Renta de casas vacacionales en la playa en Cagliari

La ubicación de la casa es magnifica con una vista al mar increíble. Ver la puesta de sol desde la terraza es impresionante. Las habitaciones están sencillamente amuebladas pero confortables, los baños cómodos y renovados, la cocina moderna y muy bien equipada con todo lo necesario. La playa de cala Caterina es muy tranquila y prácticamente exclusiva, recomendable para descansar, nadar o hacer snorkelling. Se encuentra a pocos minutos de otras playas más amplias y bonitas como Porto Giunco, y también de Villa Simius con supermercados, bares y restaurantes. Roberto, el anfitrión de este hermoso lugar, fue muy amable y servicial, desde el primer momento siempre atento a que no nos faltara nada, realmente una atención personalizada. Pasamos unas vacaciones estupendas en este casa, y cumplió con todas nuestras expectativas. La consideramos altamente recomendable.

We carried out a lot of research before settling on Casa Delle Sirene. What a find! It was exactly as described and pictured, beautiful inside and out with its own private parking space. It had lovely private gardens with lovely flora and fauna. Inside was spacious, spotlessly clean, and well-equipped throughout . The beds were very comfortable and the pillows (which we are very particular about) were the best we’ve ever had whilst away from home, making for very good nights sleep. The kitchen served its purpose perfectly and the showers were great. There was always plenty of hot water. We had a couple of issues where we needed to contact our host. The electric tripped after a thunderstorm which our host sorted very quickly, and we also had a WiFi outage but again the host sorted swiftly. The apartment is only a 50m walk away to a beautiful sandy beach and only a short walk to bars, restaurants and the supermarket. Perfect location, and accommodation and is highly recommended.

L'alloggio di Lorenzo si trova in un condominio-residence che affaccia direttamente sulla spiaggia pubblica, in una posizione perfetta per avere accesso al mare. Gli spazi sono minimali ma ben organizzati. Ottima la presenza della lavastoviglie. L'appartamento si è liberato un'ora prima del previsto e abbiamo potuto anticipare il check in. Lorenzo si è dimostrato sempre attento e disponibile.

Das kleine Haus liegt perfekt um mit der Familie entspannte Strandferien zu machen. Das Häuschen bietet alles, was man braucht. Der Strand vor der Tür ist sehr schön. Der Kontakt vor Ort mit Marcus war sehr angenehm. Marcus hat uns persönlich und herzlich empfangen und uns alles gezeigt. Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit, eine Wiederholung ist nicht auszuschliessen.

We really enjoyed this place; just a few meters away from an amazingly beautiful beach, great beach restaurant and amazing nature. The place comes with a big garden which offers different spots to relax. Our children loved spending time in the garden. The house itself is very spacious with beach toys our kids enjoyed a lot. It was very convenient for us as well that we could park our car directly on the property. I really recommend this place and would love to come again. Also host and co-hosts were very responsive and friendly!

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour en famille dans cette très jolie maison au calme ! Tout était parfait ! La vue sur la baie est époustouflante et tellement apaisante ! Tous les soirs nous avons eu droit à un magnifique couché de soleil. La maison ne manque vraiment de rien, le frigo et les placards sont très bien garnis…on se croirait vraiment comme à la maison. Nous aurions aimé pouvoir rester encore quelques jours 😊 De plus Morgana est tellement adorable !! Elle a été très arrangeante, toujours très disponible et de très bons conseils pour que nous puissions passer un bon séjour. Super communication ! Je recommande vivement!!! Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir🥰

Wir hatten einen rundum perfekten Aufenthalt bei Matty! Der Ausblick auf das Meer ist einfach atemberaubend – jeden Tag ein Genuss. Matty ist ein außergewöhnlich freundlicher Gastgeber. Wir durften früher einchecken und wurden persönlich und herzlich empfangen, was uns direkt das Gefühl gab, willkommen zu sein. Die Unterkunft war komfortabel und genau das Richtige für erholsame Ferien. Wir haben die Zeit in vollen Zügen genossen und kommen sehr gerne wieder!

