We had a wonderful stay! The place is convenient, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed—from kitchen essentials to toys and a small pool for the kids. The house and garden had lovely plants. The host was very attentive and considerate of our group’s needs. We also appreciated the little touches like coffee, tea, shampoo, towels, and Alexa for music and convenience. The location is perfect—quiet but just a short walk to the Capitol and park. We love Villa Naranja and our hosts! Ate Jen is always smiling and laughing, Phil is quiet but always smiling. They make sure we have all the things we need. They are very hands on. Thank you also for letting us check in super early. We were happy from the moment we stepped in until we got home while looking Villa Naranja’s post of our stay. And we love the free wine! It is so delicious. We will book again here!

It has been a very relaxing and fun experience for my family. Our host, Kristine, was generous and friendly when we made requests. Manang Tess, their caretaker, was helpful with our needs, especially when we prepared food for a birthday celebration. We loved every minute at the Summerfell Guesthouse! Cham's rest house in Tuguegarao City provided a comfortable and convenient stay for our family. Cham was responsive and helpful, addressing our needs promptly. We especially appreciated his understanding and flexibility when we required a later check-out due to a family emergency. The house offered a peaceful atmosphere, and we found it to be a suitable base for our time in the city. We would recommend this property to others seeking a reliable and well-managed place to stay.

Very peaceful and kid friendly place. The beach access was awesome, it is a rocky area but nice to just walk to the beach. Check in was easy and they explained what is the expectation in keeping the house maintained. We would recommend this place to families who has little kids.

The cottage is situated in a secluded area. It offers a quiet sanctuary for families who want to take some time off from the city. There are many trees and ornamental plants. The view of the beach is spectacular. The staff are courteous and honest. We enjoyed their story about the place, how the entire property was once a beach resort some decade ago. You can feel their love for the place with the way they talk about it. Fish bought from the nearby talipapa and cooked by the staff was really good, my kids devoured them. At night, when the tides are high, you can hear loud rumbling sounds of the waves, occasionally reverberating throughout the house.

Nice and interesting place with some nice views from the rooftop deck. The A/C units and the hot water in the shower work great. Felt great to have a real hot shower. Peter is a great host. He is very helpful, friendly, professional and responsive.

The place was clean and spacious. It was peaceful. I can say that the place was a complete package for its price. It is highly recommended to stay here.
