Alain was incredibly helpful, responsive, and accommodating. The house was as described in a quiet neighborhood but with plenty within walking distance. The bay and the beach were both accessible, as well as some good food and nightlife. Plenty of room for the group, and watching sunset from the jacuzzi was icing on the cake. Thanks for the great stay!

We stayed at this beautiful home in South Lake Tahoe for a ski and snowboarding trip, and it exceeded all expectations. There were nine of us, and the house accommodated everyone comfortably with plenty of space to relax and unwind. The location was perfect—just a short drive to Heavenly Resort, which made getting to the mountain super convenient. The home was well-equipped with entertainment options, and the hot tub was the perfect way to relax after a long day on the slopes. I highly recommend this place to anyone planning a stay in the South Lake Tahoe area.

Mark is a fantastic host! He's great at communicating and very fast at responding. The home was beautiful and spacious, and looked just like the photos. I had a few guests over one day and they're already talking about wanting to rent the space next year. The home is indeed walkable to the polo fields and in a gorgeous gated community with extra vigilant security. I absolutely recommend Mark's home and would stay again!

We hosted a performing arts team and were able to have beds for everyone. Easy access into gated community, parking for 8 cars, lots of kitchen gadgets, pool and hot tub were a hit after a long day in 90° desert heat.

Mili was fabulous! Responded so quickly. Had all that was needed ready for us! Very clean. Great space for a large group. Lots of seating inside and out. Plenty of tables. Lots of parking. Peacocks and bunnies in the yard! We loved our stay as we celebrated our son’s wedding locally! The rec room with the workout equipment was great. Air conditioning worked very well! Highly recommend!

My group of friends ended up being 9 instead of 10 people and we had more than enough space in the house. very functional space for hosting, cooking and relaxing as a group. The lake view was incredible and we has the surprise of a snowy blizzard! We were cozy inside and enjoyed the hot tub and bath tubs for relaxation. The house is a bit older and has character and some rustic aspects. Overall what matters more than everything being pristine in the house is that is incredibly comfortable and functional. We had a wonderful time at Rebecca's place. We had a family and friends reunion with children and pets, and the space accommodated all of our needs well. The kids played endlessly outside on the zip line, and the dogs had lots of room to run in the awesome, large yard. We liked being a bit removed from downtown Santa Barbara (5 min from upper State St. and 10 min from Stearns Wharf), and the neighborhood was really quiet and peaceful. Dog-friendly Hendry's beach was a short drive down the hill or a nice jog along the bike path. Unit was very clean and had everything we needed. No need for TV's for us. Between the games, the beautiful big yard and SB nearby, we had a great time!

We had such a great time at Beth’s place! She was EXTREMELY accommodating to us and our pups. The house is very spacious and was comfortable for our family of 8. Kitchen was FULLY equipped which allowed us to enjoy home cooked meals and they provided many board games that our family enjoyed playing. The fenced backyard was also such a perk for the doggo’s to run around and for us to even build a snowman out there. Tube Tahoe was also only 7 min away!! DEFINITELY, would recommend Beth’s place to anyone visiting the beautiful South Lake Tahoe.

We were two families , 10 people in total . Everyone love the place , kids had a lot of things to do . The view is stunning . Homes equipped with everything needed . Fee had only few suggestions from our side : - we had to move the bbq to the front, as we’re not able to find sufficient lights for evening bbq. - had few missing mosquito screens on few windows . Beyond that, everything was perfect !!!

Our stay at Mai and Andrew’s place was truly unforgettable! They were incredibly kind and thoughtful hosts, going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We arrived as a large group (9 adults, 1 baby, and a dog), and right from the beginning, we felt completely at home with more than enough space for everyone. Mai generously shared fresh eggs from her chickens, who roam freely around the beautiful property, along with their stunning horses. Andrew took the time to introduce our dog to the animals, which we really appreciated, as it made it possible for our pup to enjoy the grounds off-leash safely. Their farm looks like something out of a dream. We’re also so grateful for all the thoughtful recommendations. Mai told us about a tulip bloom in a nearby park and even arranged after-hours access for us, which made for a magical and unique experience. This stay was without a doubt one of the highlights of our Airbnb journey so far. We’d love to come back someday.

