Beautiful space and area overlooking the ocean, awesome having our own beach, and use of kayaks etc. Sleeps 6 comfortably but the hidabed in living room for 2 more guests very uncomfortable, needs a foamy on top of the springs! Loved the sunroom and games box, lots of different sitting areas❣️

If you want to surf - this place is paradise. You are steps from paddling out - right on Chesterman beach. My family and I extended our stay because everything about the place was just perfect for us. Barb was a pleasant and responsive host who provided us with all the information we needed for an easy self check-in and the place was cozy, clean, and well kept. Thoughtful touches for extra comfort and convenience were there in abundance. Highly recommended, we will surely be back again.

We absolutely loved our stay at this cute cabin. What a special spot! We enjoyed exploring the inlet with the canoe provided and exploring some of the local hikes. Be sure to try to the local Mexican Restaurant. We loved the seclusion and quiet this cabin provided with easy access to any groceries or other amenities we might need.

George est un hôte très amical et bienveillant. La caravane est bien équipée. La localisation au bord de l’eau est incroyable (attention : un tout petit peu bruyant lors de l’arrivée des ferrys). Toutefois, le prix est élevé pour une simple caravane dans une allée, avec un vis-à-vis direct sur les fenêtres de la maison (même prix que les logements entiers dans la région). Gros bonus : l’utilisation des kayaks !

It was perfect. The description was bang on. The cabin was full of character and rustic charm. You could feel the good energy in this place surrounded by peace and quiet. Nosy sea lion swam by several times a day.

We were 3 friends who stayed at Lori's place for a month. We loved the river view. There was plenty of room for us each to have our own room and we had everything thing we needed. We liked the town of Cedar and the grocery store was great. It was very easy to explore the whole east side of the island from this location. Lori was very resposive to any requests we had. It was a great getaway.

We loved Heidi’s place. It is spotlessly clean and the kitchen is fully equipped, including complimentary coffee. Bathroom and bedroom are comfy and clean. Lots of room to get comfy on the living room sectional. Beautiful location by the creek.

Place was lovely and had everything we needed. Close walk to lots of different restaurants and downtown shops. Keith was very responsive and helpful when we had questions or needed an extra little item. Kelowna is a higher price point for rentals/hotels but Keith’s place was fully worth it for location and amenities. Thanks

We had a really great time at this very comfortable townhouse! Derek was a very responsive host and was incredibly accommodating of us traveling with a baby. Would definitely stay here again!

Randy and Barb’s home was absolutely perfect. The condo is beautifully decorated and it’s even more lovely than the photos. The view is unmatched. We watched the tide come in and out each day. The peaceful water views are a dream. We usually visit Florida each year and this year we wanted to stay in Canada. My family had a fabulous time and we can’t wait to come back. Our three year old loved the playground and the kids hot tub that had a slide! Endless fun. The resort has a delicious restaurant, a spa, trails and kayaks. Everyone was so friendly. Our stay at the Strand was simply magical and will hold a very special place in our memories for many years to come. Every attention to detail in all the furnishings, kitchen/bathroom amenities and local recommendations were so thoughtful and made this magical place feel like home, a very warm, peaceful and relaxing home! The beautiful photos from this listing were what attracted us to this booking but the reality was even far more breathtaking, stunning and exceeded all our expectations. We’ve stayed at many Airbnbs around the world and the Strand has to be one of, if not the, BEST one we’ve ever stayed at. Place is stunning and the view is the best. I think of the properties I’ve stayed in this unit was the best appointed meaning just filled with tasteful stuff you may need to enjoy the place and surroundings. Also, Margaret clearly knows how to design. You won’t be disappointed - you’ll feel they’ve outdone themselves. Stay here.

We had a wonderful stay at Keven’s suite! The location was perfect, backing right onto the river with an incredible view, and just steps from a peaceful dog-friendly beach where our pups could play freely.. The suite itself was cozy, spotless, and had everything we needed. The bed was so comfortable, and the heated floors were such a lovely touch. We especially appreciated the calm, welcoming atmosphere, it truly made for a relaxing stay. Keven was kind, responsive, and thoughtful throughout. Highly recommend this stay, thank you again!

Lovely spot right on Skaha Lake. Very easy to find and access. Leanne was incredibly responsive and very accommodating. The house vibe is very 80s, we enjoyed the retro feel. Well stocked and clean.

We had a fabulous stay on our ladies mtb getaway! It was just as advertised. Great relaxing beach. Very responsive communication. We will be back!

The beach house was very charming and quaint. My family thoroughly enjoyed listening to the waves of the ocean and taking in the beautiful views.

Pleasant place with stunning view. Well equipped kitchen, family friendly house, with big garden. The hot tub and firepit made our stay absolutely awesome. Lots of hike around, we highly recommend the place. Hung is very friendly too.

Absolutely beautiful settling over looking the water. Private and quiet. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was nicely stocked. The only comment I would have is for the second shower upstairs to be finished. Would definitely come back. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Great location, close to town. On the water. Incredible views! Comfortable beds, lots of room. Beautifully designed and decorated. Could use fresh pans and needs a new BBQ (basically unusable) limited our cooking options.
