Nature and wildlife are plentiful in our woods and pastures as well as the surrounding wetlands. Killdeer Plains Wildlife Area lies just west of the farm. It covers over 9,000 acres with opportunities for wildlife photography, bird watching, hunting, and fishing. We're located within an hour of many locations!

Enjoy this unique stay with lush and natural surroundings while retaining modern-day conveniences.

This whimsical one bedroom home offers an open floor plan with a fully equipped kitchen, and is furnished with antiques, heirlooms and assorted treasures collected by the owners in their travels as antique dealers. We provide cozy sitting areas to relax, reflect,and enjoy Sabin and Patch the resident horses. Located in a rural riverside village that offers a unique ice cream shop providing a variety of specialty foods, and a wine shop with food and jazz. Both are within walking distance.

The Granary

The Granary is a unique and spacious home. Set on a small farm, it was converted from barn to cottage in the late 1990's. Pets are allowed (for fee) and our dog and cats may stop by to visit. Great for families visiting home, or looking for a place to get away. Great for travelers visiting the Gilboa Quarry. No parties or events per AirBNB policy. **IMPORTANT: 1 queen size bed on the first floor The other beds are open lofts visible to each other and accessible by very STEEP stairs.

A cute and comfortable home with lots of charm in a safe, residential area. There are plenty of places nearby to explore, or just sit and relax while looking out the back window to see if any deer are visiting the backyard. Within walking distance is Hedges-Boyer Park where you’ll find walking trails and a creek. Only a 5 minute drive to both Tiffin and Heidelberg Universities. Downtown Tiffin is at the end of the street where you will find many local shops and eateries.

Rusty's Loft

Rusty's Loft is a second story chalet style one room apartment. With 360 degree views of farm fields, woods and a pond. There is a large wrap around deck with comfortable furniture. The 900 sf space includes a full bath and full kitchen with all appliances and accessories. The full bath is fully furnished with lots of towels and bathroom necessities. There’s a campsite behind the loft with a double swing and rocking chairs as well as a fire pit and included firewood.

Bedroom has a queen bed, and sofa in livingroom as a pull-out queen bed. 12 min from the Morrow County Fairgrounds. 8 min to Cardinal Shooting Center. 30 min to Columbus, and 38 min to John Glenn International Airport. No pets allowed. There are currently no horses living on the farm.

Stay at the 3000 sq ft modern barn bed & breakfast with formal gardens and a swimming pond. You'll have total, private access to the barn. Cook in the equipped kitchen or out on the bbq. Have a picnic at the gazebo or go for a walk in the garden. Play lawn games, make s'mores around the firepit or stay in and watch a movie. Right in the middle of and less then 30 minutes away from Perrysburg, Findlay, Fremont and Tiffin.

K&K Cottage

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful small town cottage. This quaint 2 bedroom, 2 bath house includes spacious living room and dining room. The new kitchen boasts a dishwasher and coffee station. Full laundry room on premises. The fenced in backyard includes an inviting patio and bbq grill. The backyard has its own firepit. The small town vibe is close enough to the city but quiet enough to enjoy the easy life.
