Super fint sted og dejlig terrasse med sol fra morgen til eftermiddag. Lejligheden er god og der er parkering i kælderen. Masser af rent sengetøj og håndklæder. Vi har været meget tilfredse, dog kunne vi godt have tænkt os at der havde været en grill på terrassen, men vi klarede det jo alligevel Kun godt at sige om stedet og masser af god golf i nærheden

Apartamento bien ubicado con todos los servicios disponibles en una urbanización tranquila. El apartamento está bien equipado con buena decoración y muchos detalles por parte del propietario. Es amplio y con una terraza con vistas. Hemos tenido una estancia muy agradable.

Javier es muy atento y detallista. Desde el primer momento te explica todo y siempre está disponible para cualquier duda. Se preocupa de sus inquilinos y de darte una bienvenida de 10, con algunos detalles que se agradecen y mucho. La urbanización es muy bonita, está muy cuidada y es perfecta para unos días de descanso. Las piscinas tienen una temperatura ideal, se está muy bien y no están masificadas de gente. Los peques pueden disfrutar de una zona infantil muy cerquita de la vivienda. Cerca hay muchos supermercados, restaurantes, etc La casa es muy acogedora, limpia y tal cual sale en las fotos. Las camas son muy cómodas, desde el salón tienes acceso directo a la piscina. Una gran elección si quieres alojarte por la zona y que salga todo bien.

Apartamento limpio, bien ubicado y con todo lo necesario para pasar unas vacaciones en familia. La terraza con el jacuzzi es una pasada. La piscina comunitaria es grande y con el agua calentito, está genial para los peques. La playa está muy cerquita y además hay comercios y restaurantes muy cerca. Ha sido genial poder meter el coche en el parking subterráneo, la plaza es muy grande y está enfrente de la puerta de acceso. La única cosa a tener en cuenta es que no es accesible ya que tiene escaleras para acceder a todo, pero hemos estado tan agusto que no nos ha importado. Sin duda un sitio para repetir. A very comfortable apartment in a great location, 5 minutes walk from the beach and a large supermarket and 25 minutes walk from the port and centre of town. We had loads of space both in the apartment and on the large terrace. Everything was spotlessly clean on arrival and the kitchen was really well equipped. Joaquín met us at the apartment and provided us with plenty of useful information, including recommendations for restaurants. We used two of the recommendations - el Barquito and La Taberna Mediática which we visited twice.

Agnes heeft haar best gedaan om het haar gasten zo gezellig en gemakkelijk mogelijk te maken. Er is niets wat ontbreekt en alles is het huis is heel gezellig ingericht 🫶

Wij hebben het als heel prettig ervaren. Alles was aanwezig in het appartement. Een goed bed en alles was schoon en verzorgt Wij zijn een maand geweest en Miguel vroeg tussendoor via de app of alles naar wens was en wilde ons verblijf zo aangenaam mogelijk maken. Miquel nog bedankt voor de extra service.

Sans doute un des meilleurs AirBnb ou nous avons séjourné. Accueil parfait avec une bouteille de vermouth artisanal et des oranges du jardin. L’appartement est parfait, on s’y sent bien partout, mieux que sur les photos. Christina est très présente lorsque nous avons eu besoin de conseils, restaurants, où trouver de la très bonne huile d’olive, etc… Et pour les golfeurs c’est idéalement placé près d’un très beau golf.

What a find this beautiful house! The house has been done, furnished and decorated with extreme eye for detail and to high standards. Very well thought out. The garden, pool and bar/bbq area is lovely, you really never have to go out, the place in itself is a retreat. I highly recommend the house for a holiday or romantic getaway. 7 stars!

We hebben een fijn verblijf gehad in het huis van Marta. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien. De airco werkt ook prima in de winter om te verwarmen. Dankjewel voor je goede zorgen.

Tout été parfait vis à vis du logement cependant nous avons été hors saison de qui a fait qu’il y avais très très peu de chose proposer beaucoup de commerce et restaurant fermé …. Mais Alvaro a été super !! Légère odeur sur le canapé nous avons donc acheter du spray désodorisant

We stayed at this Ago’s place for the second time. This time, two of us and two friends from Valencia spent one weekend here. We absolutely loved the house and all its facilities. The host provided great recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. Thanks to their suggestions, we made two trips to Cartagena during this getaway. Cartagena’s ocean views and historic architecture were truly captivating. The kitchen is fully equipped. Both the lounge and the bedroom offer magnificent views of the golf course. Honestly, the only regret we had was not being able to stay longer 😊

We spent a month at Bernard’s and Corinna’s place with my wife and our tabby cat. It was just the best! They were perfect hosts, very-very friendly and helpful! The house is walking distance to the beach, super cozy and quiet. Highly recommended!

La casa estaba impecable y todo súper limpio y ordenado. Hemos llegado un poco mas tarde de la hora acordada y aún asi nos recibieron y dieron una bienvenida rápida. La casa es tal cual las fotos, muy grande y bonita. Dos cosas a tener en cuenta: cuando hace sol y calor, en la zona tiene un olor fuerte a campo/animal por lo que no pudimos disfrutar realmente de las terrazas tan impresionantes. Y luego, las piscinas y jacuzzi ambas son de agua del tiempo, el jacuzzi no es de agua caliente. En general todo muy bien.

The apartment is beautiful and has a lovely balcony over looking the harbour and ocean. The kitchen has everything you need and is spotless and up market. The bed was so comfy, as good as our own. The a/c worked well and was nearly silent. Overall I would recommend this apartment very highly as I would Villaricus which is a lovely village. A rental car is required and if the car is a but bulky you might find the underground parking a bit tricky. I ended up parking mine outside where there is loads of space. There is a great hardware store behind the supermarket at Playa Vera that sells all the essentials for the beach ie a corkscrew for the umbrella seats etc so you can be like the locals.

Ruairi was a fantastic host and very quick to respond and very accommodating, allowed us to gain access early and allowed us a late checkout. There has been a nationwide power outage today and he was straight on to me, saying we could go back if we were stuck. A real gentleman.

Graham was the perfect host providing us with lots of information beforehand on beaches, restaurants, places to visit & golf courses. He met us on arrival & showed us where everything was & had even provided a cold bottle of fizz & a delicious Spanish cake. His apartment is beautiful with really comfortable beds & excellent showers. The best bit was the terrace with amazing sea views. He has thought of everything & there is a real sense of thought & care for his visitors e.g. he makes it very clear that you are welcome to use all the herbs, spices, oils etc. He even provides beach towels which is great. Our favourite beach was Playa Amarillo which was a 5 minute drive away although the beach in front of the apartment was good for swimming if it was a bit choppy in other places. We visited Lorca & Mojacar for days out & Aguilon Golf which were all easy to get to. We would definitely recommend this apartment. Thank you Graham for a lovely stay.
