Guest # 1 :The house was very clean on our arrival and we were very impressed Guest #2: the manager was readily available to answer our inquiries Guest # 3 : we were given a warm welcome at our arrival and toured the home which was helpful and a lovely personal touch Guest #4: the size of the home was quite impressive and we loved discovering details in a new space for the 1st few days Guest #5 :all the seating areas were unique and gave us a chance to slip away while remaining close Guest #6: we were a group of 8 which can be tricky at times but given the size of the home we never felt crowded. We had an amazing 10 nights in the villa. The outside area was great for dining, sunbathing or just relaxing reading a book. Then the shaded area was great if you needed to get out of the sun. The swimming pool was really clean and well maintained throughout the holiday. As it was August it was lovely and warm. All bedrooms were a great size and it was lovely that each room had it's own bathroom. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you need and with Lidl only a 10 min walk away it was great for food shopping. Tirimisu Bar was great for food and drink and very reasonable. We also ate at a lovely Italian restaurant at the golf village which was only a few minutes drive away. Ubers were very easy to get. We had a late flight back so thankfully we were able to leave our cases in the villa until it was time to great. Overall a fantastic holiday in a great villa.

Absolutely a beautiful villa in a peaceful setting. There is a large supermarket nearby and the old town Albuferia and beaches are only a 8 to10 minute drive away. The villa has all the amenities you need and is well maintained. The grounds and pool area are large with plenty of places to sit in the sun or shade. Large patio table and chairs. Large brick charcoal bbq setup. Nice loungers and umbrellas for shade at the pool which was great and came in very handy. Very spacious bedrooms with massive wardrobes each with their own large en-suite bathrooms. Kitchen was extremely well equipped with a great supply of everything we needed. The laundry room has a washing machine, and each bedroom has air conditioning. We felt very safe at the property as there were locks and shutters for the doors and a locked gate to exit and enter. Villa MATILDE ist wunderschön. Auf einer ruhigen Straße gelegen und im inneren total sauber. Alles sehr modern und genau wie beschrieben. Auch der Außenberich mit Pool und makellos sauber. Ein Supermarkt ist weniger als 10 Gehminuten entfernt und das Restaurant O Pirata (zwei Häuser weiter) sehr zu empfehlen. Wir würden jeder Zeit wieder kommen. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit in eurem Haus. 😊🌸

La villa était parfaite pour 10 voyageurs (avec 3 enfants). Nous avons passé une superbe semaine en partie grâce à la réactivité et les bons conseils de Patricia et de son équipe avec qui nous avons beaucoup échangé (une attention particulière à Danielle et à sa gentillesse) Merci à eux! Seul tout petit bémol, peut être le manque d'accessoires en cuisine, mais qui n'entache en aucun cas notre satisfaction. Je recommande à 100%.

My husband and I with our two dogs stayed for a month. The house was spacious with a fully equipped kitchen that had everything we needed for a long stay. The location was ideal, everything was within a 5-10minute drive including the beach. The house is lovely and private with a huge garden that our dogs absolutely loved! The wardrobes and mattresses in the main bedrooms could do with updating which I think is fair to say. The annex is very modern with new furniture and a kitchenette which is a nice addition. Again, the location is just superb thank you.

Phil’s place was ideal for what we needed as a family with 2 adults and 2 kids. Quiet and peaceful location, we hired a car and had the best of both worlds. Will most certainly return . Phil was a great host and answered all our questions very promptly .

Me and 7 friends stayed here for 5 nights it was amazing! The pool and pool table were both great and there was more than enough space in the villa for everyone. The location was really good too very close taxi to Villamoura which is lovely and a bit of a longer taxi to Albufeira but Ubers come really quickly around here and are quite cheap. The hosts were lovey too very welcoming and always responsive. Thanks so much we would definitely stay again!

A wonderful villa, located in a quiet and peaceful area. Fernando was helpful and responsive to all our needs. An ideal place to stay nearby to the marina in Vilamoura.

La maison est très agréable avec tout l'équipement nécessaire. La cuisine est très bien équipée, le mobilier très confortable, air conditionné, … Le jardin est également très agréable avec plusieurs endroits différents pour s'installer pour déjeuner ou diner en fonction de l'heure de la journée. Il est vaste et très bien entretenu, et complètement clos (idéal avec des enfants). La piscine est belle avec de l'espace autour et bien équipée (transats, parasols, …). La maison est très calme, sans vis-à-vis. Elle est très bien située pour permettre facilement de visiter la région tout en restant au calme. Un ménage a été fait en milieu de séjour (avec changement de serviettes). La communication a été excellente avec Christiane et Patrick, et les informations claires et précises. Merci. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille et je recommande vivement cette maison vraiment très très agréable.

Villa magnifique. Emplacement top sans vis-à-vis! 4 chambres de haut standing! Propreté irréprochable. Madalena et Jean à l’écoute! La pièce du bas top pour passer de belle soirée en famille avec billard, équipements pour le sport vraiment top! Quelques suggestions d’améliorations (en tout cas pour notre séjour) : check-in un peu rapide car on a du chercher les choses pour la piscine, puis pas la possibilité de déplier le store extérieur pour avoir un peu d’ombre c’était un peu dommage. Le chauffage de la piscine s’est mis en route au milieu du séjour mais après c’était vraiment top!! Merci pour tout on va la relouer nous nous sommes de suite sentis chez nous!

