What a fab house this is. We stayed for 6 weeks and did not want to leave. Jo was always on hand if we needed anything but the house is so well set up that we rarely did. The location is fab on a quiet back street but a COOP, Indian and nice bar all within a few mins walk. The house is really well presented and has everything you’d need for a short or longer stay. The hot tub is a great addition and the garden feels really private. All the bedrooms are a great size and perfect for couples. I can’t rate this place highly enough! Full 5 stars from us!

Perfect location for gettingvout and about in West Yorkshire with takeaways and supermarkets walkable and nearby. Valentinos Italian restaurant was fab for dinner too. Our hosts wetr friendly and helpful wiyhout being intrusive. The lodge garden area was a great sunspot and it was lovely reading in the chillout room overlooking the park after a busy day. Really recommend.

We came to stay as a close family after the recent passing of my mother. We had a lovely time. The house is beautiful and spacious with lots of character. The little extras like Prosecco and Brownies were a hit too!

Perfect break set in a private location. Stunning cottage had everything ypu need and more to make you feel right at home. Love the hot tub especially after a long walk. The welcome hamper was a lovely touch which also had some doggy treats too. 100% would love to return, we had an amazing time. Thanks for having us.

Geoff was a wonderful and very responsive host, the home was beautiful and exactly as advertised, everything was clean and tidy and it was overall a very cozy, romantic vibe. Couldn’t ask for any more, would deffo come back!

Would not hesitate to recommend Bella’s gorgeous home everything in it is class, clean, modern, great hot tub & the reed diffusers make it smell lovely comfy bed and all within walking distance of lovely pubs, and restaurants, and the town centre, nice little touch of leaving a bag of M&S Crisps & Cookies.

We had a lovely stay at Fern Cottage. Location was an ideal base to visit the area and the house was spacious and clean with all amenities available. The welcome basket was a nice touch and the hot tub was ready to go on our arrival. Aftab was a responsive host and provided clear instructions on everything necessary. We were a family group with a dog, and there were great walks nearby and local pub right across the road. We would definitely recommend a stay here and if we plan to come back to the area, would look to stay again.

Really enjoyed our stay, the views of the lake was peaceful and calming. Only advice I would say is make sure to bring bug spray as once it starts getting dark they’re out in force. But that’s not a complaint as we still loved our stay

My family and I stayed Monday to Friday, fabulous site, the lodge was perfect for us and the staff really helpful. Lovely stay.

we had a fantastic stay at the Lodge. beautiful Lodge and location. the host was brilliant with responses, sharing walks for the dog. the welcoming package was a lovely gesture. place was immaculate. bed was really comfy and had everything we needed. would definitely recommend anyone to stay here. thank you

The lodge was lovely, the location spectacular and the hot tub was fabulous. waking up to lambs every morning was a pleasure. There are some amazing walks around the area and it's not too far to walk for a really nice meal.

From the moment we arrived we totally fell in love - gorgeous views, peaceful location and the hot tub experience was to die for. The place had everything we needed and was super clean and comfortable - yes including the beds! Mandy was super friendly and very prompt in her responses - overall 10/10 - do it!

wow what a place! the lodge was fantastic, great peaceful location and private too. the lodge was clean, large and felt right at home. jason also put up balloons for our anniversary, alongside a goodie box, was such a nice touch. the surroundings were gorgeous with a hot tub to top it off. can’t recommend highly enough. will definitely be back! thankyou!!! Absolutely amazing stay could not recommend enough! Hosts were fantastic and very friendly. The perfect place to relax and unwind. The scenery is absolutely beautiful and the river which is just a short walk away from where you're staying is 100% worth the visit. Youll not be disappointed. We will most definitely be coming back!
