Marla's vacation home was very lovely. We liked the pictures of her place, but once we arrived we realized that she had remodeled a number of rooms. Each room was updated, very clean and cozy. Marla has made sure that her place is stocked with all of the large and small conveniences that guests would want in a home away from home. The location and the surroundings are stunning, especially with the Fall foliage. One can tell that Marla takes great pride in her beautiful rental. -Mark & Susan G

What a cool spot! Stayed a couple nights with friends for a "Book Retreat" and had the best time reading in the Hammock, chatting by the fire pit, and cooking together in the kitchen.

Serenity! Sarah’s house was such a peaceful spot with many nice touches in decoration and lighting. Although it was only half a mile from the nice little downtown, it felt very secluded. We stayed there because we had an event in the area, but we would go back for a quiet retreat. The house was well stocked, comfortable, and had enough space. The little things like enough pans, silverware, and paper towels were appreciated. Sarah was flexible and communicated well.

Katie was very responsive and friendly! The property is a bit in the woods, so her instructions on how to get there were very helpful considering you have to navigate a 1-way dirt road. It was very private and serene. The home was extremely clean and decorated super cute. She also had way more amenities and toiletries than i was expecting, which was very much appreciated! I would definitely stay here again.

Great spot. Follins Pond is fantastic for kayaking and paddle boarding and provides awesome sunset views from the back porch. "The Pearl" gives off spa like vibes when you walk into calm music and good smells. Very clean and plenty of room. The sauna is a great touch in making it feel like a mini resort. Adrianna and Tara provided great resources on the go to spots in the area. Highly recommend!

From the moment we walked in the door we were in awe. The place was beautiful, clean and neat. The loft was a fun place for our 13 year old son to hang out when he wasn’t fishing, kayaking or paddle boarding. The extra half bath was a plus. Waking up and sitting on the deck overlooking the pond with a cup of coffee was the best! We loved being able to do our laundry before leaving which made unpacking at home easy. We will definitely try and stay here again.

This property was stunning! As described. Brenda was extremely responsive to messages. My family appreciated the labeling she had done, it made everything very easy to find. Anything you could want this place has it, from super comfortable beds, tons of space, clean, and beautiful views! We will definitely be back!

We have stayed in quite a few airbnb’s and this is by far one of our favorites!! The pictures don’t even show how absolutely stunning this house is. It was immaculately clean with so many little extras that it made it the perfect house to stay in for an extended time. The neighborhood was great and so close to the cape which was geeat for day trips. We will definitely be staying again if we don’t purchase property in the area because we loved it so much!

Robert’s place provided us a nice peaceful escape for a long weekend getaway. His instructions were clear and recommendations were helpful, and his home is in a nice location, close by to all Falmouth has to offer.

This Airbnb was large and peaceful, with easy parking, a nice pond in walking distance, close to Hyanis, and a lot of amenities like TV, bedding, towels, etc. The building is old with a bit of water damage and old appliances, but it was very clean, everything that we needed worked, and had ACs in every room. We really enjoyed our stay!

The house is at a great location, quiet with lots of greenery around it. We enjoyed the deck and the outside fire place. We were happy about a nicely stocked kitchen and that Tom surprised us with a basket full of s'mores ingredients, apples, muffins, and bottled water! We had a great and relaxing time. We would recommend Tom's listing!

We attended a wedding at the Ocean Edge Resort and we found Paige's home to be convenient to the venue and activities and a great alternative to staying on property. The home was clean and neat and had everything we needed. The weather turned out beautiful so we took full advantage of the outdoor space. I would highly recommend Paige's home to anyone who likes to be close to the beach, restaurants and golf, but far enough away to be quiet and peaceful.

The place was great! Cute cottage near a beach. We loved the wonderful backyard space with the grill and fire chimney. Easy to get to and minutes away from several Cap Cod sites and towns. Would definately go back!

I had a wonderful stay at Ragnhids house. Everything was perfect. The property was one of the most tranquil places I have ever visited . It was pleasure meeting Ragnhid and her son. We will be back.

Jennifer was an awesome host! Very kind, friendly, and responsive. Her property is beautiful and well cared for. The views of the pond from some of the windows are gorgeous! Close proximity to shopping and dining as well. Thank you Jennifer for your kindness and hospitality! We really enjoyed your beautiful property and hope to stay again in the future!

We had a lovely stay at Breezeway cottage. The location was perfect for us to meet up with family on the area. Good bakeries, and restaurants in the area. Close to the cape cod canal where we enjoyed a bike ride and seeing a seal! Jacqui left clear instructions and check in was easy.

We loved Joe's place. The house is located in a clean, quiet and spacious community within reasonable drives to areas of Cape Cod that matter. Both Joe and Steven are amazing hosts. They treat you like friends, always willing to offer local advice. We had an issue that required Joe to come over to take a look and he was over in minutes. We definitely consider coming back next year.

Great place for our girls weekend. Sadly the weather did not cooperate and we could not use the kayaks provided.

The house was as advertised. In a nice quiet area. The house was well set up and as advertised. We felt right at home for the weekend.

Excellent lake front location with great views, great kitchen with all the equipment needed, spacious bedrooms plus Ben is a great host.

We absolutely enjoyed our stayed. It's beautiful from the pictures online, but when you walk in it has a feel of being at a getaway even better than expected. The view is gorgeous and the home is very well kept and decorated. A big bonus for us was the spacious outdoor hottub. I would definitely feel comfortable booking with them again!

Wonderful house with gorgeous views of Oyster Pond from every window. Sitting on the deck high in the trees was especially nice for our older relative who loved seeing the swans swim by. The spotlessly clean house was beautifully decorated and furnished while the kitchen provided all necessary pans and utensils. The canoe was easy to get in and out of. Would love to return next year.

We felt welcomed from the moment we arrived. A perfect location if you want to explore everything the cape has to offer. Our host was attentive and very attuned to what her guests would need.

Thank you Amy! The house was clean, the beds were delicious… I slept less than I would have liked, they were amazing, and I wish I had gotten more sleep! I broke Amy’s shower and coffee table, but her communication with me was great. I apologized, she sent the damages and everything was fine. She was very kind and easy to talk to =) I would definitely stay again and absolutely recommend it. If I can give you one tip: put curtains closed on the windows to make it really dark… I can only think of how perfect the rooms would be! I wouldn’t get up anymore! hahahaha Thanks Amy!
