Everything was perfect about this place. Clean and convenient. Home away from home. Very close to everything , around the corner the boat stop to Murano and Burano.

L’ alloggio è stato perfetto per due giorni a Venezia. Posizione molto comoda ed allo stesso tempo molto silenziosa. Direi tutto perfetto.

L'appartamento di Alina è accogliente e molto silenzioso, ci siamo trovati a nostro agio come a casa anche con il nostro cane. La zona è tranquilla, comoda per i nostri spostamenti e naturalmente affascinante... Bello affacciarsi sul cortile interno con la splendida palma! Abbiamo avuto il piacere di conocere Alina che è sempre stata molto disponibile ed amichevole. Non vediamo l'ora di tornare! Grazie

Cet appartement est une perle rare, tout près du Rialto. Il est spacieux et lumineux ce qui est rare à Venise. Le Best du Best est la terrasse où il est vraiment agréable de manger ou de prendre l’apéro. Le mercato est à deux pas. C’est vraiment extraordinaire ! Il y a deux salles de bains, très pratiques. L’appartement est très bien équipé. Nous conseillons cet appartement ! Vraiment une adresse à conseiller. Accueil sympathique et efficace. Nous reviendrons sans doute.

Paolo was very proactive in ensuring we made it safely from the train station to the apartment. So thankful for his instructions. His assistant met us to be sure we didn’t get lost. Location is on the very outer edge of the island so it was extremely convenient to get to the water taxi to Murano, other stops around the island, and back to the train station. It’s a longer walk to the Grand Canal and where most of the bustling crowds are, but also made for a very quiet stay in Venice, which was nice. Restaurants are nearby and convenient.

We had the best stay at Anna/Elena’s apartment in Venice. The air bnb was perfectly situated so close to the main sights but also quiet enough that you could escape the busy tourist hot spots. The space its self was lovely, clean and met our needs well. Elena was amazing. She met us right off our boat from the airport and all her recommendations and tips were super helpful. All in all we had a fab time and would recommend this Air BnB to anyone traveling to Venice. Thank you!x

We loved our stay at this place. Close to Piazza San Marcos and lots of restaurants and local shops. Great location. The place is located in the 4th floor, but we didn't mind, because the view from the top floor was great. The host was very responsive and we enjoyed every minute of our stay.

Chiara’s place was a wonderful find in Venice. It was in a great location that was quiet and away from all the hustle and bustle but easily walkable. The accommodation had everything that we needed and was a great place to relax after a full day of exploring. Chiara was a great host who look after us well and was accommodating when our train came in after check in time. We had a great stay and loved the Venetian style pieces within the apartment

Ottima esperienza ! La posizione è perfetta , l’appartamento è in ottime condizioni , molto accogliente ,molto pulito e attrezzato di tutto quanto c’è bisogno . Siamo stati davvero molto bene, La casa è come da descrizione ci sono tutti i comfort e anche di più, appartamento moderno ed estremamente pulito e ordinato non potevamo chiedere di meglio, una garanzia se andate a Venezia!!

We loved our stay at Lisa's. She was very responsive and helpful. The place was located in a quiet area near the famous sights. It was a great place for our 2 families. I would highly recommend.

Come l'anno scorso, abbiamo trascorso la settimana di Ferragosto in questo delizioso appartamento, perfetto per spazi e posizione, a pochi metri (ca. 150 m) dalla spiaggia. Silenzioso, dotato di un buon impianto di condizionamento (necessario per la stagione!) e di tutte le forniture per un breve soggiorno, lavatrice e wifi compresi. Caroline e Marco sono sempre stati pronti ad ogni richiesta di supporto e chiarimento.

We loved our stay at the Artist's House! Such a charming apartment in a great location - right in the middle of Venice, but nice and quiet. Everything we needed was provided for us, including an extra bed for our baby, and Katia was super helpful whenever we needed help. We made a mistake with our booking initially, and were very grateful to Katia for helping us fix it smoothly and without issue. Would love to come back to Venice, and will definitely book this apartment again if we do.

Ein Schmückstück mitten im herzen von Venedig. Alles gut zu Fuss erreichbar und man geniesst höchsten Komfort in der Wohnung des Gastgebers. Perfekt für Pärchen oder um Zweisamkeit zu geniessen.

The house is huge and we had a wonderful experience. The infrared spa sauna was also a treat. Loved every moment. Stefano was very helpful and responsive.

Wanted somewhere close to the Archives as I was doing research there. But it turned out to be our favourite sestiere in Venice - much quieter than San Marco but just as central and beautiful. The flat is tucked away but there were clear instructions. We didn’t use the very impressive tub or sauna. You do need to keep the windows closed at night as - while it’s basically very quiet, conversations from the odd late night passers-by are just a few feet away. But the flat was just what we wanted and the croissants at the Archivio bar in Campo S Stin are the best in Venice! Will return.

This was a great place in a quiet neighborhood. The beds were comfortable and slept well. The shower had good pressure but was a bit small. WiFi was hit or miss but was fast when it was working. Overall a great place to base your Venice adventure from!

We stayed in this place during the 2025 Easter holidays. It is a very nice and clean accommodation, exactly like the description provided. 10mts to 12mts walk from Mestre station. 3 mts walk to local bus stop. Good travel links nearby. Erika was an amazing host, so as Carmen, who did our check in and checkout. She was very flexible for in and out. There were clear instructions provided. She allowed us to store our luggage at the storage after the check out since we had a tour planned during the day. It was very kind of her. She was always available with her instant responses for any queries. She guided us with all bus/tram details which helped our transportation easy through Venice. Erika even booked a taxi for us to airport when we faced issues with online booking. We were really lucky as we had Erika as our host. Lara is a wonderful host. She has thought of what she would like in an Airbnb and provided it in her own. She was brilliant at arranging early check in and helped us with a noise issue effectively. The apartment is spacious, modern and (important to me) has perfect black out shutters, fans, AC and coffee!! A note on the location; it is obviously not in the lagoon or in any sort of tourist area. The bus stops are over the road and it is easy but it gets very busy on there and you may end up standing both ways. Not an issue for us but worth mentioning. You can get the train one stop using the one day passes for the boats etc. That was more comfortable (for us). There are places to eat but it’s not like there is something every five metres as in the lagoon. We walked to Mestre centre and went to Da Pino which was utterly wonderful but less good if you are on tired legs! None of this is a problem but worth mentioning if travelling with a party that’s less mobile. Overall great place!!

Malgré une incompréhension liée à l'arrivée tardive, notre hôte a été compréhensif. Suzanna qui nous a accueillis a été très gentille, serviable et de bon conseil. Le logement correspond aux attentes. les équipements sont très bien : un bain à remous et un sauna (qu'il faut prévoir à l'avance car à électrique). Le lit est agréable si on aime la literie souple. L'appartement est propre ; il y a un peu d'humidité mais nous sommes à Venise, ça me paraît normal. Merci à nos hôtes et à Suzanna pour le séjour !
