very peaceful and relaxing place to stay, the host Vincent very prompt when replying to any messages and messaged us to check if we needed anything throughout our stay.

The house was super clean and cosy. It looks like it is quite new as all the appliances and furnishings were pristine. The hot tub is tucked around the side of the cabin and has complete privacy and a beautiful view over the lake. Jonathan gave us some great recommendations for local restaurants nearby which were great. The gravetye manor was particularly stunning. Thanks again :)

we really enjoyed our stay at Alexia''s place. it was better in person than the photos. really lovely space to relax. the hot tub was amazing and we had everything we needed. the bed was really comfortable and nice little gifts in the kitchen left for guests for breakfast/introduction. Alexia is a very helpful host who met us on arrival and explained all we needed to know. would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in this area.

My partner and I stayed here 14th-17th April 2025. We wanted to get away for a few days, somewhere quiet and secluded where we could relax and recharge. And the place did just that. Beautiful surroundings. Frankie and Jonathan were very lovely, welcoming and friendly, always on hand should we have needed them. Even had to ask if they had paracetamol one evening, and they brought it over for us, thank you. The cabin itself was gorgeous, and the hot tub was divine, and they had it ready for us every evening. Everything was catered for, tea, coffee, cereals etc. We will definitely be coming back for if you’ll have us. 10/10.

Lynley accepted a same day last minute booking and from my first interaction I knew it was going to be great, speedy and polite responses with some humour - perfect!! Now the stables what can I say!! Absolutely beautiful, quiet location minutes from the Surrey Heath to walk as far or as little as you like! Patch our mini JR loved it 🐶❤️ Now the property....a private, peaceful escape with everything you could ask for (Even had a camembert baking dish, if you know you know ❤️🧀) The standards of the stables are exceptional, clean, smell gorgeous, attention to detail 👌 The outside space is fantastic - Your own private decking with table/chairs/parasol, BBQ and most importantly the outside bath 🛁 with hot/cold water for nights watching the sunset/horses with a glass of bubbles 🥂 Lynley was so accommodating and let us use the neighbouring facilities on night one as a treat, that is also gorgeous! We had a wonderful 3 night stay in such a beautiful space. Thank you Cheryl and Pete x

Really enjoyed our stay at the bee hive. Layout was really unique and made a really enjoyable experience. Hot tub was very relaxing while looking up into the trees. Will definitely be back to try out one of Nigel’s other stays. If your thinking about it, can assure you won’t regret booking👍🏼

lovely place to stay on a live working farm, all animals are amazing kids and our selves will miss them! hot tub was one of the best we have been in held the heat really well. views from the place are amazing host and family are lovely people too. definitely will be coming back

Clare was a fantastic host, providing loads of info to help us settle in and get around. Lovely cabin, very homely and had everything we needed. The Holly Bush pub is a must for fiod and friendly service. Great dog walking around the National Trust ponds, although we had to keep dogs on the lead due to ground nesting birds etc. Would definitely recommend

Great lodge, small and beautiful. Garden was massive and things to do for children. Warm inside and beds was very comfortable, such a lovely relaxing lodge. Host was amazing was available to communicate and was happy for me to have my hen ladies there. Only 1 annoying part was the dirt road leading up too gate. As u wouldnt realise to go up it.. easy to miss. BUT still 10/10.. cant wait to go back for a nice night away.

This was our second stay at The Drey and it was just as lovely as we remembered. We enjoyed the company of Anna and Cooper, the beautiful local walks, a trip in the car for a walk at Blackheath and a couple of visits to the Scarlett Arms. Our 7 year old daughter and 10 year old dog had the time of their lives with Cooper and exploring the woods!

Absolutely delightful property. Lovely private location but with easy access to lots of places of interest. Extremely clean. Very tasteful furnishings. Comfortable bed and seating. Lots of kitchen equipment. Really appreciated the milk, coffee podss and yummy flapjacks. Would highly recommend this beautiful property.

Larissa’s quaint little cabin was a wonderful escape from the hustle & busy world we find ourselves in. She was responsive & left us some fresh eggs & also delicious homemade jam. We are a family of four & and whilst we were very comfortable the place is small. Our girls slept very well on the futon bed in the lounge. I imagine this place comes to life in summer when you can utilise the outdoor space; like the dining table. We found it quite crammed at mealtimes. The pool, even in November, was fantastic! Fresh & an absolutely wonderful experience. Thank you Larissa.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the cabin over the Easter weekend. Groombridge is a lovely, tucked away area and the cabin feels very remote and peaceful. Christopher made us feel very at home and I cannot recommend the pizza more! Perfect dough recipe. Comfortable sleeping and spacious for 7. Highly recommend ⭐️

perfect location for my mini trip to Surrey with my dog. Cosy, clean, comfortable - 3c's that I look for when booking a place to stay when catching up with friends & family. Had everything I needed in the kitchen. Private, secure garden for dog.

The cabin is comfortable and spacious, with all amenities of a small apartment. WiFi is quick and reliable. Walking distance to a tube station, providing easy access to LHR and various destinations in London. Mandeep is a welcoming and caring host. Overall very satisfied with the stay and would recommend to other travelers!

Mike’s place is one of the most memorable Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed at. Tucked away behind a mansion and opposite a tennis court, the cabin is peaceful, cosy, and great value for money. It was warm, comfortable, and perfect for a quiet getaway. Finding it was a little tricky at first, so I’d recommend messaging Mike for the street number—it’ll make things much easier! Nina è una host davvero disponibile, mi ha dato molta sicurezza fin da subito. L’alloggio è fantastico: pulito, caldo, accogliente e spazioso. Abbiamo trascorso 5 giorni nella sua casa nel periodo di capodanno e la zona è molto tranquilla per cui sapevamo di aver fatto la scelta giusta. È a un minuto a piedi dalla fermata dell’autobus quindi si raggiunge comodamente il centro in poco tempo. La cucina è attrezzata e invoglia davvero a stare a casa! Se dovessimo tornare a Londra cercherei sicuramente uno dei suoi alloggi per poter passare le vacanze, grazie!!

We had a lovely time at nick’s place, walkable to the East Putney + Putney stations. The room was comfortable for a short stay and nick + his cats were friendly and welcoming to us 🐈🐈‍⬛🐈.Hope to stay here again ☺️

I really switched off, was able to get loads of writing done as there's space to sit and work, loved the nice touches like the coffee machine, and super easy to get into central london. Crystal Palace is a wonderful enclave - lots of cool coffee shops and independent businesses. I'll definitely be back to stay again.

Lucy’s space is really beautiful and perfect for people who also like their privacy, and quiet space. It was so soothing, and although there is not a kitchen, she made sure that there is water and tea and everything we might need while we stay. I really recommend for anyone who wishes to be in London and feel as if they are in their private beautiful world. Thank you Lucy!
