We had a great time staying here. It is the perfect distance between the airport and the outer banks. It is a cozy little place to retreat to after a long day. Would love to stay again!

Our stay was perfect as always when we stay here. Very peaceful always immaculately clean, everything we need. Tracy is always responsive. Love this little farm. Great Easter Egg hunt for our grand kids in the garden area and they love the swing and all the toys, and decor of the garden. Thanks again we recommend and will be back!

This was our second stay at the Sunset Loft. We love the place, and Cyn is the most gracious host. We have always felt completely at home here. The location in Hertford makes Edenton and Elizabeth City easily accessible for their nice restaurants, bars, and breweries, as well as other tourist attractions. The Sunset Loft is aptly named. The sunsets were spectacular every night, and the view of the Perquimans river from the deck is fabulous. I’m sure we’ll be back.

My wife and I greatly enjoyed our stay at the cottage. It is in a very quiet area with a beautiful view. The cottage is very clean, tastefully decorated, and has all the essentials. It is an ideal place to stay when exploring the outer banks area. One of the highlights of our trip was taking the ferry from Currituck to Knotts Island to visit the Mackay Island National Wildlife Refuge. The ferry terminal is only about a 15 minute drive from the cottage.

We absolutely loved our stay at Ritta’s place! It was close to the event we were staying at, any questions I had she answered fast! The house was beautiful as well as the location! She had great recommendations. We felt right at home and my son enjoyed every minute of his birthday weekend! We can’t wait to come again one day!

My family and I enjoyed our stay here. The house was immaculately clean. The beds were extremely comfortable. The surrounding views were so beautiful and relaxing. Our 2 dogs enjoyed sniffing around the yards and exploring. Dog treats, bowls, and beds were provided which was a nice touch. We spent the days exploring Edenton and Elizabeth City, and we had cozy movie nights with their smart tv. Restaurants are at least 20 minutes away which wasn’t too bad. There’s a convenience store 5 minutes up the road that also does pizza orders. We tried it one night, and it was super good! We thought this was awesome because the house was in a pretty secluded but peaceful area. Thanks for a great weekend! Definitely made memories here to last a lifetime with my family and fur babies.

Jen was SO friendly and accommodating!! I booked the Dock House for my best friends bachelorette trip; she allowed me to decorate freely & have an early check in so I could set up before the rest of the party arrived! Everything is within a 10 minute drive or an even a walk if you don’t mind a few miles a day. Neighborhood was quite, our upstairs neighbors were up one night STARTING construction at 12am and it lasted until about 2am so that was pretty annoying (especially for our stay- we were trying to relax before the wedding and that really ticked me off because it’s in the manual for the area: quite hours are from 10pm-7am so there’s no excuse, but they were quite the other nights after that so it’s fine & to no fault of Jen/Stew!) We had more than enough space throughout the house and the large connecting deck from the dinning room, to the family room/kitchen, to the main bedroom was SO pretty in the morning & perfect for our meals throughout the day! Will DEFINITELY be back!! 🫶

We had a wonderful stay here. The house is beautifully built and all new construction. Right on the water and it’s beautiful. It’s very easy to find and we appreciated being so close to family. If you’re a light sleeper, consider bringing ear plugs since it is off of Highway 168. This didn’t bother us at all since we are not light sleepers. Thank you for a great stay.
