Great place to stay in Gettysburg! Close to town and many museums and restaurants. Easy to walk around the town and leave your car parked in front of the house. Nice comfortable home with lots of space. Chris is a very responsive host. We learned so much about the Civil War and really developed an understanding of our history and its influence on our current culture.

Gettysburg has always been a bucket list place to visit for my mom. She is getting up there in age and no longer moves like a spring chicken. The ground level bedroom and spacious walk-in shower was amazing! I enthusiastically recommend this charming home!

Had a great time at Nadene's place it had plenty of room for the 3 of us with all the things you need from home supplied close to a grocery store if you need anything else beds were comfortable and showers were great with plenty of hot water for your showers kitchen is a little small if 2 people are trying to do something in their overall a great experience

Even after reading the other glowing reviews, Lindsay’s house exceeded expectations. Clean, welcoming, comfortable, and full of thoughtful little perks like cream for the coffee, throw blankets, and extra hooks in the bathroom. The neighborhood was cute and quiet at night, and we walked to the coffee shop a couple of blocks away and were also very impressed. And it’s a short drive/direct walk to downtown.

Rustic cabin feel out in the woods. Great remote get away. The cats outside are friendly and sweet.

This was an ideal stay. Not only was Ellies place exactly as the description and photos but in a great location. Everything we needed was right there within walking distance. Cool neighborhood, right downtown yet surprisingly quite and relaxed. The only thing better than the place was Ellie herself, excellent communication and immediate responses for a stress free stay!

We enjoyed a family trip to this cabin. Although we got an unexpected 7 inches of snow so we didn’t get out to explore the area Steve and Diane had saucers for the kids to sled and had a fun hill to go down. The kids loved playing out in the snow. By the binder it seems like there is lots to do in the area and it would be fun to return in warmer weather to explore. The hosts have provided everything you could need for the stay, plenty of towels, and a fully stocked kitchen, we were surprised how great everything was. One note is the upstairs loft which has a queen and a trundle bed has lots of space but it is open to the downstairs (no walls or door). It is a great space but plan accordingly if planning to use it for little ones who may need to go to bed early or nap. We had a fabulous stay at this cabin.

Bonnie's home is located in a quiet, rural area yet not too far from major cities. You will appreciate the incredible cleanliness of the house and it has everything you need to feel at home. Bonnie will promptly respond to any questions or concerns. She truly cares about her quests. You'll love staying here!

We stayed at this property the weekend of our wedding and it was perfect! The house and surrounding area were absolutely BEAUTIFUL!!! It was clean and stocked well with supplies. All the amenities listed were present and functioned well. Jeanne was a wonderful host! She was very responsive and made us feel right at home! We couldn't recommend this Airbnb more and can’t wait to visit again!

Very remote place we seen a lot of wildlife from the house and when we walked the trails..Dave and Barb were very helpful with everything thank you for sharing this beautiful place with us we hope to come back soon..

This was our second stay at Janel's place and it was just as enjoyable as the first time. We loved the fireplace and views from the A frame windows. The hot tub wasn't working unfortunately, but things happen and Janel was communicative about it. Had a great weekend regardless. Also love that Janel is accommodating of dogs. Our fur babies were happy to join us on our getaway.

Thank You for making my 54th birthday so pleasant and peaceful. The house is very private but at the same time it has glass window everywhere to let int he natural light. My favorite spot in the house was the back porch. It was private but the furniture was beautifully and comfortable. I spent hours just sitting and mediating out there. The kitchen is well stocked with everything a family would need to make a complete meal. The shower head made me feel like I was in a spa. The towels mad me feel as if I was drying with clouds. ( I have to find out where they bought those towels. I LOVED this house and so did my group of women I brought with me. There was plenty of room for everyone. I will definitely rent this house again.

Being our first Airbnb experience, Red Door Retreat exceeded our expectations!! It was so much fun staying there, great for all ages! My husband, 2 teenage boys, and myself wanted an extended weekend getaway by a cute town and a fun home. Well, we had a blast, playing games like foosball, basketball, Pac-Man arcade games and lots of games on the infinity table. We spent lots of time in the hot tub, made smores and relaxed and laughed by the fire, and I loved swinging in the gravity chair by the front window. It was nice lounging on the comfy couch and my husband loved the huge TV above the fireplace. The rooms were so beautifully decorated too, each with its own theme. We all loved the restful sleeps we got with the memory foam mattresses. Kyle’s attention to detail and added bells and whistles (extras) were even more than we expected! The location was great too! Plenty of great restaurants and attractions. Can’t wait to check out Kyle’s other locations! Best Host Ever! -Deb & fam

Great stay and location with our big family. Couldn't have asked for anything more. Emily was extremely helpful and responsive and helped make our trip memorable!

After a day at Hersheypark, we arrived just in time for a beautiful sunset. The view here is really wonderful. This is a beautiful and peaceful property. We were so thankful for the snacks, cookies, and gift of a mug with treats :) They have everything you could need. The hosts were very friendly, kind, and responsive. We would have loved to chat with them more if we had more time. My son and our pup enjoyed running around the grounds and playing on the swing set. The bed and pillows were so comfortable. We look forward to our next stay to spend time exploring the nearby trails, fossil sites, and alpaca next door.

Great place, great hosts and gorgeous peaceful area! Would definitely stay there again.

Super pet friendly! Had a toy box and doggie bed for fur guests

This private mountainside retreat Home (gracious and thoughtfully appointed) was a first for me and my Girlfriend. My plan is to return here in the near future and enjoy this peaceful location again. If you're looking for a home away from home this it. Complete with remoteness, 4wd access in Any bad weather is a must.

The Pig Shed was the perfect size for 2 humans and 3 dogs. It is cozy inside and the beautiful green fields that surround you fed my sole. It was peaceful with no urban or city lights. The perfect place to relax. There was plenty of places to walk our dogs. We stayed three nights and I wish we could have stayed two weeks.

The scenery is magnificent! The horses are gorgeous! The dogs are well behaved and cute too. The bed was super comfy. Will return!

Amazing stay, we had a great time. Brought our hypoallergenic dog. I always get a little worried about staying at places that allow animals because I am allergic to dogs/cats, however this place was so clean I had no issues. waking up in the morning and seeing the chickens, cows, donkeys and emus was so fun. The outdoor space was dreamy. We brought a projector and watched football on Sunday. We also went to the rennissance faire one day and had so much fun. Fresh flowers and homemade scones for check in was such a nice touch. There is a reason this place is rated so highly.

This was our second time staying in this lovely basement flat and we will definitely be back! It is such a cozy place with hosts that truly go above and beyond to make their guests feel comfortable.

We were very satisfied with our stay. Everything was excellent from the property description to the cleanliness and comfort of our stay. Stacy communicated with us and was extremely responsive. We could not ask for more from the host. This stay was about being with family. This house was the perfect place and had everything we needed. Stacy went above and beyond by asking how many young children would be staying here. She then surprised us with a wonderful stuffed animal for each of the girls in our family. They loved it!!! Overall, we were so pleased with our stay that we plan to return again in the near future.

Really liked the place. The upstairs bedroom is a bit of a challenge to not hit your head however. All was good. I may have lost some ear buds there.