La casa è posizionata in una zona molto tranquilla e silenziosa, è presente un supermercato a circa 200 metri e alcune pizzerie e bar a circa 10 minuti a piedi. La piscina è veramente molto grande, la porta sul mare è fantastica e il mare è ottimo per un tuffo rinfrescante o per fare snorkeling. L’ alloggio è molto comodo, ed è presente un grande soggiorno dal quale è possibile vedere il mare. Anna Rita e Riccardo sono stati degli ottimi host sempre disponibili per ogni richiesta o informazione.

We had a lovely stay in Sardinia! Max and Lory were truly great hosts – incredibly friendly, warm, and welcoming. Their two beautiful dogs, Viva and Hector, were absolutely sweet, and our 5-year-old loved playing with them. The apartment is very well equipped – you’ll find everything you need for a comfortable, no-stress stay. Max and Lory even stocked the fridge with plenty of breakfast items, which was such a thoughtful touch. The location is a bit removed from the town and beaches, so you’ll need a car, but it’s peaceful, quiet, and perfect for relaxing. The pool is beautiful and well maintained – although the water was around 20°C in early May, so it was a bit chilly for long swims. Our kid still jumped in a couple of times! I can imagine it’s perfect from June through September. Highly recommended if you're looking for a calm, well-prepared place with wonderful hosts and a personal touch!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das airbnb ist genau wie auf den Bildern und hat , neben dem beheizten Pool auch einen wunderbaren Meerblick aus einem der Schlafzimmer. Die Nachbarschaft war sehr ruhig und überhaupt nicht störend. Es haben anfangs ein paar Basics wie eine Bialetti oder Bedsheets gefehlt. Das war aber kein Problem durch die schnelle Antwort von Lucca wurde alles prompt gebracht. Wir hatten einen perfekten Urlaub in Villa Lolly

Die schöne, grosszügige Wohnung ist eine von Vier und verfügt über viele private Sitzmöglichkeiten im Aussenbereich und einen gepflegten, geteilten Pool. Mit unseren zwei kleinen Kindern haben wir wunderschöne 8 Tage hier verbracht und genossen sehr den Pool für uns, da keine der andere Wohnungen besetzt waren. Die Küche ist gut ausgestatttet, die Wohnung ist Blitzblank. Die Betten waren für unsere geschmack eher hart. Toll für uns waren die Mückennetze bei allen Fenstern und die Fensterläden um die Zimmer ganz abzudunkeln. Auch wenn wir Rita nicht persönlich kennen gelernt haben, war sie eine wundervolle Gastgeberin. Jederzeit erreichbar und hat dafür gesorgt, dass wir Alles hatten. Wir würden diese Unterkunft Familien, Paaren, Freunden und vielen mehr wärmstens empfehlen und danken den Gastgebern herzlich für Alles.

Wir waren mit unseren 2 kleinen Kindern (2 und 5 Jahre) eine Woche bei Luciana zu Besuch. Eine wirklich tolle Unterkunft in der wundervollen Stadt Chia. Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und super sauber. Die Küche war super ausgestattet (sogar ein Mixxer und Pürierstab waren vorhanden). Die Bäder sind neu und modern gestaltet. Es gibt ein Babybett, einen Hochstuhl und extra Strandhandtücher. Zu den Stränden von Chia sind es nur ca. 5-10 Minuten Fahrtzeit. Wenn man Fahrräder mit hat, kann man alles mit dem Fahrrad machen. Unsere Empfehlung ist mit Kindern die kleine Bucht Spiaggia di Su Portu (nicht so windig, keine hohen Wellen und ganz seicht abfallend). Die Stadt an sich ist sehr klein, super wenn man etwas Ruhe sucht. Wir würden jederzeit wieder bei Luciana wohnen.

Grundsätzlich alles sehr gut, großes Lob an Marco, war auch im Notfall schnell zur Hilfe und immer sehr freundlich. Danke

Very comfortable and clean accommodation just as listed. A 5 minute walk to the town and quick drive or bike ride to different beaches. Beautifully landscaped garden which is lovely to have when using the hot tub. The windows/doors are fitted with mosquito nets which was very helpful to minimise the insects getting in. Enrico was very kind, helpful and responsive and made sure we had what we needed as we were travelling with a toddler. Definitely recommend!!

