We absolutely loved our stay! It was beautiful by the river! We have two kids and the four of us just loved walking around the property, using the hot tub, and cozying up by the easy-to operate fire pit. The town of Lyons has a couple of cute shops and brewery/restaurants to eat. We door dashed groceries from Safeway for our bigger items. Heidi was very quick to respond to my requests and accommodated a couple of requests we made during our stay. Would love to come back!

Beautiful stay and property. Loved being nestled in the little valley with the stream. We enjoyed the fire pit and the cabin was cozy with everything we needed for our stay. I wish we could’ve stayed longer! Would definitely book again.

Heidi was very responsive and proactive with following up on any needs we may have and checking in to ensure a pleasant stay. We loved the amenities and had everything we needed. Very cozy and inviting. Will definitely stay here again!

Very peaceful and quiet little cabin! (It was easy to get too but the directions weren’t very clear)It had snowed so we weren’t able to do all the activities or enjoy the fire pit outside the cabin but sure enjoyed the hot tub action! Heidi had a nice relaxing clean space and we would love to come back. Thanks again!

This was a great place to relax after a day of hiking and exploring RMNP. Very clean and comfortable. And the host was a great communicator (even though i wasn’t lol). Overall, just a really positive experience.

Heidi communicated very well with us! She let us know of any changes on the property. She also gave thorough, detailed instructions on how to find the drive to the Riverside Cabins which was very helpful!! The driveway can be hard to find as the GPS will take you to the drive on the OTHER side of the riverside cabins. If it weren't for Heidi's directions with it being the 2nd one after the bus stop signs, we would've been confused, but just knowing that small detail really helped make it easy to find. There is a book inside the cabin that has all the rules broken down including what to do when checking out. It also has many different options of things to do or places to eat or hike in the area. I absolutely LOVED how pet friendly they are. They included under the emergency numbers the local vet clinic number for your furry friend, but they also have dog waste bags and garbage around the property to make it easy to clean up after your pet. It was very relaxing and comfortable overall.

This was a very cozy and well stocked cabin, in a gorgeous location! Heidi checked in multiple times through out our stay and was wonderful! Between being right on the river, the fire pits, and the comfy bed, this is the perfect spot for a quick getaway

Very beautiful property, and perfect size for a couple. I have absolutely nothing negative to stay about my space, but I do want to add to be careful on the wooden steps outside but I did indeed slip on the last step and sprain my ankle 5 minutes into arriving but that genuinely could be a user error. I would highly recommend this cabin to absolutely anyone and if you get lucky like we did, you’ll see a family of deer in the window behind the bed.

Such a sweet, serene spot. I loved the bathtub and used it daily. My dog loved life and was able to run off leash, and being right next to the creek was a plus. It was a quick drive into Estes which I appreciated. If you’re looking to get away from the city and relax in a quiet spot, this is the perfect place for you!

Beautiful scenery. Place was warm, clean and easy to find with institutions. A peaceful 15-20 min drive from Estes. Would definitely stay here again!

Tiffany was a fantastic host and was so flexible with us. We booked last minute and she bent over backwards to accommodate us. The space is cozy, clean, and not too far from some great hiking trails. The bar right next door “Rigbys” is absolutely worth stopping in for a meal or drink. I highly recommend.

A great stay for a quick getaway to the mountains. Chris was responsive and attentive, and the cabin was cozy.

The birch cabin was cozy and comfortable. Heidi was very responsive and friendly. It was great to get to use the snowshoes during our stay.

We really enjoyed our stay! The place was spotless upon check in and the host was friendly and communicative. The kitchen is small but has all the utensils, pots, bowls, measuring cups, plates, etc. that we needed, and the shower was hot. I think there could be a curtain or frosted glass on the upper bathroom window too, not just the lower one, since you're surrounded by other cabins. Bring your own conditioner (the cabin didn't have any but did have shampoo and soaps). There are no condiments or other items in the fridge left behind from other guests. No big deal but the water didn't taste great to us. If you are also pickier about water taste, you can fill up water bottles at the dispenser inside Colorado Cherry Company down the road if you buy something. Our dog loved this cabin. The patio is fully fenced, and they have poop bag dispensers on property. Thanks for the great stay.

Had a great and cozy stay here for only a short night -- the cabin looks small from the outside but is actually quite spacious. It has everything you would need to enjoy a night in Livermore, plus it's right behind Rigby's, a pretty great restaurant and local hangout.

So booked 2 night stay, it was perfect. Owners left clear instructions which i like and the stream out front followed owners instructions on where to go and got to sit and watch the trout. Was close to estes park and a beautiful drive. Tvs being roku tvs were a huge plus for night time. Hot tub was a perfect 103 degrees. Definitely will book again when in the area perfect amount of away from people but yet close to towns
