Renta de lofts vacacionales en Capannori

We loved Patrizio’s cottage. It is very cosy and has been renovated very well. It was the perfect place for us (2 people, 2 dogs). The kitchen was our favourite spot and the interior in the bedroom is very cool. The garden is great and the hot tub is a nice addition. The surrounding area is very nice and peaceful. The vineyards are beautiful. One evening we took a stroll up the hill to the nearby vineyard which was nice. Patrizio is super friendly and very responsive and we kept in touch throughout our stay, with him providing great recommendations. He also came to say hello and show us around the cottage during check-in. It’s a good base for day trips - we did Pisa, Lucca and San Gimignano - all of which were under an hours drive. He also recommended visiting his golf club for a small fee - they had a nice pool with beautiful views that we used one morning. We would highly recommend Patrizio and his place!

Was een fantastisch verblijf! We willen zeker keer terugkomen. Het fijne is dat je heel erg privé zit, maar wel midden in het centrum.

Ein toller Urlaub in einer super Unterkunft. Die Lage mit dem privaten Strandzugang ist besonders hervorzuheben. Wenn man mal nicht in das Meer möchte, dient die Wohnung als idealer Startpunkt für zahlreiche Aktivitäten, z.B. eine Fahrt nach Pisa oder Lucca. In der Wohnung ist alles für den Alltag vorhanden. Das Auto kann sicher abgestellt werden. Alessandro ist ein sehr freundlicher und geduldiger Gastgeber, der sich in jeder Situation hilfsbereit zeigt. Vielen lieben Dank für die schöne Zeit.

Eine tolle, preiswerte und wunderschöne Wohnung in Livorno. Es hat alles super geklappt und war sehr unkompliziert. Würde sofort wieder buchen :)

La settimana che ho trascorso con mia moglie e nostro figlio è volata. Sembra di stare a casa propria, non manca niente, c’è un sacco di spazio dove sistemare la propria roba e il silenzio che regna durante la notte ci ha permesso di riposare senza problemi. Non è proprio di fronte al mare, con un bimbo di 4 anni ci si mette quasi 15 minuti, ma si sta quasi sempre all’ombra perché c’è un bosco, in parte pineta, che bisogna attraversare per arrivare in spiaggia. È stata una bella vacanza, l’alloggio era più che adatto alle nostre esigenze e ha soddisfatto pienamente le mie aspettative iniziali. Ottima la comunicazione con Paolo, persona discreta ed estremamente gentile e disponibile. Attaccati all’alloggio ci sono macelleria, panetteria ed una paninoteca. A 5 minuti a piedi si raggiunge il supermercato Esselunga. Il parcheggio, anche se a pagamento (possibilità di fare abbonamento giornaliero/settimanale/mensile), si trova facilmente, anche in alta stagione. Consiglio senza alcun dubbio questo appartamento per una vacanza al mare a Viareggio.

Ett boende med otroligt vacker utsikt på den Toscanska landsbygden. Poolen är fantastisk och vi fick bada även på kvällarna. Omgivningen är lugn och tyst. Boendet är rent och fräscht, men kanske lite trångt för fyra personer. Det är en fördel att ha bil, för taxin in till stan kostar runt 20 euro. Ett tips är att ta en morgonpromenad till grannbyn Colli di Buggiano och köpa en kopp kaffe, men kom ihåg kontanter för de tar inte kort. Ett annat tips är att äta middag på grannrestaurangen I Sette Borghi med god mat i fin solnedgång. Vi rekommenderar verkligen detta boende.

The stay as Silvia’s places was great. It’s was literally a 5 min walk from the train station. The instructions to get into the apartment were exactly as provided. The apartment is within walking distance of everything in Lucca. Just 50m from the apartment were cafes and restaurants. There was one issue to do with electrics (outside the apartment) and when I let Silvia know she responded to me immediately and had someone attend to the problem. Silvia also came to the apartment and communicated directly to me about the issue. All in all I was very happy with my stay.

