Excellent host I couldn’t ask for more. I couldn’t believe the unbelievable service they gave us. We were a little lost at first because I wasn’t having Internet and they came out and met us at the property. She also gave me a chart to re-tray and a free fruit basket that was beautiful. The apartment smelled excellent. Everything was beautiful. Everything looked new. I couldn’t have asked for anything more.

The place is very nice ,quiet and clean and feel like home. Amber is amazing help me out with all my questions and concerns about restaurant ,rivers and supermarkets since it was my first time renting Airbnb and I love it and will be back next year. Thank you amber for everything! Nancy collado's

BEAUTIFUL STUNNING all the above! We will absolutely be back this place was right up our alley, beautiful pool (huge) and the beach option a few steps away, what more can you ask for while staying in a beautiful pent house. Loved that we were able to bbq on the patio our favorite thing to do for dinners ☺️

Our daughters loved Jenni’s place. Beautifully decorated yet casual and comfortable. The views from the balconies were outstanding! Everything was in good working order. And Jenni always responded quickly to any questions we had. The Seawinds property is incredibly beautiful with an outstanding staff that keeps it pristine including the large pool overlooking the ocean. Definitely a 5-Star experience!

The location was near city center a few minutes drive , Beach and little restaurants in the surrounding area. The apartament was clean and very Cozy. Also very nice neighbors.

Very well stocked from the kitchen to bath towels to beach towels! We had a wonderful stay in a beautiful condo! We have stayed multiple times in Seawinds, really liked this two bedroom condo. Would definitely stay again.

The hosts of this beautiful oasis were helpful and accommodating from the very beginning. With this being my first time to the DR, I never felt nervous or uneasy about anything that was suggested or anywhere that I was taken. The island was beautiful even though it rained every day. Wonderful rental, great hosts! Beds were very comfortable, good water pressure, well kept, & very clean. Very nice amenities, lovely back yard, AC worked well. Highly recommend and look forward to returning sooner than later!

Royal Residence is a great small community complex. The residents and guest are extremely friendly. The unit is well located to accessing the pool. Not sure why but the power goes on and off quite frequently Charlotte is a great host and was very quick when I needed a few things replaced. The R&R staff are all very friendly and helpful. We had a great stay and made many new friends

Teresia is an excellent host. Always responding and carying for our well being. The gate community is very secure. There are no beach on site and the 2 restaurants with pool where you can go for the day have a fee (1750 to 2500 pesos per person per day) but they are beautiful. Sosua is easy to walk around. People are nice. The villa was perfect. The only thing is the very low water pressure. We would come back anytime.

Really nice, modern, clean and spacious house with a lot of amenities. Daisy was a good host, gave us clear directions for the check in and check out and gave us a tour of the villa upon arrival. Would definitely recommend.

Great place to stay, quiet villa in a great location as part of the Sosua Ocean Village Complex, close to the Beach and all amenities, Joseph was a great host and very attentive to all our needs, will surely come back.