The stay at this rental was absolutely amazing. Jacky was a gracious host and was there for any need and informed us of the villa very well . As of the villa , the place was pristine and full of the amenities listed . Would love to come back here.

José et Catiá ont été très accueillant et disponible pour notre séjour à 12 dans leur maison, notamment pour remédier rapidement à des petits soucis (un problème d'ouverture de porte par exemple). ils ont aussi été arrangeant sur notre heure d'arrivée et nous les en remercions beaucoup. leur logement est beau, très fonctionnel et très très bien entretenu, il est très agréable à vivre. Le seul point disons négatifs qui ne dépend pas de nos hôtes sont les nombreux travaux de constructions dans le quartier qui engendrent quelques nuisances sonores matinales mais sinon tout était super! Merci à eux !

A really fantastic place to stay! We fully enjoyed the nice accommodation including a wonderful infinity pool. I would recommend this villa to everybody searching for a quiet place to enjoy your holidays !

The villa was incredibly well presented and had plenty of utensils for cooking if you wanted to! The pool table was a bit with our kids. Paulo was very responsive when I had any questions. Overall a wonderful stay and plenty of space for us all.

This spacious, often quirky house with annexe is exactly what we needed for our family + dog get-away. It's clear that "Casa Evang" has been in use for quite some time as a family holiday home, so everything is there and provided for, e.g. kitchen utensils and things like coffee capsules, spices, oil, vinegar, mosquito repellents etc. – I personally appreciate it very much when I don't have to spend my first hours on vacation going to the supermarket and looking for the basics! I can't count the many hours we spent outside, be it by the large pool or on the terrace, just relaxing, reading, having barbecues etc. Despite the very convenient location – the town center (with supermarkets, restaurants etc.) is just a 10 min walk away – the property allows for all the privacy you need, with no direct neighbours. Last but not least, the hosts were very friendly and responsive, allowing us an early check-in and changing the gas bottle when we ran out of gas on a Sunday night. Thanks a lot!

We were a family of 4 - 2 adults and a 12 year old girl and a 10 year old boy. The Villa was perfect for our stay. The kids spent hours in the large pool and loved it. My wife and i loved the peace and quiet but also the fact that we were a short drive from Vilamoura and Faro. The Villa was perfectly located and everything in the Villa (and outside) was of high quality. The Villa is better than the photos show and for us it was perfect. The owner was so helpful and kind. Highly recommend this Villa and we will be back without a doubt.

Just had a 3 night stay in this property. Close to the marina and all local bars / restaurant. Maria was very helpful and flexible with check in and check out. Responds to e mails etc very quickly. Quite a quiet street with no disturbances, there is a large garden and communal pool to use. Property itself is a little dated but had plenty of amenities and was clean on arrival.

Wonderful four days celebrating our 50th birthdays, as a group of 8. Gorgeous villa and everything we needed, peaceful yet close enough to restaurants and bars, and Liz was lovely to deal with. Thank you for a great stay!

Die Unterkunft war einfach perfekt. Die Zimmer sind alle super schön und hochwertig eingerichtet. In der Küche findet man wirklich ALLES (z.B. Knoblauchpresse, Handmixer, Milchaufschäumer, etc.). Selbst eine Eismaschine wurde dort zur Verfügung gestellt. Der Garten ist sehr gut gepflegt und kann sich hier sogar etwas selbst versorgen (Zitronen, Datteln, Rosmarin, etc.). Der einzige Minuspunkt waren die Holzliegen am Pool und der Holzstuhl auf dem Balkon. Diese sind schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen und nicht mehr sehr stabil. Diese könnten mal wieder erneuert werden. Die Gastgeber waren immer sehr gut erreichbar und halfen bei Fragen oder Anregungen weiter. Immer wieder gerne!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at Villa Concha; but it’s a house really in a quiet residential area. Very convenient for the Railway Station ( easy for Tavira and Faro) but a longer walk to the river front (15 mins) with plenty of lovely restaurants & cafes. The board walk is a pleasure and the boat trips over to the main beach across the river run all day at 1.5 euros. The pool was perfect & enjoyed our evenings outside with the BBQ. It was the outside space we liked best.The house was cool and dark but had all we needed. Traditional Portuguese. Fridge was good. Very modest inside but clean. We enjoyed bike hire & cycling to Tavira and down the cycle route along the coast. We used Pingo Supermarket. Fabulous choice of fish & meat. No car. Uber for 4 euros with our large shop. The weather was lovely and needed the pool! Our trip came together via Mark our host. His response to any query was quick. So helpful, reliable & obliging. Made our holiday. Thank you Mark.

This house was perfect for our holiday. It is very clean and well equipped and it is also within walking distance of Tavira town, so we could go out for dinner and have a few drinks without worrying about taxis or Ubers. It is facing the pool, and we enjoyed setting just outside the house on the deckchairs most days. Highly recommended! Thank you very much!

Very good house. Beautiful garden and good bedrooms. The only problem is the fact that the hot water only lasts for 3 persons… and the house fits for 9… it’s difficult for the showers.
