Great place for our family of five. Plenty of beach toys to bring to beach. Plenty of towels. The king bed in the master bedroom was SO comfortable! We were able to cook dinner with everything in the kitchen easy peasy. The boardwalk was not loud at all per the previous complaints but we went during Christmas and new years. Very peaceful! Loved it!

Do not hesitate booking this stay for your next vacation. The absolute perfect location, most charming little beach condo, INSANE VIEW!! Close to everything you need in the sweetest town. Steven is amazing and extremely helpful

We had a wonderful stay at Ray’s place! Ray is an excellent host! His place is close to many great restaurants and shops. Our baby was also able to play in nearby playgrounds (there’s a total of 3 that is walkable but 1 is our favorite). Amenities are amazing. We enjoyed our stay and love to stay at Ray’s place again.

Another great stay and already booked a future visit. So peaceful with breeze and palm trees plus sweet bird music when opening the sliding door. Super responsive hosts. Lots of light. Thanks again! Olivia and I loved it

This was a wonderful place for our family of four. We came to CA for ice hockey and needed a retreat between games for our family. That’s exactly what we found. This is a very clean apartment with a fully equipped kitchen and laundry within the apartment was so great to have. Tony was on vacation but made sure someone was there to welcome us and show us how to find the apartment and where to park. This was very helpful. We walked to the Spectrum center and felt comfortable walking the beautiful area daily. We even bought a basketball to join in on some fun at the courts in the community a few nights of our stay. We also did some surf lessons on Newport Beach as a team and it was amazing. I would highly recommend this Airbnb and Tony as a host. Thank you for a wonderful retreat for us.

This place is great! It’s large, great location and clean.

This was one of the best Airbnb locations that I've ever stayed in, including the actual condo and the host. The condo was super clean, comfortable, and came with everything that you would want for a beach vacation. There were extra blankets, sheets, tons of towels, soaps for the dish washer and washing machine, and all of the furniture was comfortable and clean. The location really couldn't be better. You are steps away from essentially a private beach in San Diego and have access to a ton of pools and seating areas that overlook the ocean. The weather in this part of SD is always nice and because you're so close to the water, the ocean breeze makes the condo comfortable and airy throughout the day. Alyssa was incredibly easy to work with, super responsive, and a great host. Booking with her, getting an early check in (Thank you!) and working out the details was straight forward and she was always clear and friendly. Next time I'm back in SD, I'll be looking to stay here again!

We loved our stay in Dana Point, CA. Natalia and Steven were very kind hosts. They responded immediately to any questions we had. The check-in and check-out procedures were very easy! The location of the condo was wonderful. It is a short drive to Salt Creek Beach and the Lantern District. There is also grocery store and CVS less than a mile away. The amenities at the condo were very comfortable and extremely clean. My family and I had everything we needed. We really appreciated the beach chairs and towels that were stored in the closet. Natalia and Steven's condo is a perfect place for a family or couple's getaway. My kids did not want to leave and they begged us to bring them back to Dana Point! This condo was a perfect place to stay.

This was everything we thought it would be according to the pictures and write up. Great place for the grandkids to come and visit with us due to the proximity to the beach and the on-site pool and hot tubs. Host was responsive and everything went as expected. Would definitely stay there again.

I've stayed at Sandra's condo at the beach several times. I love the peacefulness of the space. The colors are relaxing and the location is very quiet. The parking space in the parking garage is super close to the condo which is really helpful. And there's a great view of Oceanside Harbor from the patio. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. With lots of walking paths and easy access to the beach. The community is gated which gives a nice feel of safety. It's an easy walk to Mission Blvd where there are many shops and restaurants available. It's also an easy walk to the Harbor with many more restaurants, especially if you like seafood. I look forward to my next stay at Sandra's place!

