and peaceful location, with many walkable coffee shops, restaurants, and ridiculously delicious local doughnut shop! The ocean access is a very short walk from the condo, as is the heated pool and hot tub, which we really enjoyed! We looked forward to chatting with the friendly neighbors during our evening hot tub visits! Just an fyi, that after you book with Angela. You will be primarily dealing with the property manager through email. We had no issues with that :) Nicole was awesome! We hope to head back to Angela’s in the near future! This place was exactly what we needed for our family’s first trip to San Diego! We had 7 adults and one baby and this was a perfect set up for us! The amenities and ability to walk to the beach, town, and pickle ball courts made our stay memorable. Would stay again! So safe and such a responsive host. Thank you!!! :)

This is a very spacious, tastefully appointed condo in a nice oceanfront complex. The kids spent hours in the heated pool and the beach accessories (chairs, boogie boards, sand toys, coolers, towels, etc) made days at the beach a breeze!

Gemma's place was incredible! Close to everything you could ask for in PB. Gemma was a wonderful host! Very accessible and willing to do anything to make your stay a great one. We even had a slight WIFI issue and she personally came over and resolved it quickly. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. Also the hot tub and golf cart were a blast!

one of the best houses i have stayed in. If you can't do stairs it's not the place for you, but other than that it was clean and well stocked! Great area if you are doing Mission beach or Seaworld too!

Our family had a spectacular stay! We loved the location, walking distance to everything. The townhouse was great, well equipped and comfortable.

It was well located, easy to walk to the beach or 5 minute drive to lots of restaurants and shops. Paris responded quickly to our messages and was very kind.

Cheryl And Roberts Place Was Well Maintained And Very Comfortable. Would Highly Recommend The Place For Anybody To Stay If They Have Any Special Occasions Or To Just Have A Calm And Relaxed Stay. Loved It!

We really loved our stay at this beautiful home in Windansea. It was very clean, spacious, really well equipped and beautifully laid out. The beds were really comfortable and the bathrooms were wonderful. It was so peaceful and quiet. And with the ocean just down the road, it made for a really serene and refreshing experience. The location really is sublime! Aaron was very responsive and quick any time we had a question. We would love to stay there again!

This was our second time staying at this gorgeous home! I found out I loved it even more the second time. ❤️ One of the days, I walked to the beach and happened upon a seal cove, with baby seals! I walked along the board walk and watched the sea life glisten and then happened upon sea birds nesting and saw their little babies! It was magical! And the start of this was all about ten minutes from the house! Such a great location! Safe, quiet, accessible. And Nellie so beautifully gave us flowers again upon arrival! With a hand written note! Such a great touch! The house is impeccable. Deep cleaned, well stocked with absolutely everything, it really is a wonderful place. I’m so reluctant to give such a great review because I want this place to be open every time we come to town but Nellie deserves this praise. Wonderful! Absolutely!

Great location within walking distance of the bay, the beach, and all the amenities. Our family of 6 enjoyed the space and the kayak and paddle boards. Only complaint might be the outdoor/patio areas didn’t feel very usable. The upstairs patio is too far away from the kitchen to make it a good dining space, and the downstairs patio is shared with neighbors and not very inviting. But it sounded like they were looking to upgrade the downstairs space. Overall great stay for a visit to San Diego!

Spent a wonderful week with the kids and grandparents here. Great spot all around - we enjoyed the access to the pools, pickleball, common area to watch sunset and easy walk for coffee. Thanks for a great week.

The house was well stocked with everything we needed. Doors were labeled so we knew where to find what we need. Plenty of linens available and the kitchen had everything we needed for the stay.

The spot is in a perfect spot of Carlsbad. Extremely walkable, but a few blocks off of the busy street so that you don’t get the car traffic noise. We did notice the train whistles the first day, but really didn’t notice it too much the other days. Less than 10 minute walk to the beach, lots of great restaurants and shopping nearby as well. The stay was cozy and felt like home. Each of the three couples had their own bedroom and there was another bedroom for the two kids to stay as well. Each couple also got their own bathroom, which was very nice. There was plenty of space in order to not feel like people were on top of each other. Had all the comforts of home and was spotlessly clean when we arrived. All the linens were fresh, and it was very well decorated. The host, Kimmy, was friendly and very responsive with questions and offering helpful guidance. We would definitely recommend staying at this place!

Great location, that stretch of beach is one of best in the world. Can walk to anything you want or need - restaurants, bars, coffee shops, entertainment, shopping. The home is very well stocked (including essential kitchen condiments) and well appointed with quality linens, beds, furniture. Lots of important details, like luggage racks, hangers, paper products, beach towels. One note, if you need the lofts, look closely at the pics - they are small and accessed via a ladder in each of the bedrooms, open to those bedrooms, could work for families but kids are basically in the same room with you. Overall it's clear the owners care about creating a lovely stay for guests. Highly recommend!

We had such a great stay! The location was perfect. So many restaurants, shops, coffee spots, and less than a 5 minute walk to the beach. Felt secure & safe even though it was so close to everything. We had 3 people working remotely and the wifi was fast & reliable for all. They have first come first serve gear (surf boards, bikes, beach chair, ect) at no cost which I thought was such a really nice touch for a stay at the beach. Our contact, Sofia, was kind, proactive, and responsive the entire trip! Overall, I would absolutely recommend this spot!!

Colleen’s “Hidden Gem” is a phenomenal home away from home! We simply cannot thank Colleen enough for making our month-long stay easier and more comfortable. The home was super clean, extremely well equipped and comfortable. Colleen is an outstanding host who went out of her way to welcome us and make us feel right at home. Her personal touches are extraordinary. We will definitely stay again and feel like we’ve made a new friend!

Our stay at Brian’s place was great. The house was spacious, clean, comfortable and well equipped with all necessary amenities, including some board games which our children enjoyed playing. It’s conveniently located in a quiet neighbourhood and only a few minutes walk to the bay and a short drive to some of the attractions we visited - Seaworld, San Diego Zoo, La Jolla, Old town etc. Brian was very helpful in accommodating and responding to any questions we had during our stay. Would definitely recommend!