Casa grande, pulita e arredata in modo curato. Zona tranquilla e rilassante, vicinato amichevole. Luogo ideale come base per esplorare la meravigliosa Garfagnana. Consigliatissimo!

Our family enjoyed a wonderful week at Luca's place in Lido di Camaiore. The apartment is spacious and comfortable - 4 bedrooms each with it's own bathroom, large well-appointed kitchen and living/dining area, plus a second floor with workout area, private laundry room and large sunroom/deck overlooking the ocean. The building is directly across the street from the beach promenade lined with restaurants and beach clubs. Every day we'd walk across the street, rent a cabana/tent at one of the beach clubs and spend the day at the beach, before going back to change to walk to one of the many restaurants for dinner and gelato. Things I found especially great: - the air conditioning in the apartment is excellent! July in Italy is HOT and the apartment A/C worked wonderfully to keep the apartment cool after a long day at the beach. - Luca is incredibly responsive, both before and during our trip. He always responded quickly and with whatever info we needed. We will definitely be back!

We based ourselves in Lucca for 5 days to explore Tuscany. It was great as we had a rental car. Secure and easy parking. Apartment was close to the train station in foot, as well as east to get into the old city.

Valerio has a wonderful home in the heart of old Lucca, it is furnished with love and respect to the traditions of the city. It is a meticulous example of the old city residence. Valerio was most generous with thoughtful supplies of coffee, bread, milk and a host of other supplies that made all the difference. We were most impressed with the generosity of the breakfast part of bnb. In fact we do not recall an Airbnb at which we were given a more generous supply of food/condiments. The apartment is essentially one good sized room in which there is a beautiful Queen sized bed and also a very comfortable double sized pull out sofa bed that our 19 year old daughter used. We were very close in the same room but this was no problem for us. The kitchen was equipped very well indeed and we enjoyed very much buying food and cooking ourselves after a long day walking. We couldn't have asked for more in the kitchen. The bathroom is separate with a large ante room and is beautifully appointed. There is hot water but it does take a long time to get there, but we were there in summer and it was very hot in Lucca so it did not worry us unduly. The water pressure is modest. There is a significant climb to the apartment, but you can't have the charm of old Lucca in a classic heritage protected building and all the modern conveniences. The only difficulty was with the WiFi service, it was very poor in the apartment, but if you sit on the staircase you can access all you need! We would recommend staying here, it was fabulous for us in the New World to experience a beautiful and ancient apartment in the Old World. Highly recomended

This was the perfect place for my very first trip to Italy. The host made us feel so welcome and right at home, provided us with some super helpful information has checked in on us during our stay to make sure we didn’t need anything. The loft is located right in the heart of Lucca, with so much style, class and soul. Many great cafés and restaurants are a stone’s throw away and you have absolutely everything you could ask for in the loft. We left a piece of our hearts in that loft and in Lucca and will certainly be back.

What an absolute gem of a find, great location near the train station, local cafes and restaurants are at walking distance. Place had a blend of traditional and Modern touches, with every you need. Madaline was a super host and brought me coffee when she came to top up the coffee pods. Such a nice touch. Highly recommended and defo will stay again.

Esperienza molto positiva, luogo bellissimo immerso nella natura e nel verde. Consigliato per chi volesse un momento ti relax e tranquillità. Pier Paolo e sua moglie sono stati molto gentili ed ospitali sia con noi che con la nostra cagnolina!

Great apartment! Spacious, great bed, well equipped, quiet and a responsive host. We enjoyed our stay. What would have made our stay even greater is the small details that we found were lacking: coffee pods for the Nespresso machine; umbrella (as it rained); and shampoo. For us, this is important; for some this may not matter. Overall, great stay and highly recommended.

Tolles Haus in traumhafter Lage – der Pool ist außergewöhnlich schön, so einen haben wir noch nie gesehen. Absolut empfehlenswert!
