Enjoy the covered porch, with large rockers, to take in the views of the pasture At present time we don't have horses but are looking. You have your own privacy gate for security. Check in with no personal contact, private amenities & sanitized cleanings. Three night minimum on all holidays.

Starlight Cabin~Peaceful Countryside w/ Longhorns

The Starlight Cabin is the actual guest house for a working Longhorn cattle ranch. Although not a large acreage by Texas standards (48 acres,) this special location is perfect for those who wish to get out and away from the usual crowds. It is peaceful and isolated. This is a pet friendly property, and we do charge a $50 one time fee for pets (no exceptions). This fee covers 1 or 2 pets, and helps us keep this place available for guests with furry family members.

Kick back and watch the wildlife, birds and hummingbirds, while drinking coffee and enjoying the beautiful views. We are in the Country, close to Stillhouse Lake, and only a short drive to Cadence Bank Center, Belton, UMHB, Chalk Ridge or Dana Peak Park. Parking including room for a trailer.

Weird Ole Country House

Looking for a peaceful escape with character? Welcome to our delightfully weird home. Inside you'll find a balcony, a shingle roof, a forest, giant hands, a chicken, stained glass, a rowing machine, games and room to dance. Outside, you'll find comfortable seating and a country porch and two bench swings. The house is a perfect jumping off point for Austin, Temple, College Station, Granger lake, and Lake Somerville.
