This place has everything you can possibly need during your stay, it is at the end of a dead end street about 5 minutes walking distance from a beautifu beach where you can bathe, 10 minutes away from anything you can think of in Rincon. A hidden gem ❤️

The house had everything we needed for the stay! The location was beautiful and secluded while close to town and the beach. The house had everything you need for cooking, grilling, the pool and the beach. We really enjoyed our time at the house and will look into booking it again for next year!

Linda casa, espaciosa, con muchos implementos y cosas adicionales a los indicados en la publicación, todo servía a la perfección. Todo muy limpio, y Adrienne atendía muy rápido los mensajes por la aplicación. La casa cuenta con algunas sillas para playa, carrito de cargar cosas, pelotas y flotadores. Nos encantó la estadía allí y todo estaba limpio y en perfectas condiciones. En nuestro caso entraron 3 vehículos así que tiene un amplio estacionamiento

This is my favorite Airbnb I have ever stayed in, in the most beautiful location, with so many amenities, a reef right off the backyard to snorkel, private beach, private pool. I can’t describe how perfect it is. If you’re looking for a place to stay in Rincon… this is it. I will be coming here every year!!

We always stay in Rincon every couple of months and concluded Ernest’s place is the best. Clean, comfy and cozy, everything as described and more. He is a great, responsive host always willing to help. He even left us two beach chairs and an umbrella without us asking. Definitely a super host and a great person. Will definitely return when we return to Rincon! 100/100 would DEFINITELY recommend. Thanks Ernest!

Really beautiful place, just as shown or better than the pictures. Beds were comfy, kitchen was well stocked, pool and deck area were perfect. Our family of four loved it and would definitely return.

My family (including our 2 dogs) and I had an absolutely wonderful stay! From the moment we arrived (under a general power outage) everything was spotless, well-organized, and exactly as described. The host was incredibly responsive, friendly, and provided a power generator that ran one air conditioner and the fridge, plus provided fans for all the rooms. The space itself was cozy, beautifully, and had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay including TV, Wi-Fi, and fully stocked kitchen. The location was perfect—close to everything but still quiet and peaceful at night. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would 100% stay here again. Highly recommend! The apartment is located in the second floor of the house (hosts live in the first floor) and there’s a second studio apartment besides.

We loved the breezes, spaciousness and country feel of the house. We had a crawling baby with us and couldnt allow him to be out on the balconies. Puerto Rico building codes for railings differ a lot from the mainland. Our family definitely needed a car to access the supermarket and beaches. There is a wonderful produce stand close to the yummy Solecito coffee shop on Rte 115 as you approach Rincon. The plentiful roosters in the neighborhood like to crow a lot!

James was an awesome host! I love this condo, and it's my favorite place to come visit Puerto Rico. I know the area really well. Only thing I would say is the gate opener didn't work, but the complex was working on the gate basically the whole time we were there, so no fault on the host! very nice view of the water, and always meet nice people when we stay. Hope to be back next year.

Great location in a quiet part of town and minutes away from the town and beaches. Host was great and very responsive.

Gerardo was an amazing host as if he’s done this his whole life, thank you to him for making my long awaited return to PR so great. The apartment was SPOTLESS, just as shown in the pictures. The only thing the pictures could not capture was that sunset☀️☀️words can’t explain how picturesque that sunset is. The local beaches and restaurants rival any I’ve ever experienced. Thank you for hosting us and thank you for maintaining such an amazing property! We’ve already re-booked💪🏼

We were a party of 8 adults, 5 kids, 1 baby and a dog that decided to spend spring break at Roger’s. The villa was spacious and comfortable, it accommodated our group and each other’s privacy with room to spare. The location is precious. Up in the mountain with spectacular views, and just 5mins away from the beach. The pool was a major entertainment for the children, giving the adults time to chill without having to leave the house. A major, island-wide, 48 hr power outage happened during our stay, luckily Roger’s villa was fully equiped with solar panels, batteries and water cistern. We were fortunate to have light, running water, fans and AC. He was responsive and very accessible throughout our stay. We’re definitely coming back!

The unit, the location, the views from the balcony ... all are absolutely wonderful and exceeded our expectations! We felt immediately at home! It is clear that Taylor has set up the place to make you feel totally at home right from the moment you arrive! Plus, when we had a question or wanted an idea or recommendation, she was super quick to respond with helpful advice. Highly recommend!!!

Stayed one night with my wife and two children after extending our stay one extra night. This place is nothing short of amazing! The view, the ocean and the room are all beautiful and just as advertised. I can’t wait to come back (without the kids lol) just to enjoy that view from the most comfortable bed!

Had an amazing stay in Rincon, Puerto Rico! The property was right on the beach with stunning views—perfect for beach lovers. The place was spotless and beautifully maintained. The location and beach right outside of our door exceeded my expectations- peaceful mornings, wonderful swimming conditions during our stay and epic sunsets. Easy access to all of the local beaches and restaurants we wanted to explore. Everyone around was friendly and courteous. I would come back in a heartbeat. Thank you!

This is one of the loveliest Airbnb’s I’ve ever stayed in! From the location and accommodations to the host! The place was immaculate as well as the entire property. Rincon is known for its epic sunsets and you have a front row seat to watch right outside your unit. It is located near the lovely downtown area near some of the best coffee shops and eateries. I will definitely be back!
