The Old Farmhouse was one of the best equipped Airbnbs that we have ever stayed in. We particularly loved the hot tub and the four ponies/donkeys. Although you can walk around the fields surrounding the house, you have to drive to Finchingfield for food and drink etc. We had a Sainsbury’s supermarket delivery which worked well.

Lovely house and location, was ideal for all ages in the party. Amenities were very good and enjoyed using the hot tub. Slight problem finding the house when following the satnav but was able to contact the host quickly who gave perfect directions. would recommend to anyone wanting to visit the area.

A beautiful cottage set in beautiful grounds. Perfect for our teenage girls who loved the hot tub and fire pit. Amanda our host was great and very helpful. Would definitely would love to stay again.

We picked Bay Cottage as it looked great in the pics and the description was really comprehensive. Before leaving we spoke to Jane the host for arrival instructions On arrival we were shown around by Jane and given a brief rundown on the appliances etc Bay cottage is superb. It's peaceful and very quiet. The interior is very nice and well furnished The kitchen is fantastic and well stocked with everything you could need during your stay. The hosts Jane and Pete had left milk and bread and tea and coffee for us too The bed is huge and very comfortable and the bathrooms are also well stocked and impeccably clean The hot tub is a very good feature and was used daily. It is a 5/6 person one and very spacious and topped off what was a great small break Would and will return again

Sarah’s place was a great place to stay. We visited as a group of friends and the grounds were a real highlight - including the lake and hot tub! The mezzanine bedroom is fully private. Would recommend!

Outstanding hosts. We were super happy to stay with them for a second time! The welcome basket was a really thoughtful gesture and the extra touches like robes and slippers were very helpful.

Jackie was a great host, very friendly and welcoming and even left flowers and wine for our arrival! The property was in a beautiful, quiet and secluded location next to the river Lark. The property was a perfect rural cosy hideaway! Abundance of wildlife, near the beautiful little city of Ely and Cambridge and close to the beautiful Wicken Fen . I highly recommend this stay and we look forward to returning x

We had a lovely stay at Fred's. The house was tucked away in a quiet yet central location, and had everything we needed. The converted stables were beautifully done, and it has calming decor so that we felt relaxed after a day of being out and about. There were fantastic friends nearby for the dog too!

Second week here, love it, really lovely friendly hosts and set in the most beautiful surroundings. Clean and comfortable with everything you need. Highly recommended and looking forward to the next two weeks here. Thank you James and family.

We had an amazing stay! The home was so comfy and relaxing. Loved being able to take the children and dogs for long walks. Lovely local pub nearby. Angie and Charlie were very responsive and helpful. Would highly recommend!

A very beautiful and clean cottage. Full of character, and exactly as described and shown in photos. Kitchen was well-equipped, bathroom was lovely (roll-top bath and separate shower), good temperature in the house, great garden. All in all, loved staying there and would definitely stay there again. Oh, and a lovely pub with a great beer garden at the end of the road, and Ely centre only a 6-mins walk away.

I am a returning guest for the best part of a year and a half. Every stay is as good as the last. Sharon is a wonderful host and nothing is too much trouble. Highly recommended 👍🏻

Sojourned at Mila's over the NYE to get away from the hustle and bustle. The cottage is charming and it is located in a peaceful village. Incredibly clean, cosy and characteristic of the Cambridgeshire countryside. Mila was professional and accommodating and the place was set up with everything that one would require! It was an enjoyable and comfortable stay.

Lauren and Julie are very friendly hosts. They responded quickly and made sure that you have everything you need in the cottage. Our son was also very happy with the cereals and biscuits, thank you for that. The cottage is attached to the main house, but is still very private. The bus stop to take the bus to Cambridge is nearby and a trip to London is also easily made via the train station. It is nice to be able to relax in such a quiet place afterwards. Thank you, we had wonderful days!

We really enjoyed our stay at Liz’s beautiful thatched cottage. The rooms were comfortable, and the kitchen and bathroom were both well stocked. We enjoyed a delicious meal at the Chequered Skipper, which is just across the street. We met lots of people walking dogs, and the views out of the cottage are of gorgeous fields and trees. The peacocks were a fun, unusual addition, but bring earplugs if you’re a light sleeper! They can be loud if they visitor your garden. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks!

We (4 adults, 2 babies) had a wonderful stay at Nicky’s cottage over the new year. The cottage itself is exactly as listed and is a really beautiful place. The sitting room and bedrooms are cosy and the kitchen is very well equipped. It was also super festive with a gorgeous Christmas tree! Nicky went above and beyond ensuring we had everything we might need for our little ones from toys to baby baths. There were so many lovely touches throughout and even a welcome bottle of bubbles to see in the new year! We would 100% recommend and would stay again.

Lovely spacious accommodation in beautiful gardens. Close to Centreparcs where we were meeting our family. Our host was very friendly and helpful and provided fresh croissants for breakfast and a candle lit path for our return in the evenings.

Our engineers stayed here when they were working in the area. A great property , lovely host and easy check in! Would highly recommend!

Excellent host and property in a handy location for Cambridge. The property is well placed if you are visiting Papworth or Addenbrookes - as Carol recommended, just ensure you allow sufficient travelling time if you have an early appointment.
