Le logement était localisé dans un village pittoresque qui incluait d’excellents restaurants et épiceries à proximité. Nous avons profité du bord de mer pour nos promenades. Très bonne localisation. À moins de deux heures du logement nous pouvions visiter les endroits (Siracuse, Ortigia, Catania, Agrigento, Mount Etna cet) recommandés pour visiter la Sicile. Merci Antonietta pour votre accueil!

Modica is delightful and the apartment is a great base to explore it, ideally situated for both Modica Bassa and Alta. The living area and bedroom/bathrooms are across two floors linked by a fabulous staircase, with further stairs up to the terrace, which has great views across the town. Eleanora gave good recommendations for places to eat and drink - Bann bakery is excellent as is the Inno cafe and Casalindolci pasticceria in the same area. We had great pizzas at Sorsi e Morsi, all away from the throng of the main street. Definitely recommend the town and the apartment.

Giuseppe was one of the most kindest & most helpful hosts I’ve ever met. He was there for us from our initial booking up until when we checked out. He was flexible with us checking in & departing which really helped us with our travel plans. He took time out of his busy schedule to meet us at the apartment which made it easier for us. The property has parking & is on the 4th floor & has a lift which we used on several occasions. When using the lift we met some of the neighbours who were lovely & very friendly. The apt itself is very big & some rooms are locked (no problem) & we still had the choice of using 2 of the bedrooms. The balcony was also spacious & we could see Mount Etna in the background whilst drinking a glass of wine in the sun. We stayed in Central Catania at the beginning of our trip & as this property was a 20 min walk away it was still great as we explored different places. There is a Metro nearby along with cafes, supermarkets & local restaurants which we used.

This was by far one of the very best Airbnb’s I’ve stayed in on every level. Check in was super smooth and Alessandra was always available to answer questions about anything I needed. The apartment itself is designed beautifully with so much character and unique charm. Each bedroom has a different theme and there are artistic design elements throughout. There is everything you need for short term or long term convenience, i.e. coffee maker, electric kettle, pots, pans, dishes, etc as well as those things you really appreciate when you’re traveling like toiletries, hair dryer and straightening iron, even Bluetooth speaker! I appreciated so much all the thoughtful touches here. And the location is perfect! Close to the center, supermarkets, cafe’s, local attractions, etc. It’s really everything you’re looking for in an Airbnb. You can book with complete confidence. Super séjour ! Le logement est trop mignon et son hôte très gentil ! Il est idéalement placé en plein centre de Catane, dans un quartier où on se sent safe, près de tout à 5 min à pied. C’était très propre, idéal pour un couple ou deux ami(e)s. Je recommande 🌸

Silvia was very responsive and helpful with all matters. The place was spacious and perfect for us ( 2 kids and 2 adults) The location is great and super central and the available parking a necessity when you have a car.

We had a lovely stay in this accommodation. We visited Sicily during the off season and still had great warm weather. We were welcomed by Angelo and Saro who showed us the accommodation. Both were in contact with us over messenger and gave us many tips on nice beaches and restaurants. The accommodation was very clean with a lovely interior. We had a place to park our car right beside the door. You can take your breakfast on the beach, just walk over the street and you are there. Keep in mind that the street ist right beside the accommodation and the cars drive quite fast so it can be a little louder. Thank you for the stay!

Our favorite place that we have stayed in Sicily. A retreat from the busy cities but close enough to go and see tourist attractions, the beach and eat wonderful food. We loved sitting quietly and reading as well as walking around the home and of course, the outdoor bbq. Perfect place to eat bbq sunset meals and listen to nature. We felt well cared for, the cottage had everything we needed, recommendations were excellent. Make sure to visit the bakery in Santa Rita! Caltanisetta was also a welcoming and beautiful place. Thank you so much, we hope to return and stay much longer!

I had a wonderful stay! The apartment is spacious, bright, and immaculately clean — even better than the photos. It’s thoughtfully furnished and very comfortable for both short and longer stays. One major plus: it’s in a great location with easy access to the freeway, making it super convenient to get around the city and explore nearby areas. Check-in was smooth, communication with the host was easy, and everything I needed was provided. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting!

We were really happy to have booked Emanuela e Mariagiovanna's place during our trip to Sicily! We planned to visit mount Etna and avoid the crazy traffic and noise of the bigger cities that we had been experiencing in Sicily , so the place was a perfect choice as it is around 30m by car to it. It is also accessible to visit Taormina and Siracusa. The house is extremely comfortable, with all the necessary amenities, beautifully decorated and clean! The hosts are very kind and responsive, we ended up taking longer for our check in than planned and they were supper accommodating towards us. We recommend Emanuela e Mariagiovanna's place for your Sicily trip!

Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen! Wir sind mit dem Auto angereist und konnten direkt auf dem Grundstück parken. Die Unterkunft ist klein, aber mit allem nötigen ausgestattet. Um die nahegelegenen Städte zu sehen, sollte man ein Auto besitzen. Die Terrasse war sehr schön um morgens zu frühstücken. Die Katzen sind sehr lieb und nicht aufdringlich. Gabriella ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Unser Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm.

Ideal para una noche de paso El alojamiento es sencillo, sin lujos, pero cumple muy bien con lo necesario para pasar una noche de descanso. El dormitorio y el baño estaban limpios y en buen estado. Lo único a tener en cuenta es que se accede a los dormitorios por una escalera al ático, lo cual puede resultar incómodo, especialmente para personas mayores o con movilidad reducida.

We loved our stay here! This place is better than the photos - such a unique layout, and beautifully decorated. The views from the terrace are amazing! We found it walkable to everywhere we wanted to go in Ragusa. Biagio went above and beyond as a host - very friendly and responsive, and gave very clear instructions. We only wish we could have stayed longer!

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Sonnenaufgang auf der Terrasse und der Ausblick ein Traum. Angelo hat sich schnell und gut gekümmert und auch einen sehr freundlichen Fahrer für den Transfer vom und zum Flughafen organisiert. Auf dem Europaplatz vor dem Haus ist auch Nachts einiges los, aber dank der Höhe der Wohnung ist das nicht störend. Die Nahverkehrsanbindung ist dank des Bahnhofs „Europa“ und AMTS-Bussen (die allerdings hin und wieder einfach vor dem Eintreffen an der Haltestelle - obwohl angekündigt - verschwinden und man so deutlich länger warten muss) gut. Auch eine U-Bahn Station ist in der Nähe. Um Catania kennen zu lernen muss man also kein Auto ausleihen. Einen Tipp von dem netten Transfer-Fahrer geben wir gerne weiter. Pasticceria Verlora & Bonvegna, Via Asiago 60 (also ganz in der Nähe). Unbedingt hingehen: Ein Törtchen-Genussparadies!

We stayed 7-nights and found Marco's apartment was spacious, had a properly furnished living room, a separate dining room with a table set for 10 adults, and a well-equipped kitchen. Its location, just a 5-to-10 minute walk from most Histórico attractions, is excellent for visitors intent on exploring Catania's urban center. The inclusion of a dedicated parking space in a nearby parking lot is an absolute bonus. A 2-person elevator eases access to the 3rd floor apartment. The expansive apartment is capable of accomodating 1-to-3 couples. The 1st sleeping area is a huge private room with windows that open onto the street, the 2nd sleeping space is an open loft that's perched above the living room area, and the 3rd sleeping space is on an upper floor and is accessed by climbing a narrow spiral staircase. While we absolutely enjoyed observing the sometimes raucous urban life that unfolded every evening below the apartment, some guests may find it difficult to sleep.

Wonderfull little apartment in the middle of Catania, walking distance from all the ”must see’s”, train and busses. 20 min from the airport. Perfect for two people, hanging out in the ciry or go around by train in the rest of Sicily! Really good hosting and made our stay even more fantastic!

Perfect apartment, perfect location and perfect host! If you are coming to Catania, look no further, this is the place to stay. We dealt with Nicolo’s mother Elisa - a more lovely person you will not meet. She was friendly, communicative, proactive and just a genuinely nice person. L'appartamento ha soddisfatto le nostre aspettative. Pulitissimo e accogliente. Abbiamo cucinato in casa, fatto lavatrice e goduto del bellissimo terrazzo. Il parcheggio in strada non è mai stato un problema. E non è cosa da poco.

Veronica was a great host! She was very communicative and provided helpful instructions. It took us a little bit to figure out the locks on the doors, but that was just an operator error on our part - just mentioning it to say that if you don't think it's working at first, just keep trying and you'll figure it out. The space was fantastic! Everything was clean and as expected. The two terraces were absolutely perfect, the best outdoor space of our whole trip! The location was also great. Walking distance to the city center and many of the local sights. It was also very quick and easy to get to the airport after our stay. We would absolutely stay here again if we return to Catania and highly recommend it for anyone when they visit!

Alberto was a fabulous host. His apartment was as described and he greeted us on arrival and explained where we were in relation to the sights. He gave us lots of recommendations for restaurants, told us where the supermarket was, explained how to use the washing machine and was very friendly. The apartment was very clean and we loved the two balconies.
