Great location, big space and excellent communication with the host! This is a great deal in the heart of Da Nang's desirable An Thuong quarter. Tons of restaurants and nightlife within quick walking distance, and just a 10-ish minute walk to the beach. This is an excellent alternative to a condo rental, with air conditioning units in both bedrooms and the 2nd floor common area. The host was very helpful, and checked regularly to make sure everything was ok. I would definitely rent here again.

The villa is very beautiful and spacious. We especially loved the outside pool and bbq area! The rooms are very spacious and comfortable 😍 The host was very helpful as well! Would definitely stay here again when we come back to Da Nang

조용한 지역에 위치하고있고 시내랑 거리도 멀지 않아 이동하기도 편했습니다. 수영장도 아주 잘 사용했습니다. 추천합니다

We had a great time at Mai’s villa. Her and her staff were very responsive and helpful. The house is charming and located in a convenient part of Da Nang with lots of shops, restaurants and the beach nearby. We especially enjoyed the pool!

We stayed with our family — the house is truly suitable for families with children. We were provided with a baby bed and a private pool. It was very comfortable, and we will definitely come back next time we visit Da Nang

침구 정리 잘 되어있고 주변환경이 매우 깨끗합니다 1층에 한국마트(k market)가 있고 가격이 저렴해서 자주 이용했어요 주변이 안전하고 관리직원들이 많아요 1층에 맛집들이 많아서 지내기 편합니다 가게에 에어컨이 되어있고 맛있고 가격도 좋아서 자주 이용했어요 집주인은 친절하고 우리의 요구사항들을 빨리 처리해주십니다 아이가 있어서 간단메뉴 요리해 먹었는데 주방식기류 깨끗하고 잘 정리되어 있어요 세탁기도 있어서 빨래도 할수 있습니다 커튼이 빛 차단이 잘 되었고, 자동이라 리모컨으로 사용해서 너무 편하고 좋았어요 수영장이 큰편인데 물 깨끗하고 주변도 깨끗합니다 수영장에 사람들이 많이 없어서 쾌적하게 이용할수 있습니다 다음에 다낭올때도 이용하겠습니다

Homestay này thật sự tuyệt vời! Không gian rộng rãi, thoải mái, đầy đủ tiện nghi, đặc biệt có cả máy giặt và máy sấy quần áo rất tiện lợi. Chủ nhà cực kỳ nhiệt tình, dễ thương, luôn sẵn sàng hỗ trợ. Một nơi lý tưởng để nghỉ ngơi và tận hưởng kỳ nghỉ trọn vẹn!

저렴한 가격에 비해 미케비치와 접근성이 좋고 주변에 편의시설이 많다. 집은 살짝 골목 안이라서 오히려 조용하고 좋았다. 호스트는 응답이 빠르고 친절했다. 재방문 의사가 있다!! :)

This apartment is new or recently remodeled--appliances and fixtures still have manufacturers' tags on them. Location is great--just three blocks from the beach and near some good restaurants. Not in the center of town, but cabs here are cheap and easy to find. Host Duy was helpful and easy to get along with.

The place was exceptionally clean and well maintained, making it a very comfortable and pleasant experience. The host was friendly and responsive, ensuring a smooth checkin and store luggage for us before moving inside. The location was convenient, and the overall atmosphere made me feel like at home. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfortable stay. Beach is right below the elevator.

늦은 밤 비행기 시간에 맞추어 0.5박을 하기 위해 사용했습니다. 가족 여행객으로 정원보다 6명이나 많은 10명이 저녁 8시까지 사용해야하는 상황을 설명드렸고 호스트께서 흔퀘이 동의해주셨습니다. 덕분에 마지막 날 푹 쉬고 샤워까지 하고서 밤비행기를 탈 수 있었습니다. 호스트께 감사드립니다. ㅡㅡㅡㅡㅡㅡ I used it for a 0.5 night stay to accommodate a late night flight. As a family traveler, I explained that 10 people, 6 more than the maximum capacity, had to use the room until 8 p.m., and the host agreed to it. Thanks to this, I was able to take a night flight after resting well and taking a shower on the last day. Thank you to the host.

We really enjoyed the two months we spent here. The views were great, and the apartment was exactly as described. The host was really responsive. We had issues with the hot water during the first couple of days and the host worked so quickly to resolve it, and we had no problems with the water after that. Responses always arrived within minutes whenever we had a question. We even booked another one of their apartments for an additional few weeks, as this one wasn't available for the dates we needed.
