El apartamento está precioso, muy bien cuidado y muy limpio. La ubicación a 20min caminando del centro de Florencia. Lorenzo hizo muy fácil la llegada al apartamento y estuvo pendiente de todo en todo momento. Un placer!!!

On ne peut rêver mieux avec la vue sur la Chapelle Medicis et le Duomo ! J'ai apprécié d'être à 2 pas des monuments et de pouvoir rentrer aisément le midi entre 2 visites pour manger assis ma Foccacia. Il y a d'excellentes Trattoria à 2 pas et même la librairie française. c'est le quartier des antiquaires. Assez calme la nuit. Alberto est un hôte accueillant, prévenant et m'a demandé en cours de séjour si tout allait bien ce qui a permis de m'apprendre qu'il fallait utiliser un adaptateur pour les appareils ménager. la cuisine est là pour cuire des pâtes au cas-où.

Andrea was such a great host who really cares about his guest and guest needs. Infact he was thoughtful that all amenities were already arranged that we didnt need to ping him during our stay. He was concerned about the time we shall reach and Mattia was already there to welcome us and showed us everything around the apartment. Love Firenze and hope to back one day. We had a great time, although we did not spend much time in the apartment! Everything was clean, well presented, and comfortable. Beds were comfortable, and kitchen well equipped - although the quantities seemed a bit random with lots of plates but just two mugs; We also had to search quite hard to find various items - but it had everything we needed. Lucia who met us was friendly and helpful. We did feel it was a little expensive, but appreciate that in a tourist area like Florence prices are going to be inflated. We also felt that a 200€ cleaning fee, when we were there for only 4 days, was also steep. Having said that, the apartment was spotless.

This is the 2nd time ive stayed in this apartment. As before, Elly was an excellent host and so made everything easy for us. The train station and tram stops are a short walk. all of the major tourists spots are very close and walkable from here, and there are so many lovely bars and restaurants near by. The apartment is well looked after, clean and very comfortable. The next time i return to Florence i will try and stay here

Had a beautiful time staying at this spot as our home base as we travelled into Siena and around Tuscany for a few days. Enrico and his family were very nice and the property is beautiful! It was particularly helpful to have laundry use to wash some things to get through the end of the trip.

Apartment as described at a convenient location. In walking distance of the old city centre with all sights and museums. Lots of restaurants, supermarket and bakery nearby. We recommend Penta Bistro around the corner and Caffé Rainer with their bakery. Our kids enjoyed the playground which was 2 minutes away.

We stayed at Daria and Gabriele’s place in Florence, with the kids, it was exactly as described and easy to get to and walk around the city. Super place—highly recommended for families looking for a local experience in the heart of Florence with style! They were super helpful along the stay ! Thank you we will definitely do this again!

I cannot recommend this place enough. The design style alone was a dream. It’s even more beautiful in person. The neoclassical frescoes really set the tone for the timeless beauty there is to experience during a stay in the heart of Florence. The Duomo is just a few minutes walk, as is the Uffizi Gallery, and Galleria Accademia. Even Piazzale Michelangelo was not a long walk. There are so many fantastic restaurants and the shopping can’t be beat. Grab a reservation at View On Art just a few blocks down to see breathtaking views of the Duomo. Our host was top notch from beginning to end. He assisted us with absolutely anything we needed. He provided exquisite local recommendations, arranged our pick up car from the train station, and provided crystal clear instructions with a video for checking in to the apartment. He was always responsive and courteous. I would not stay anywhere else in Florence, I mean that sincerely.

a beautiful, one-of-a-kind Airbnb. would highly recommend to any couples. LOVED the snacks and amenities LOVED the full body shower My only critique is the hot water heater is small and could not fill the tub or last more than 15min or so of a hot shower so we were not able to enjoy the tub. very comfortable bed one of the coolest airbnbs I've ever stayed.

Amalia e suo marito sono due persone splendide. Ci hanno accolti in modo cordiale ed amichevole, rendendosi disponibili per ogni necessità. Sono molto attenti ai particolari e hanno reso il soggiorno davvero confortevole. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente!

Veldig praktisk sted for oss som skulle på sykkelturer fordi vi kunne enkelt trille syklene i leiligheten. Leiligheten er akkurat som på bildene. Eneste er at den er litt mørk siden det ikke er mange vinduer med godt dagslys. Det gjorde ikke oss noe. Veldig hyggelig og hjelpsom vertskap.

L'appartement est situé en plein coeur de la ville, à deux pas du ponte Vechio et du musée de Offices. Tout est à distance de marche, ce qui est idéal pour visiter Florence. J'appartement est spacieux et très bien équipé. De plus Élena et son mari nous ont pris la peine de nous accueillir en personne et nous ont montré tout ce qu'il fallait savoir sur les équipements à disposition. Nous recommandons chaudement ce logement !

Die Ferienwohnung ist auf einem kleinen Hügel in der Toskana. Vom eigenen Gartenabschnitt aus hat man einen atemberaubenden Ausblick auf Siena und die tolle Landschaft. Abends kann man dort auch schön den Sonnenuntergang mit einem Glas Wein genießen. Die Wohnung ist stilvoll eingerichtet und bietet alles Nötige, was man braucht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Auch die Vermieter waren sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit. Die Kommunikation verlief immer schnell und reibungslos. Wir können die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen!

Our stay at Villa di Geggiano was truly magnificent! It is difficult to put into words how very special and magical our experience was in the Alfieri Suite at the Villa but I can say that, without a doubt, this was our absolute favorite Airbnb experience ever! The entire property, outside grounds, the incredible views,the beautiful Alfieri Suite we stayed in,the luxury amenities and especially Andrea,our exceptional,very gracious host at Villa di Geggiano all contributed to make this an unforgettable experience that we will treasure for a lifetime. If you have the incredibly good fortune to find this little slice of heaven available for your dates,please,I urge you not to hesitate…book this immediately,I promise you will not regret it. The suite we stayed in had every conceivable amenity you could ever need and more. It was beautifully and so tastefully decorated and we truly felt completely at home there for our 4 night stay. We give Andrea & the Villa our highest recommendation!

We loved our stay in Gianluca’s apartment. Gianluca is a fantastic host and was very responsive and accommodating to all our queries. The apartment is stylish, spacious, spotlessly clean and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. We loved that this apartment has its own private spa with jacuzzi and steam room. The apartment is well located, in the heart of the town, and just a few minutes walk from the bus station. We would highly recommend staying here when visiting Siena.

Mirko’s place was the perfect spot in Florence. It was a beautiful place nestled right in the middle of everything. We never walked more than 10 minutes to find what we were looking for. Giselle was amazing and there for anything we needed and any questions we had. We will definitely be staying there on our next trip to Florence.

Tre giorni per evadere dal caos cittadino di Roma alla ricerca di tranquillitá, verde, relax e del buon cibo. Posizione strategica per muoversi a piedi, anche con i bambini. Si raggiunge il centro città in 10/15 Min a piedi. Fabrizio si è reso disponibile fin da subito a venire incontro alle nostre esigenze. L'appartamento non ha disatteso le nostre aspettative, posto auto compreso, non da sottovalutare. Casa moderna essenziale e ben rifinita. consigliatissimo

I have just come back from a 3 night stay at Federico’s apartment with my sister and mum. It’s a stunning property, incredibly spacious with plenty of charm, it was perfect for our requirements. The apartment building is a short walk to the piazza, with plenty of restaurants and shops en route. I have stayed in Siena many times over the last decade and this was the best accommodation I have had yet. Federico is really friendly and very responsive to any questions / requests. I would definitely recommend and we are already planning our next trip! Thank you ☺️