Wir waren sehr zufrieden, es war alles da, was man braucht. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse war grandios . Strand 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Weiter zu empfehlen !

Wir hatten wunderschöne Tage in dieser traumhaften Unterkunft. Das Apartment ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt, sehr sauber und unser persönliches Highlight war die Terrasse mit einem unglaublichen Ausblick aufs Meer, der zum Verweilen einlädt! Die Unterkunft ist sehr ruhig auf einem Berg gelegen - ein Mietauto ist von Vorteil, der Strand aber zu Fuss in 15 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Kommunikation mit Mike lief problemlos und schnell. Für all unsere Fragen hatte er blitzschnell Antworten parat.

Danke an Vincenzo für sie Gastfreundschaft. Herzlich eingerichtet Wohnung mit allem was benötigt wird. Sehr ruige gegend, Restaurants in der nähe und Dorfzentrum 15 min zu Fuss erreichbar. Wunderschöne Strände ind der näheren Umgebung. Sehr zum weiter Empfehlen

Passamos um período incrível na casa da Roberta! É um reduto em meio à natureza e muita tranquilidade, a poucos metros da praia e próximo a Pula e supermercados. O condomínio é lindo e os vizinhos são respeitosos. As praias do sul são maravilhosas. Tanto a Roberta quanto a senhora Mery são muito amáveis, atenciosas e disponíveis. A casa foi tudo o que precisávamos: simples e com muito conforto, camas confortáveis, ar condicionado nos quartos e na sala para dias mais quentes, banho bom, cozinha muito bem equipada com utensílios, panelas, etc. O guarda sol e as cadeiras de praia nos foram muito úteis também. Adoramos jogar peteca e folhear os livros da casa. A internet do celular funcionou bem para o que precisamos. Recomendo fortemente a casa da Roberta!

L’alloggio di Anna si trova in una posizione comodissima sia ai negozi, ristoranti, market, farmacia, etc etc, che al mare, raggiungibile con una brevissima passeggiata. La casa è pulitissima e ha tutte le comodità e accessori, per viverla come se si stesse a casa propria. Utensili da cucina, frigorifero grande con congelatore, lavastoviglie, lavatrice, phon, ombrellone e sdraio per il mare, aria condizionata, e tutto quello che normalmente occorre in una casa. Anna poi è un ospite davvero carina, discreta e gentilissima, sempre reattiva e disponibile, al punto tale che mi è sembrata più un’amica che una host. Alloggiando presso di lei, oltre ad aver potuto visitare anche le spiagge bellissime dei dintorni, ho potuto assistere, data la vicinanza alla spiaggia, ad un’alba meravigliosa su un mare meraviglioso e già solo questo sarebbe valso la vacanza nella bella casina di Anna. Se torneremo a costa rei, sicuramente alloggeremo da Anna. Consigliatissima! Arrivederci Anna…

Der Aufenthalt in dem schönen Haus von Antonio und seiner Familie haben wir als Gruppe von sieben Leuten sehr genossen. Das Haus ist mit allem was das Herz begehrt ausgestattet. Die liebevolle Einrichtung, die tolle Terrasse und der Pool haben uns besonders gut gefallen. Wir wurden von Anfang an herzlich in Empfang genommen. Alles wurde uns sorgfältig erklärt und gezeigt. Auch während des Aufenthalts war Antonio erreichbar und hat tolle Tips für Restaurants, Strände und Co. gegeben. Vielen Dank an dich Antonio für den tollen Urlaub.

Il soggiorno è stato molto piacevole. La vista dal terrazzo è impagabile. Ordine e pulizia erano eccellenti e l'host è sempre stato gentile e disponibile. Esperienza sicuramente da ripetere.

Unser Aufenthalt in der Villa Azurella war wunderschön! Der Strandzugang zum quasi privaten Meer war super, die Außendusche war der Hit und bei tollem Wetter muss man die Unterkunft eigentlich gar nicht mehr verlassen. Wer Lust auf einen ruhigen Strandurlaub hat, ist hier genau richtig. Alles wichtige war aber trotzdem gut und schnell erreichbar. Vielen Dank für alles, wir hatte eine tolle Zeit!