Nick & Amy's place in Oceanside was wonderful! You can see and hear the ocean from the living room and the bedroom, and it was exactly what I was looking for. I booked the place an hour before check-in but the hosts were super quick to accept, and proactively send me welcome messages with instructions to enter the property. I appreciated the clear instructions for parking as well. The beach is just a few steps away and I felt safe waking at night in the neighborhood. Definitely recommend picking this place if you're in Oceanside! Thanks for a great stay, Nick & Amy!

This was our second time staying at this condo. Very nice setup, so nice to being out dog and so close to the dog beach! Will stay again.

We love the location and amenities at Paul’s place. Very quiet unit and lovely balcony overlooking the beautiful surroundings. A new hot tub opened by the pool during our stay which was wonderful!

This particular unit is really wonderful, and the location amazing. Being able to see and hear the beach/waves is very important to me. The unit is well laid out, comfortable, and the wagon was very helpful unloading as it was quite a walk. My vehicle cannot fit in the garage it's too tall, so I parked in the open lot near security. Thankfully with construction security gave us permission to park and not have to move the truck every day. Security was absolutely amazing and very helpful! The beach is very easy to access. We did not use the pool, even though it said heated, it did not feel like it. Sadly, the hot tub was closed for renovations, which is my only negative experience as I rented this particular location for the hot tub and the beach access. It would have been nice to have been made aware ahead of time of the construction going on in the condo complex, for informational purposes. Courtney and staff were quick to answer any questions and very pleasant. Will rent here again.

Abraham was a great host. Excellent communication. The place was wonderful and just steps to the beach. We would definitely stay there again. We were told the place came with multiple boogie boards, there was only one there when we arrived. I messaged Abraham to let him know and within a couple hours he had delivered 2 more boogie boards for us. Very proactive and excellent! The resort area pools/hot tubs and other amenities were very nice also.

Amazing property & host!! Absolutely enjoyed our stay with our group of 10! Kids LOVED the pool & the house accommodated us all! House had a few minor issues but Ryean was very responsive & helpful. Very private & beautiful home. We found it a bit far from town but knew this going in that we would be travelling around a lot - if you are looking for a quiet space with a group, this is your place! ☀️

Diana was a wonderful host. She went above and beyond for us. The house is beautiful. It was perfect for our group of 10 including 4 young kids. They have all the essential baby amenities like crib, high chair and gates. House was spacious and little ones had lots of room to run around walkable to the beach and local cafes and restaurants. Highly recommend!

Lizette’s place was nothing short of perfect for our San Diego weekend! Close enough to drive or uber to any malls or gaslamp district, and a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The backyard was clean and so nice to sit for a bonfire or sunny day with cornhole. House was spotless and I look forward to staying again!

Marc's place was perfect. We were able to relax as a family and feel right at home. Excellent location, great amenities, and super kind host!

Daniel N Emily’s place was perfect for an Easter weekend reunion of our children and their young families. The house was clean, large enough to ensure nobody felt cramped for space and all of the assessors needed for the kitchen and bathrooms were available and in great shape. The communication before taking residence was personable and professional. The owners are very understanding and went out of their way to make sure everything was just right for our family and their three day visit. My wife and I would recommend this property if you have a large group and are looking for a safe and centralized location near everything you may wish to do in the Carlsbad area. We would gladly consider renting this property again. Thank you from all of us. Thank you from all of us.

Overall we had a great time with our stay. Lots of entertainment/activities at the house. Plenty of outdoor seating. Loved the pool and fire pit. The only hiccup was the cleaners didn’t make it out to the property prior to us arriving at the house. I contacted the hosts and they responded very quickly and made the situation right. So I was very satisfied with that. Our families loved the place, thank you for the experience.

This house is absolutely amazing. Extremely clean and had everything that we wanted. Very comfortable beds. Pool and spa is well maintained. Host is very friendly and great at communication. I would recommend this place to everyone that wants to feel like they are on vacation. Beautiful home and I can’t wait to come back. My whole family enjoyed ourselves
