Linda was very accessible and accommodating. The property appeared to be newly remodeled and very clean and comfortable. Would stay here again.

This was our second time staying here, and it’s such a peaceful and relaxing place. We loved watching the horses grazing outside—it’s such a nice touch. The hosts were quick to respond and made sure we had everything we needed. Since it was Christmas, they even put up a couple of Christmas trees for us, which was so thoughtful. Josh is a great host, and we’ll definitely stay here again the next time we’re in Ava!

Rachel is incredible. Everything about the home and the host was just amazing. I really Enjoyed my stay so much that I extended it twice! The house is fully stocked and had everything we needed.

This was my second stay in this cabin. This is truly a home away from home. Not only is this cabin fully furnished with everything you need, including toys for my grandson, it has a great view of both sunrise and sunset from a beautiful deck with fenced yard. My family and I made great memories during our stay. Rhonda was kind and made sure we got in ok and was flexible to extend our time of stay. I look forward to future stays.

This place was exactly as described in the listing but Melissa went above and beyond with the little touches! She left homemade cinnamon rolls for us at check-in (they were delicious), she left baby toys cleaned and our for our little one, AND she offers to make homemade meals because food is few and far between in the off season. The place was extremely easy to baby proof and we enjoyed the backyard & back deck. We will definitely be back again!

Our stay was great! The place was very clean and comfortable. The hosts were up front about a (small beans) bit of damage from a previous guest before we arrived and then they were extremely responsive if we messaged them while leaving us be if we did not reach out first. The attention to detail on availability of cooking utensils, pots and pans, soap and cleaning scrubbies… etc exceeded our expectations from stays at other Air BnBs and it was wonderful to not feel the need to make a store run for supplies / a cheap pan to cook breakfast in the morning. We’ve got a new “go-to” place to stay when we are in town for sure. If I needed to find one thing to “complain” about… the scent plugins were overwhelmingly when we first arrived, but they were easily turned down / unplugged. I’d say there were probably too many being used for the room(s) they were in… but that could also be personal preference. Thanks for putting the effort into a high quality place to stay in a small town!

Heather provided a clean and comfortable home. Her listing was thorough and we thought knew what to expect. When we walked in, it was more than expected with thoughtful touches of welcome. It smelled good too. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud. Our dogs enjoyed walking on the path when it wasn’t raining. We have family in West Plains and look forward to returning to the area…and would stay here again in a heartbeat!
