El mejor lugar para estar, la mejor atención, sin duda recomendado al 100%, supermercado muy cerca con todo, puedes ir caminando, acogedor, tranquilo, completo, con mas de lo que necesitas para estar plácidamente. Inmensamente grande! muchos espacios para aprovechar, super cómodo, para familias con niños, personas mayores.

san Leonardo è un posto magico... in autunno i colori delle foglie abbelliscono gli alberi già splendidi.... il laghetto con le oche, le siete fuentes (le sette fontane) con l' acqua buona... la casa è proprio di fronte alla chiesa dei Cavalieri di Malta, è arredata molto bene e Carmela la cura alla perfezione.

Pietro était très accueillant, réactif et de bon conseil. Le logement était grand, propre, correspondait à la description et nous avions tous ce dont nous avions besoin. Très fonctionnel. Juste la connexion Wi-Fi marchait par intermittence, mais si vous avez votre forfait mobile, ça n'a pas d'incidence. Il y a une très bonne pizzeria à 10min de la maison. Les plages sont à 30 min et la ville de Bosa à 1h. Merci pour tout, nous recommandons.

If you are looking for a place to unwind, to get away from the stress and noise of a busy life, this is it. The accommodation has wonderful views of the bay from its balcony, windows, and rooftop terrace. At night, the sound of the waves will lull you to sleep. In the morning, a 5-minute walk gets you to the beach. There is ample space for sleeping, dining, relaxing, sunbathing, and everything you need to make this house your home for as long as you stay. Everything was immaculately clean, and very well equipped. There was even a washing machine and detergent, a beach chair and umbrella and several beach toys (to which we added a boogie board that our little boy had a great time using!). The roof terrace has a table and chairs, sunbather, and even a shower. Silvia's parents -- who are totally lovely -- let us in and showed us around, and brought us a huge platter of delicious produce from their garden. I'd write more, but I'm running out of room and superlatives... We will be back!

Roberta è una proprietaria discreta, premurosa e sempre reattiva. La casa è confortevole, accogliente e curata nei minimi dettagli. Il verde salvia e lo stile eclettico fa da padrona, rendendo gli ambienti armoniosi e suscitando la giusta dose di serenità. Consiglio vivamente la casa, l'ospitalità di Roberta e i dolcetti della mamma.

Wir haben zu dritt 10 Tage in dem entzückenden Häuschen verbracht, das Guido und Carine mit viel gestalterischem Gefühl renoviert und eingerichtet haben. Man ist hier am wunderbar ruhigen Rande und doch mittendrin im authentisch sardischen Dorfleben. Im Ort ist alles zu Fuß erreichbar, was man braucht, Supermarkt, Café und Restaurant, auch das alles köstlich und authentisch. Der kleine Garten ist gemütlich mit Sicht aufs Meer. Guido & Carine wohnen nebenan und sind immer erreichbar. Sie haben uns beim Feuer machen geholfen und etwas von der spannenden Geschichte der Gegend erzählt. Perfekte Gastgeber, fantastische Gegend, schönes Häuschen! Unbedingt empfehlenswert.

Schönes Haus in sehr ruhiger Umgebung. Es war alles vorhanden, auch in der Küche. Die Bilder sagen einfach alles. Der Ort ist sehr klein und liegt nicht weit von schönen Stränden. Historisch und kulturell gibt es auch viel zu entdecken. Wir komnen gerne wieder.

We really enjoyed our stay a lot. Originally, we intended to stay only a couple of days but ended up spending our entire vacation at Davide's place. Incredible friendly hosts, beautiful beach close by. Our stay could not have been better.

Absolutely deserved 5/5. This is a perfect place to have as a base for visiting that part of Sardinia. I spent 4 weeks (so far!) in Sardinia and Marco's place is much bigger and more comfortable than usual. And it really makes a difference and lets you recover much better. All that one can need is provided and Marco is very friendly. I can only recommend it to other guests and plan to come back in the future to climb much more in the regio .

Sono entrata nell'appartamento di Simone e mi sono sentita a casa. Tutto corrispondeva alla mia concezione di casa. Voglio sottolineare la meraviglia del terrazzo riparato e coperto dove abbiamo pranzato e cenato per 4 giorni. Molto particolare l'appartamento. Io sicuramente ritornerò.

We had a great stay and can only thank Rosa and Giulio for their hospitality! Before arrival, we received a helpful guide in English. Upon arrival we were shown around the flat. The two were very responsive and helpful for any questions that came up during our stay and even brought us a homemade cake! Communication was great although we don't speak Italian and they don't speak English. We felt very welcome! The flat is well-equipped with kitchen utensils, washing machine, and practical beach umbrella. The garden is just beautiful and gives you holiday feeling right away. Parking is just outside the house, there was always a free spot. After experiencing a heatwave with almost 30°C at night during our first week in Sardinia, we were a bit worried about not having air-condition but with windows open at night and the ventilator, it was no problem thanks to the big stone walls. Location is great to explore amazing beaches, cultural heritage and different cities. We can only recommend!