Our recent stay at this Airbnb was great!Veronica, the host, was incredibly helpful and accommodating, resolving any issues promptly and ensuring our stay was seamless. A highlight for us was that each room had its own bathroom, which worked perfectly for our group of three couples. The space is generously sized and comfortable, making it ideal for large groups who want to gather without feeling crowded. Overall, we had an excellent stay, despite a few minor hiccups. We recommend this place for larger groups!

This place was in an incredible location, close to everything we had planned for our short, intimate wedding weekend. Cindy was an amazing host; I especially appreciated how thorough and accommodating she was, even right after we booked. The place is gorgeous and made for everyone to be together. All of my guests were impressed and happy to have their own rooms. At first I was a little concerned about everyone having only one bathroom in the main house but they all assured me that everything was perfect and they never had an issue. If you’re on the fence about renting Cindy’s home, let me be the first to tell you it’s well worth the price and if I could rate more than 5 stars, I absolutely would! Thank you Cindy for being my very first Air BnB host, and for the wonderful space for ourselves and our guests - it was perfect! 🥹

Very much enjoyed our stay. Jared and Morgan were very upfront on what to expect. If/when we return to the area we would definitely look at staying at the Ophir Inn.

Had an amazing time at this home. Very easy to find and great views all around. Hosts were very responsive and helped us when we needed help. Home was beautiful. Lots of room for people to get together or spend some time alone. Overall, a great getaway home.

We can say thank you enough to our host. Very responsive and friendly. Our family was able to spend quality time together making memories and enjoy all that the home has to offer. The kids were able to safely swim in the pool area and play plenty of board games together. The hole is beautiful and definitely worth staying at while visiting Clovis/Fresno. Thank you again!!

What a great property. We spent 3 nights here over New Year's and it was exactly what we wanted. Large property, privacy, security, peace and quiet. I didn't leave the house for 3 days, it was wonderful! Everyone at Boutique Rentals was awesome & super responsive to any needs we had. The property was amazing, I'd rent this place again in a second! Thank you again to everyone at Boutique Rentals for making our stay awesome!

We loved our stay during Coachella weekend. Erin or Jennifer were really accommodating and communicative. The space was huge and was able to fit our very large group. Plus the drive was only 6 min away from the festival. We did have issues with the hot water in the casita but Erin or Jennifer were incredibly quick to resolve it. I would love to stay here again next year!

My group had a really nice time here. Great spot for a larger gathering. The room arrangements worked well for us. The large indoor and outdoor dining tables were great so we could all socialize together easily. Double fridges were super helpful! The location is close to festival grounds. Narine was very responsive and a helpful host. Would stay here again. Thanks!

My friends and I truly enjoyed our stay at Ted's place in Windsor, CA. It is a beautiful home that accommodated 7 of us comfortably. The home is perfectly located near a shopping plaza for groceries and near restaurants. It's also less than a 20 min drive for majority of the area wineries. The landscaping is lovely, and the home is beautifully furnished with several amenities. The large dining table was perfect for our formal dinner for my sister's birthday. Though we did not get to use the grill or the fire pit (we just couldn't figure out how to get the fire pit going), the hot tub and pool were very clean, and we enjoyed some sunny hours in the back yard. Ted and his associates were extremely responsive to the questions we had and helped us locate the items we asked about. Hopefully we will get to visit Sonoma County again in the near future and we would definitely stay at Ted's place again if available.

Brandy was a fantastic host and her property was perfect! it had all the essential items we needed in the bathrooms and the kitchen. There were extra blankets, towels, and pillows which was wonderful. The backyard sitting area, pool, BBQ, and ping pong table provided hours of fun and entertainment for my family. we couldn't have asked for a better place or host and we'll definitely stay there whenever we go to Bakersfield to visit family.
