The place was as described it's an absolute gem and great value for money, Sehaer always got back to me very quickly when I had questions we will definitely stay there again if we visit Margate in the future.

The Coastal Soul was everything we had hoped for and more. Comfortable, relaxing, great for walks along the cliff top and fresh sea air. Nic was the perfect host, friendly and helpful. It’s a lovely, comfortable pad with all the mod cons and some extra touches that makes it stand out from the everyday. We will be back!

Such a great little find for us as we stay in Deal often. The apartment is bright airy and spotlessly clean. It is so spacious so more than enough room for everyone. Fantastic location right in the centre of Deal and on the seafront. Communication with Sue was great and check in was simple! Would definitely recommend and will definitely be staying again.

Wonderful retreat which offered a sense of being private & slightly apart from busyness of Margate whilst being less than 2 mins walk from the vibrancy all Margate can & does offer. The accommodation was charming, welcoming, contemporary & full of vintage uniqueness plus offering expansive sea views via the front room/kitchen space & one of the bedrooms. Personally, we loved the walk up the original spiral staircase to the apartment but may be an issue if mobility needs to be considered. Access to excellent activities, events, shops, restaurants are within 3mins walk. It is a foodies delights re restaurants however there is a well-stocked & reasonably priced Aldi 3 mins walk away too. Free on-street parking directly outside accommodation also a bonus. Stephanie was communicative & responsive prior & during our visit with helpful support & suggestions. In all a lovely space to relax, recharge and reconnect. Thank you Stephane. Definitely will return & recommend!

Great weekend by the seaside. lovely little place right on the beach with a great view. Easy walks in either direction and all the amenities there for you including the kitchen- not that you need it with some fabulous restaurants 5 mins away tops (The Ship and La Turka to name but 2). We had a little problem with the loo which could have caused issues but Teresa got someone out within the hour and the problem was sorted before we got back from a stroll. That's service for you! Loved it, thoroughly recommend.

First class experience from the start of booking process to check out. Stunning apartment in a fabulous location, spotlessly clean with welcome fizz, orange juice and milk in the fridge. Communications with Wendy were excellent as were the instruction to find and enter the property. One of the best Airbnb’s we have stayed in!

Dean's place was an absolute gem and hands down one of the best Airbnb experiences I've had in over 10 years of using the platform. The apartment was a fantastic deal. It was exactly as pictured, spotlessly clean, and incredibly comfortable. But what truly sets this place apart is the location. It's honestly unbeatable: super walkable and close to everything you could possibly need. And then there's Dean - the best host I've ever had. He went above and beyond with local recommendations and was always friendly, responsive, and genuinely helpful. His warmth and attention to detail made us feel completely at home from the moment we arrived. If you're considering staying here, don't hesitate. You won't find a better place or a better host.

We had a short 4 night break at Walpole Heights to get away from London and switch off from work. The apartment was immaculately presented and a great spot to access the beach and local area. Free on-street parking right outside the apartment for the two cars was also useful. The apartment is spacious and tasefully decorated. We (including the dog) thoroughly enjoyed our stay. At night it is very quiet. On arrival we went across the road to the Walpole Bay Hotel and sat on the terrace for afternoon tea. A perfect location!

Dan was the most attentive and kind host! Responded so quickly to any questions and was super helpful. The flat is in the perfection location with it just a short walk to town. Beautiful secluded quiet garden for your morning coffee or to just sit and relax. The flat has all you can ask for with easy Alexa instructions throughout( and the most comfortable bed I've had in an Airbnb thus far). Absolutely great value for money, would definitely stay again! Excellent host from start to finish. It really felt like Paul cares about his property and cares about his guests. The little touches of amazing fresh bread, milk, coffee, fruit etc were really kind and very much appreciated. I’d definitely stay here again and would highly recommend the apartment. Also the proximity to the restaurants and bars is perfect - not to near to hear the noise but only just a few minutes walk away….. and there are some really great restaurants and bars in the area. Thanks for a great stay.

We had a wonderful time at Marks apartment. It was in beautiful surroundings, lovely and quiet, with a nearby town a short drive away if you do need anything or want to pop out. The flat itself was exactly as per the photos, and peaceful. Mark was a great host, thank you so much for having us!

Worth every penny I paid. George's place was super private and spacious, beautiful and with all amenities. He promptly replied to all my messages very good communication as well. I would definitely go there again.

Wir waren für einen Kurzurlaub mit unserem Kind und unserem kleinen Hund im Appartement. Von der Größe her war es völlig ausreichend. Es gab alles, was man benötigt, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Lage ist perfekt, weil man vom Wohnzimmer aus auf den Strand blicken kann. Der Strand ist wirklich direkt vor der Tür. Kleine Geschäfte, Supermarkt und viele Restaurants sind nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Der Balkon liegt im Schatten, dort ist leider zu keinem Zeitpunkt Sonne, was im Sommer sicher angenehm ist. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Sunrise apartment was in a perfect location with a beautiful view. Everything was thought of and nothing was overlooked. High quality finish and attention to detail, never seen a guest information book like it. Hosts were very responsive and friendly and couldn’t have been more helpful. Generous selection of tea, coffee etc, milk and prosecco in the fridge. We will definitely be back.

We absolutely loved our stay at Palm Lobster. Well located, visually striking, comfortable and luxurious, James has really hit everything you would hope for in an Airbnb. Helpful little notes around the place ensure you're feeling supported and a welcome hamper left in the kitchen was a really lovely surprise. Perfect location if you want to walk the zigzag cliffs down to the beach, or head into town for a stroll around the shops and harbour. Hope to be back soon!

Is a lovely flat for getting around Medway. perfect location for shopping at dockside or popping to the nearby restaurants. stocked tea and coffee which we appreciated.

I am a heavy travellers . I stayed so many places before. Hotels or flats. Aniesha’s flat is like a five star hotel suite! Very modern and stylish. The building is only 1.5years old. Very clean and the location is very convenient just in front of railway station and near supermarket and shopping center. Lots of restaurants nearby. It makes me feel like home. Thank you Aniesha! Aniesha is a very nice host. I already look forward to coming back again! Wish a merry Christmas and Happy new year.

Stayed here for 3 days with my partner and we had such a lovely stay! Hosts went above and beyond to provide a space that felt like home and the space was so cosy and beautiful 😍 the view was stunning and just a relaxing way to escape from reality for a while. We really appreciated the little things like snacks / food / beverages available, as well as the easy to connect WiFi and Netflix availability. There are a lot of restaurants and bars around however we mostly just went to the gym / leisure centre and made use of the sauna and steam room 😂 highly recommended if you want an easy-going host and a peaceful retreat for you and your partner

This is a beautiful home from home, it felt like staying with friends. We visited at Easter and there were two chocolate rabbits waiting for the kids, which was a lovely touch. The kitchen, living area and main bedroom are spacious and this is a great area. Close to the beach, train station, bars and restaurants. A lovely stay and we’d go back again.

Jackie and Gary were perfect hosts with clear communication and their apartment was beautiful - one of the nicest places we have stayed.