Gaia ist die perfekte Gastgeberin. Wir konnten bereits gegen 11 h einchecken und wurden mit lokalen Köstlichkeiten und Wein begrüßt. Jede Frage wurde sofort beantwortet und die Wohnung ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Wir haben uns zu 100 % wohl gefühlt. Vielen lieben Dank Gaia.

nous avons passé une grosse semaine chez Anna et quel plaisir. Bel accueil, un lieu superbe avec une vue sur le coucher de soleil à couper le souffle. lieu calme, à noter que nous avons eu la chance d'avoir des voisins eux aussi calme, ce qui a rendu le séjour encore plus exceptionnel, mais si voisin bruyant, ca peut être gênant. Dans notre cas, un séjour superbe dans logement qui nous a rendu les vacances encore plus belle. Merci pour tout

Por um problema no meu vôo e uma mudança grande e forçada no planejamento, não pude ficar na casa escolhida, mas não por isso posso deixar de descrever como Vincenzo me ajudou. Sempre muito paciente, compreensivo e disposto a ajudar no que pudesse. E assim foi feito, me disponibilizou um novo lugar com ótima localização, tudo que precisávamos e por um período diferente do previsto. Só tenho a agradecer a ele e sua família que nos recepcionaram como se já fossemos de casa. Literalmente ajudaram a salvar nossas férias. Em próxima oportunidade na Sardenha ficarei em uma das casas de Vincenzo.

We loved our stay with Gian Marco! The house is clean, spacious, great for a big family! The garden is huge and the kids have plenty of space to roam around, play and run free! Putzu Idu is only 10 minutes away and is a large sandy beach, perfect for spending the entire day! We would love coming back here!

La casa è spaziosa, molto pulita e funzionale: eravamo in 9 e siamo stati benissimo. La cucina è ben accessoriata, c'è un ampio giardino e lo spazio per fare colazione all'aperto. Tutte le stanze hanno il condizionatore. La posizione è molto tranquilla, un po' distante dalle spiagge, ma in un tempo non eccessivamente lungo si possono raggiungere le più belle località della costa occidentale. Roberto è un host molto reattivo, gentile e disponibile. Ringraziamo lui e anche il suo papà, che ci ha fatto omaggio di un cocomero buonissimo!

Antonio’s place is exactly as pictured and described. The view is incredible. It was so peaceful and quiet. Make sure to grab groceries before because you will not want to leave once you get there! The road is rough as described and as properly warned an suv is a must! But well worth it. Incredible place to be able to enjoy. Thanks so much Antonio! We hope to come back someday 😁

Très belle maison en hauteur de Marina di Arbus avec une vue exceptionnelle, magnifique, extraordinaire sur la baie et la mer. La maison est très fonctionnelle, bien équipée, fidèle à la description et le jardin agréable. Daniele a été de bons conseils et très réactif dans les échanges. La Costa Verde est magnifique pour les amoureux de la nature, nombreuses plages sauvages à proximité ; la supérette et les quelques restaurants sont bien suffisants pour des vacances réussies.

We spent two weeks in Torro del Pozzo in Alessandra's beautiful house. The view from living room, the bedrooms and especially from the terrace simply is amazing! The interior is friendly and spacious. The kitchen is small but very clean. There is a patio behind the house that is lovely when it's hot. We loved the small beach by the house just a two minute (steep) walk from the house! Parking the car proved a bit tricky, since our van was a bit oversized for the small (and again very steep) driveway. Turning the car in front of the neighbor's garage always took a few minutes but we preferred that to driving up the driveway backwards.:) The road is close but was rarely heard, the restaurant across the street (bar del capitano) makes great pizza! :) We loved our stay and really recommend Alessandra as a host and the villa as home base to discover this part of the island!

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen! Das Haus ist super ausgestattet (Küchenutensilien, Handtücher, Bettwäsche etc.,), die Kinder konnten draußen prima spielen, sogar Spielsachen wurden von Walter und seiner Familie zur Verfügung gestellt. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen, ein Geschenkkorb mit Leckereien stand bereit und wir konnten sogar etwas früher einchecken, was es für uns einfacherer gemacht hat. Der sehr schöne weitläufige Strand war für uns mit den Kindern in ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Ein Supermarkt ist wenige Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt erreichbar, der Laden auf dem Campingplatz hat für dringende Einkäufe auch eine kleine Auswahl. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder kommen!

Ottima la posizione. Ampi gli spazi al piano terra ed esterni. Trovata la casa in ordine e cucina con ampia attrezzatura. La proprietà è sempre stata pronta a risolvere le piccole problematiche sorte. Nel complesso il giudizio è più che positivo e sicuramente consigliamo l'immobile.

Federico came to house to meet us which was nice. His partner Dori speaks perfect English and kindly supplied instructions in english. She was very responsive and extremely helpful recommending restaurants and places to visit. We both really enjoyed our stay at Sea Land. We loved sitting outside under on the veranda in the shade and it was so peaceful. Only a short walk to the beach and a restaurant and bar was just along the beach. Putzu Ido is a small quiet place which is what we really liked. Thank you for all the food and drinks left for us to keep us going until we went to the shops. The house was very well equipped and we felt at home.
