We really enjoyed our stay here! The unit is very high quality and well furnished with everything we needed. The location is literally steps from the main square and all the main attractions. The kitchen is well stocked with very high quality tools which was a plus for us. We also really appreciated having a large bed since that’s what we are used to at home but is not common in Italy. Lastly, the Internet was super fast and allowed us to get some work done. Would love to stay again in the future!

We loved our stay in Mariangelas home and could not have asked for a better host. Upon check-in, Mariangelas team was there waiting to let us in and show us around the place. Place was small but had all essentials needed and was as described in the description. Location was ideal as you are within 20 minutes of all major attractions and sites. Mariangela was very responsive and provided any assistance or recommendations needed in a timely manner. AC was great but not really needed in April. Only small complaint was the hot water runs out after a few minutes and with 2 people you need to wait a bit between each shower. Other than this, place was incredible and we would certainly stay here again! Mariangela is the best host and we could have not asked for a better experience in Florence!

We stayed in the apartment while attending an Italian language class. Great location for school and beach. Very comfortable bed. Great to have a washing machine. Good kitchen. Nice balcony to sit and have a drink. Great shower but be aware it’s small in size. Not a problem for us. Great space for us over the 2 weeks.

Cecilia è una persona davvero gentile e premurosa. La sua casa è molto grande e luminosa, gli spazi sono divisi molto bene e arredati in modo funzionale. In casa non manca nulla e c'è l''aria condizionata! a causa del grande caldo non abbiamo sfruttato il grande terrazzo attrezzato, era meglio stare dentro casa al fresco! la casa è posizionata in una zona tranquilla, proprio di fronte ad un grande parcheggio a pagamento (25 euro settimanali), con una passeggiata di 10 Min lungo si arriva sulla passeggiata del lungomare e agli stabilimenti balneari (consigliamo bagno Amedeo) e a pochi minuti si trovano tanti supermercati e negozi di ogni genere. Siamo soddisfatti al 100% del ns soggiorno e il prossimo anno torneremo sicuramente! Grazie Cecilia

Soggiorno piacevolissimo. L’appartamento è proprio sulle piste ed è perfetto per chi vuole sciare. Accogliente e caldo, ci siamo trovati molto bene.

Tutto bene. Appartamento dotato di tutti i comfort, luminoso e curato, sito in zona molto tranquilla, vicinissimo al lungomare e all’Accademia Navale (ottimo per i concorsisti). Eleonora è stata molto gentile e disponibile, la comunicazione puntuale e precisa, check-in e check-out facili e veloci. Consigliatissimo.

Überaus freundlicher Gastgeber, ausgezeichnete Lage (ruhig und dennoch zentral, ca. 25 Minutrn fußläufig zum strand) und immer einen kostenfreien Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür gefunden. Sehr empfehlenswert 😊!

Soggiorno ottimo a Firenze! L’appartamento si trova in una posizione davvero strategica, a due passi da Palazzo Pitti, in una zona affascinante e autentica. Appartamento contenuto nelle dimensioni, ma assolutamente perfetto come base per visitare la città, ben organizzato e completo di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. Un grande plus è stato l’host: super disponibile, velocissimo nelle risposte e molto flessibile nel venire incontro alle nostre richieste.

Wir hatten wunderbare Tage in Livorno. Die schöne Wohnung in einem gepflegten Haus liegt unmittelbar an dem schönen Park der Villa Fabbricotti und war für uns 2 perfekt. Die Piazza Grande mit dem Dom ist zu Fuß in ca. 20 Minuten erreichbar. Viola hat uns tolle Tips gegeben für Restaurant. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Vielen Dank!!

Nous regrettons de ne pas être restés plus longtemps chez Leonardo nous avons adoré son logement et sa vie imprenable. Le super accueil de Leonardo et sa disponibilité. Nous nous sentions chez nous et n’avions pas envie de repartir.

Appartamento pulito e rifornito di tutto il necessario, areato con doppio balcone. Ottima opzione di soggiorno per visitare Firenze, accessibile facilmente tramite i mezzi pubblici. Buona comunicazione con Florinda e vicini molto cordiali. Soddisfatti a pieno del soggiorno. Consigliato

Esperienza più che positiva, Elena host disponibile e premurosa. La casa è curatissima nei particolari, arredata con gusto. Il giardino è anch'esso curato con attenzione, pratico e riservato. Da ritornare !!!

דירה מהממת, במיקום מעולה, קרוב לרכבת הקלה, מסעדות, בארים, סופרמרקט. מרחק הליכה של 20 דקות ממרכז העיר ההומה. דירה מרווחת, נקייה ומזמינה. מארחים ידידותיים מאוד. מטבח מאובזר, חימום מעולה, מים חמים כל הזמן, מכונת כביסה. יש מרפסת נעימה, בצד האחורי של הבניין כך שמאוד שקט. דירה מושלמת לשהייה ארוכה עם כל הצרכים, הרגשתי בבית. בטוח אחזור לדירה.

Abbiamo trascorso 6 giorni in questa casa tenuta bene di nuova ristrutturazione e situata in una zone tranquilla . Francesco è stato molto accogliente e disponibile a fornirci consigli per quanto riguarda la scelta di ristoranti e luoghi da visitare.

Die Unterkunft ist wirklich ein Traum! Wir hatten eine schöne, erholsame Zeit bei Deborah. Der Pool und die Lage ist toll und Deborah gibt super Empfehlungen, ist total warmherzig und man fühlt sich wie zuhause. Und hat es so gut gefallen, dass wir nochmal wiederkommen möchten!

Wir waren zum Saisonausklang zu Gast in dieser wirklich schönen Gegend und haben uns vor Ort direkt zu Hause gefühlt. Die alte Ölmühle und unser Appartment ist großzügig gestattet, entsprach der Beschreibung, die dargestellten Fotos sind in der Realität sogar noch besser. Es war alles sauber, alle Gerätschaften haben funktioniert und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der große Pool ist ein echtes Highlight und hat den Aufenthalt, insbesondere der Kinder, sehr aufgewertet. Der Empfang vor Ort klappte reibungslos und wurde im Vorfeld sehr gut vorbereitet. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und können die Unterkunft wirklich sehr empfehlen - das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist top! My fiance and I loved our stay here. beautiful views and prestige grounds. there were also a few friendly cats which made my fiancé's day. You need a car when staying here. you can find good restaurants and a grocery store a few minutes away in San casciano. It's centrally located in tuscany. 30 minutes to florence, 45 mins to siena. With lots of historic towns and wineries close by. The apartment was well accommodated, clean, and we'll equipped for cooking. We did pick up a few extra necessities from the grocery store and found the shower a little small, but otherwise found the stay comfortable and relaxing. Would totally recommend to friends and come back.

Unseren Urlaub haben wir in der Unterkunft sehr genossen. Die Wohnung war sauber und man hat sich sofort wohl gefühlt. Der Pool hat den Kindern und uns viel Spaß bereitet. Die Anprechpartner waren immer sofort zur Hilfe bereit und kommunikativ. Wir würden unseren nächsten Urlaub gerne wieder dort verbringen. Die Umgebung war sehr schön und es gab viele schöne Strände und Restaurants.

Ich habe drei Nächte bei Stefania und Maurizio verbracht und es war einfach fantastisch! Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön eingerichtet und man merkt, wie viel Liebe und Mühe in die Details gesteckt wurde. Ich habe mich sofort sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Es war eine tolle Erfahrung, und ich kann es nur jedem empfehlen! Vielen Dank für die herzliche Gastfreundschaft!
