Maurizio's place is a real pearl! The house is right on the beach with a stunning view, the sea is beatiful and spectacular. The house has all the facilities making the stay very comfortable! I recommend the property as a perfect stay.

Franco host molto presente e gentile. La posizione della struttura è a due passi dal mare, con un giardino molto spazioso all'esterno ed a dieci minuti a piedi dal supermercato più vicino.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Lage ist perfekt, direkt am Meer und wenige Schritte zum Strand. Wir konnten am morgen aufstehen und ins Meer springen, am Abend vor dem schlafen ein Abend Bad nehmen! Anna hat uns äusserst nett beraten und war immer zur Stelle. Wir wären gerne noch länger geblieben. Herzlichen Dank für alles.

Die Wohnung von Aurora ist wunderbar zentral gelegen und nur ein paar Schritte von den quirligen Flaniermeilen Reggios (Corso Garibaldi, schöne Geschäfte!) und dem herrlichen Lungomare Falcomatà (Via Marina - dem "schönsten Kilometer Italiens") mit den besten Eisdielen der Stadt "Cesare" und "Sotto Zero" entfernt. Der Blick vom Balkon auf den Stretto und Sizilien ist wunderbar. Die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll und zweckmäßig - das Bett äußerst bequem - alles blitzsauber! Aurora ist eine hervorragende und super sympathische Gastgeberin, jederzeit ansprechbar und hilfsbereit. Ich bin an einem Feiertag angereist und sie überraschte mich mit österlichen Süßigkeiten - gentilissima! Ich empfehle diese kleine aber feine Wohnung allen, die mittendrin sein wollen!

Luigi met us at check in. He did not speak English, but it worked. We had absolute privacy and the view from the balcony was breathtaking. We were greeted by birds every morning and a view to the sea. Unfortunately for us, many restaurants were closed for the season. However we were able to get into two with reservation. The apartment is located well next to the main piazza and parking in front of the building was easy. We stayed four nights with no regrets.

The place was outstanding million dollar view. Spent a day in Pizzo a must. They were so responsive great with suggestions. Ghost town am st. Hot springs super close, best restaurant La Taverna. Roberto was very helpful luved the area

We had a great stay at Alice’s place! It’s in a perfect spot for visiting nearby towns and beaches. There’s a nice walk directly from the flat to the skywalk. The host communicated well, and the apartment was clean, cozy, and had a spacious outdoor area. We highly recommend it!

il villaggio è bellissimo curato e offre tutti i servizi necessari. la casa è carinissima, leggermente più piccola da quanto sembrava nelle foto ma super confortevole, curata, pulita e attrezzatissima. Vivienne è super disponibile sempre pronta a risolvere quei piccolissimi inconvenienti che possono capitare e li risolve in men che non si dica. la piccola distanza da casa alla spiaggia è ostacolata solo da una salita che nelle ore più calde rendeva necessario l'uso dell'auto ma per il resto era piacevole. il posto è incantevole, per i ragazzi è il posto ideale pieno di ragazzi di ogni età con cui fare amicizia e nottate in totale tranquillità dei genitori...insomma, una settimana è stata troppo breve! super consigliato!!!

Abbiamo trascorso un piacevole fine settimana nell' appartamento di Fatima a San Nicola Arcella. In tre, più la nostra pelosa Bella, siamo stati benissimo; la casa è fornita di tutto ed è pulitissima. Fatima è stata gentilissima, ci ha proposto di rimanere oltre l' orario del chek out e noi con piacere abbiamo accettato. Grazie Fatima.

The apartment is cozy, the outdoor kitchen pretty cool. The bathroom is brand new. The terrace with a breathtaking view onto the coast ist our favorite place! And the veggie garden right next to it spoiled us with fresh aubergines, tomatos and basil. Maria and her daughter were so lovely and helpful. A clear recommendation for families!!!

