We had a lovely relaxing stay, the house was bright and fresh with tasteful decor. Easy to get to and loads of coastline to explore nearby and direct access to the sand dunes & beautiful local beach. Bed was mega comfy, kitchen was really well stocked & house was nice and toasty when the heating was on, the wood burner was an added bonus too! Check in really easy & communication was excellent - highly recommended for a Cornwall adventure!

It’s just the best place for a family holiday. Being so near the beach with everything you need for a comfortable stay, you can’t beat it! We love watching the birds come and go from the bird feeders, spotting rabbits in the garden and wild horses in the fields. Beds are comfy, shower nice and hot, kitchen had everything you would hope for plus some extra treats left by the host! This was our second stay and despite not having as much sunshine we loved it and can’t wait to return. Hosts so friendly and helpful

We had a wonderful family holiday to enjoy the last of the summer break. This place felt like home. The hosts were on hand to show us around the house, friendly and allowed us to feel right at home. The location is stunning, with plenty of space. The best beach directly opposite. Thanks so much for sharing your home. We hope to come back next summer.

We had a lovely half term week at Nightingale Mews. The location is fantastic and the accommodation clean and very well equipped. Sandra was very quick to come back with any questions and was genuinely focused on us having a lovely time. She left some scones and tea out for our arrival which was much appreciated by our children! I would highly recommend.

No 1 Beach road is the prefect home and location for a Cornish beach holiday. Myself and my two small children had a fab time, we love Porthtowan and have stayed in many Airbnb's close by this has far been the best.

This was an ideal bolt hole for our son and his dog over the Christmas holiday. It sits just above Loe beach on the Carrick Roads, with stunning views, a short walk to the beach, and in a rustic farmyard site. There was a very generous welcome pack, lots of wood for the fire, and thorough instructions for guests. This included clear advice regarding not allowing dogs on furniture nor the bed. We provided a throw for the sofa, and the dog had a sleeping basket. Unfortunately she had just started her season, and occasionally slept on the bed, causing significant soiling. We tried to clean the sheets in the washing machine, however caused a problem for the hosts who needed replace sheets and duvet. They phoned as soon as they found the situation, and were very calm despite having the pressure of new guests arriving that day.We apologised and have promised to reimburse costs. I highly recommend this venue but would suggest only taking a small, well behaved dog.

A lovely property in a delightful location - one if the best unspoilt parts of Cornwall - a charming village and harbour with access to family friendly beach and safe swimming - with beautiful coastal paths and walks leading to magnificent secluded beaches and the characterful Mevagissey. Easy access to The Lost Gardens of Heligan and The Eden Project. Peter could not have been more helpful in ensuring that we had all we needed for a comfortable and memorable holiday.

Cath was the greatest of hosts. She received us personally and her house was filled with welcome foods and drinks. It was spacious and comfortable and warm. Just what we needed. She rushed to help us when we misplaced a key and was charming throughout.

Sandy’s bungalow is a very beautiful place right at high street and 4-5 min drive from the beach parking lot. Beautifully decorated house, cozy furniture. She provided breakfast cereals, milk , butter , oil , bread, jam, scones, clotted cream in the kitchen. Ample of dishes and cutlery in the kitchen. Lots of bath towels , hand towels , beach towels, pillows. TV with Netflix and YouTube in living room, all shampoo and conditioners provided in bathroom, laundry detergent and d dishwasher tablets also sufficient enough, basically you only need to carry clothes and nothing else. Excellent place, we would live here again if we visit St Ives again

I have just returned from a wonderful stay and can highly recommend! The place is tucked away and is very peaceful - but very easy to get to Perranporth, Perran Sands, etc and exploring the local area. Everything that you could need is provided, and Gail & Adrian added some lovely little touches which made me feel very at home and welcomed. The garden and deck area is just like the photos, and a perfect setting for enjoying a glass of wine after a day's surf. Adrian was incredibly helpful, friendly and very responsive, and gave me local recommendations of places to visit & where to watch the sunset. It felt like they really cared about your time staying with them and to get the most from your holiday! I will definitely be back, and feel like I've found a real gem!

Mark and Viv could not have made us more welcoming. We were 4. My son and I and his 2 boys - 14 and 17. The great thing for us was the easy access, just 6 minutes walk, from the bungalow to all the sports facilities, skateboarding, tennis club, gym and the beaches were nearby too. The bungalow was well appointed and our hosts had thought of every detail to make us comfortable. We would not hesitate to recommend it. Trish and Marc

this was a last minute booking for us - the bungalow was amazing, great use of a small space, clean, beautifully furnished. we walked to local beaches and into town, tesco express 5 min walk for goodies. lovely little outside space for a drink! thankyou x

Had a great stay in September. The setting is very peaceful and well located for exploring different areas. You can easily drive to the north or south coast depending on the weather and type of activity you want to find. The house is within walking distance of the Cornish Arms for an evening out, but the kitchen also had everything needed for cooking at home. Thanks again!

We had a great 6 nights at the bungalow which lovely. Clean and tidy with a well equipped kitchen, there was plenty of space for 4 adults, 3 kids and the dog. Everyone having their own en suite bathroom was a bonus. Great location for walking and exploring the coastline, only a half hour walk to Rock and you have the ferry to Padstow. Convenient pub 5 minutes down the road with great food and beer. Amanda was a great host, communication was great in terms of check in, there was some building work going on next door which she told us about way in advance of the trip which was appreciated but we hardly noticed the builders were there. When the local water main burst and we had no water she kept us up to date with the situation which was resolved that day and offered to drop off bottled water if we needed it.

Great place, spotless and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Ideal for a family wanting to explore the local area, set on a quiet holiday park with everything needed to keep the kids entertained. Communication was excellent from Rebecca, made it easy to find and access the property.
