This lovely home greets you with a front garden full of desert plants. Inside, there is a lovely open concept living room ( with full size fold out bed), dining space with seats for 6, and stocked kitchen. One bedroom has a queen bed, the other has two twin beds. You will love the charming decor and a fabulous location on a quiet tree lined street that is walkable to grocery stores, the River walk, and restaurants. Please note there is a small studio behind the garage that is rented separately.

Sage Cottage is a quaint home conveniently located on one of the main roads through town. Easy access to everything Carlsbad has to offer, but private and serene with a huge yard. Beds for 6 guests ( queen, full, 2 twins) in 3 bedrooms w AC plus complete kitchen, dining space, and spacious yet cozy living room. Two bathrooms (although the upstairs one is mostly for children due to its small size). Plenty of off-street parking, easy keypad check in, and local co-host keep your stay worry-free.

The Montclair Home is located on the south side of Carlsbad making it the perfect location. It is as close as you can get to the National Parks, while still staying in town close to the best restaurants. Carlsbad Caverns is only a 25-min drive and Guadalupe Mountain is only 40 min away. This charming "home away from home" is nestled in a quiet street. With a white picket fence, sunny veranda, and cozy rooms it is the perfect location for everything Carlsbad has to offer. This a great spot to call home while you visit Carlsbad Caverns, Guadalupe National Park, and other attractions. We are centrally located close to the best restaurants in town. Enjoy your coffee or a glass of wine on the dock right on the river. **The Pecos River will be drained from Jan-May 31 maintenance cleaning. If this is an issue, please do not book!**
