Very good value for money. The host was very kind and friendly. His family made breakfast for me and tried to get to know me. Very friendly and social atmosphere. And if you are an animal person you will love two young dogs, they have on the premise.

The accommodation was excellent. The staff extremely friendly and helpful at all times. Superb swimming pool where one could swim under the moon, and the gentle glow of the pool lights. Furthermore, and importantly, for a country where temperatures hit 36°, the laundry facilities were quick and efficient. I must admit the quality of the ironing was as good if not better than I do at home!

Fantastic stay. comfortable room and bed. everything was neat and clean and new. laundry facilities were a bonus as I stayed for 4 days. Quiet, serene location, a little far from restaurants, but the tuktuk costs only $3 for the round-trip to the markets. Sam was extremely helpful and accommodating. Angkor Wat is anazing. I'm encouraged to return for a 3 month long vacation in the future....

Very nice place to stay, if you want to visit Nesat village. Neat and clean, Claire is a very considerate host. Well equipped kitchen, full size fridge, cold water already in the fridge when we arrived, we really had no problems. We arrived in low season, and many people in the Nesat community were not present. Claire helped us with whom offered food at the moment, and where to go and what to see. Great place to go, if you enjoy a quit time. Not an abundance of things to do very close to Nesat, but a great community, and we very much enjoyed the beaches and mangrove forests, and just hanging out with our kids in the villa and enjoying family time in the Forrest.

The host couple made sure we landed safely and took update until we reached the place where the lady was waiting to handover the property. The place was beautiful, in the lap of nature. No crowd nearby to disturb. It is quiet and peaceful. We really enjoyed the stay. The host took care by advising us to fulfill all our requirements, checked on is everyday whether we were comfortable and need anything. Advice to next traveller, make sure to arrange airport pick up from the host for easy accessibility to the place. The place is deep inside nature so be prepared to stock up your needs. Enjoy the best peaceful stay of your time. Thanks to the hosts, we felt like home...and started missing it as I write the review.

I had a great stay at this apartment in Siem Reap! It’s a beautiful place with its own balcony and kitchen, which is quite rare to find here – so I was really happy to have it. The location is a bit outside the city, but that wasn’t a problem at all. I could always get a tuk-tuk quickly, and the ride to the center is fast. Surrounded by trees, the place offers great privacy and a peaceful atmosphere. Of course, that also means you might have some little animal visitors – I had a few ants and lizards in my room, but I didn’t mind. Communication with the hosts was smooth via messages, and since they live next door, they’re often around in the communal area. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again! The best thing about this stay was Lee, the driver provided by David. He was an excellent driver and guide. Taking us to the most amazing places. We saw everything we dreamed of seeing in and around Siem Reap within 3 days. This was only possible thanks to Lee’s expert planning ability. He is the best!
