As noted in some reviews, the parking lot can be a little tight, and can occasionally be full (there are ten spaces for the ten units, but parking is not assigned). There is street parking immediately in front of the building, and plentiful parking about a block to the North across from the Blue Agate Cafe.

The home is also within walking distance to the grocery store, making it a convenient and comfortable spot for a family getaway. This is also a quiet home with local neighbors on both sides, so it is not suitable for parties or rowdy gatherings. The hot tub closes strictly at 10:00 PM. Welcome to River Rest on the beautiful Nestucca River! Our four bedroom, two bathroom home is the perfect retreat for families or couples who want to relax on the river. The backyard is the river, so sit back and enjoy the view. Bring your own watercraft to launch off of our dock, or use the double kayak or canoe that is available. We are quick walk to the beach, too.

Long Board Loft

The beach at Cape Kiwanda and Pelican Brewery is just a five minute walk away. The Long Board Loft is a warm and modern, dog-friendly home with plenty of space for up to six guests to stretch out. The home sits close to great hiking and surfing spots. For additional space, also reserve the Short Board Studio.