Le due notti presso questa struttura sono state a dir poco magnifiche. Struttura incantevole e il personale è fantastico. Sono rimasto piacevolmente colpito dalla gentilezza e disponibilità di Marisa. Abbiamo trascorso tre giorni da sogno e sicuramente ci ritorneremo! Spero a presto!

Ottima posizione per spostarsi con la macchina: molto vicino a delle bellissime spiagge, poco distante da altri punti di interesse. Appartamento pulito e confortevole. Host accogliente e disponibile. Posto consigliato!

When travelling through Italy it is great to get out of the major tourist spots and breathe in the true essence of Italy. We selected Tim’s place because it was off the beaten track and offered space and solitude. We had a fantastic week there, a great respite after a week on the busy Amalfi Coast. The property is modern with all amenities required to cook up a storm if that’s your thing and Tim provided us with some great local recommendations. Thoroughly recommend a stay here.

Ho trovato questo alloggio ottimo. Casa ristrutturata di recente con finiture moderne, accogliente, molto pulita e tranquilla. Aveva tutto quello che serve, lenzuola pulite, asciugamani, kit per il bagno, cucina attrezzata e macchina del caffè con cialde, abbiamo trovato anche tutto il necessario per fare colazione inclusa. La cucina è super attrezzata e in camera da letto c’è una tv ed anche un condizionatore/ pompa di calore che noi abbiamo usato, l’unica pecca è che essendoci freddo, l’aria calda restava in camera da letto e non andava nelle altre stanze ma per il resto tutto davvero ottimo. Antonio è stato davvero gentile e disponile sia nel check in che nel check out super flessibile, ci ha dato indicazioni e consigli su dove cenare o pranzare in zona. Ci siamo davvero sentiti come a casa nostra. Lo consiglio

Giuseppe's villa is a great find in Reggio Calabria, Italy. Giuseppe's kind gestures in sharing complementary beverages and breakfast treats only reinforce the pride in his Italian culture. An English to Italian translator is most helpful. You will need transportation, if you truly want to see southern Italy. Villa Franca is so welcoming we hope to return again. Ideal apartment with very modern furnishings and all of the conveniences I could ever imagine needing. A big plus for the traveler is the washing machine that also functions as a drier - extremely useful. Overall a great place for short or long-term stays. Nearby street parking was always easy to find. From our perspective the apartment is in an ideal location in the city of Crotone: it is at the extreme north end of the public seaside walkway, which we found the most enjoyable part of the city to spend time in. It is worth being aware that the apartment itself is in the corner of a building on ground level next to small streets that are busy with pedestrian and vehicular traffic; there is no private outdoor space, and for security reasons guests will want to keep their frosted windows or window shutters closed (louvres open if one likes) for security reasons.

I recently had the pleasure of staying in Michele's wonderful apartment, and I can't recommend it enough. The location is absolutely perfect - just a short walk to beautiful beaches and a variety of charming restaurants. The apartment itself is spacious and well-equpped with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. It felt like a home away from home with plenty of room to relax after a day of exploring. Our host Michele was incredibly helpful and responsive, ensuring that we had everything we needed to make the most of our trip. Their hospitality truly make our experience even more enjoyable. I can't wait to return and would absolutely refer this gem to my family and friends. Tropea is a stunning destination and Michele's apartment made our trip all the more special. Siamo stati ospiti di Fabrizio e in realtà più che ospiti ci siamo proprio sentiti a casa! L’abitazione é davvero curata in ogni minimo dettaglio ed ogni cosa si trova al proprio posto, così come ogni nonna che si rispetti, desiderava. Ci ha fatto trovare legna per riscaldarci e tutto l’occorrente per poter trascorrere 3 giorni spensierati. La veduta dalla cucina, e per di più durante il capodanno, é stato qualcosa di magico ed indescrivibile. Un panorama pazzesco! Grazie a Fabrizio, sempre pronto e disponibile per ogni evenienza.
