We are offering a suite of two rooms on the first floor that includes a large bedroom with a king size bed and large bathroom with a clawfoot soaking tub, separate shower and dressing room with double vanities. A private deck overlooks the pasture. Also included for your private use is an adjacent study which has a TV and pull out sofa bed. The home is part of a working sheep farm conveniently located between New Bern and Kinston, NC which are both 15-20 minutes away.

The "Capeside" room is a tribute to the nearby Capeside Brewery in Southport. This name also captures the essence of Southport, a picturesque harbor town by the Cape Fear River and the ocean. This house is suitable for an outdoor wedding or other small venue events, and has a large grass back yard. We also have the house next door listed which is a 4 bedroom ranch style house. There is a 6th bedroom that can be available for an additional price. It is ground floor and has three bunk beds in it. Use the add on to add this room and increase your capacity by 6 people.
