The home opens to a large covered rear deck which takes advantage of the northern aspect with the BBQ outdoor kitchen area off the fully equipped kitchen. No need for a car once you arrive - Jonson Street shops, restaurants, cafes and beach are simply a stroll away. The home is NOT available as a 'party house' and is non-smoking property. There are many airport shuttle bus services available from Brisbane, Gold Coast or Ballina-Byron Bay which will pick you up and drop you off to the cottage. Once you arrive, the cottage is walking distance to everywhere in town. A rare property, this beautifully appointed heritage fisherman’s cottage is a gem, very private and only a short walk to Byron’s beaches and township. The cottage is on a 1/4 acre block, surrounded by luscious gardens and trees, backs onto a nature reserve giving more rural expanse and tranquility.
