The house was beautiful, and the yard was perfect for our furry friend. Melissa communicated really well and when there was an issue with supplies, she quickly responded and took care of the missing item. So I would highly recommend that people stay at Melissa's place.

Jimmy's place was the best experience!!! I was able to bring my dog and it had a fenced in yard which made the trips awesome for her. The location is near Bronson Hospital so it made visiting my mom after heart surgery WAY less stressful. This was my 2nd stay in the last two weeks and I will for sure be back again. Jimmy's place has SO MANY fun games to play in the basement and next time I hope to take advantage of them. The neighbors were so nice and even one gave my dog, Jelly, a treat!! I love the handmade soap that is included.....smells AMAZING! Super easy to check in and super fast responses from hosts. THANKS TO YOU BOTH!!!

If you are looking for a great way for everyone in the family to enjoy the lake this is the place to go I look forward to having another vacation here in the future

This place was just what we needed. We moved across the country and needed somewhere to stay while our new home was being repaired. It had everything we needed and more. At first I was bummed it wasn’t fenced in, but then I realized the property was so huge and private that I was able to let me dogs out to use the bathroom (supervised of course) off leash. They loved it and so did I. We plan to make a trip out this summer to because we think it’ll be even more beautiful in the summer.

We traveled downstate for a wrestling tournament for our 2 sons. We wanted a place to relax and away from the city for our time off of wrestling. This place was perfect! It was so peaceful being right on the lake and had such a beautiful view from the back patio. Although it's March in Michigan, we were still able to enioy the outdoor amenities. The sun was shining and we took advantage of it. We went kayaking, played corn hole and played the axe game. The house was stocked with lots of board games and everything we needed in the kitchen. We'd definitely recommend this house to others. Plus, Jim was so easy to talk to and very informative and helpful!

Peaceful neighborhood, close to a lot of restaurants and activities, and plenty of space for us to settle in to and a nice big yard. I would stay here again in a heartbeat! Host was very quick to respond when we had a question about anything. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Tyler is a terrific host! Very responsive. Very friendly (even though we haven't met in person). And is very accommodating for my pups! Which is a priority to me when selecting an Airbnb. Thank you, Tyler! See you next year.

A great stay and super easy even with the last minute booking.

I had no issues upon arrival entering the space. Easy, clear cut directions. Space is clean, tidy and perfect for a weekend getaway. Hot tub was nice with a great view of the lake. I felt comfortable staying here. I would visit again.

henry is an absolute gentleman, and devon is very friendly! she was there to help anytime we needed anything and gave clear instructions on everything! the arts and crafts was a very nice touch!

Great house and host. Our city kids and dogs loved the natural surroundings. Geese, ducks, frogs, and a turtle were all sighted. Dog run is fully fenced and connects directly to the house for easy in and out. Guest house is cute and private. Greta place to get away and chill.

Gerald and Yvonne made the Airbnb experience so stress free. The house is stunning, roomy, and has everything you need to be away from home. There are plenty of bedrooms. The back yard is huge and the fence gives you privacy. The pool is incredible! It’s pretty good sized and we were in it all day everyday. Anytime we needed to find something Gerald was always available and responsive. One of the best experiences i have had!

The studio was exactly as described. Everything was in excellent condition and easy to use. We felt very comfortable in the studio and were happy to be able to bring our dog with us while visiting our daughter at Albion College. We will definitely look to stay at Aron's place again.

This was our second visit. Just like our earlier visit, it was excellent. The only negative was that the Detroit Lions were NOT in the Superbowl, but that's not on Joe. 😉

On the first night of our stay, the power in the area was out due to a storm. Travis showed up right away to make sure the generator started working ASAP. Really appreciate the quick action and local support.

This was our second year booking Robin’s place for our Christmas in Michigan and each time the home was clean, well stocked and well decorated. Robin was also very good at communicating with us. I highly recommend this venue.

Very nice place and was a short wall to downtown. I will book this again when visiting family in Marshall.

The house is spacious and a great place to hang out. It matches the photos. I found the master bed to be quite comfortable.

The communication prior to and during check in was top notch. John was even at the property working on the farm and came to meet us. He even went to his property and brought back some firewood for us for bonfires. John and Jessica were great hosts and I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in town.

Pennie was the best host ever!! She went out of her way to pick me up at the airport and checked in on me during the week. I recommend her Air B&B to other people too. Thanks so much Pennie for all your help!!! I really enjoyed my stay in Athens, Michigan.
