This was the absolute perfect find for our family to spend just shy of a week for our kids spring break from elementary school. being from Connecticut we really enjoy spending time at the Cape and have been a number of times mostly utilizing Airbnb. usually we travel in a group of 8 to 10 but only had five of us this time. This place was the perfect size and layout for our needs and the hot tub was a special plus that came in handy after spending time on the local beaches taking walks and playing with kids. The beds were comfy and the technology (TV, WiFi, and climate control) we're nicely up to date and worked great. The hot tub & fire pit were easy to operate and added a luxury feel! The hosts were very responsive and super polite and helpful. My son left something behind and they were very responsive, diligent in finding it, and went out of their way to make sure we got it back. We will definitely keep this place and hosts as a favorite for future visits to Sandwich!!

We loved this airbnb and stayed for 3 weeks. It sits right on the edge of the marsh with an extraordinary view. We greatly enjoyed how a short walk away is Chaffinch Island, which is a gorgeous park full of tides pools and hackberry trees. The space was clean and comfortable and Mary was a fantastic host. You can see a lighthouse on an island 3 miles out sea from all the rooms, even the main bed.

Just as listed...small cottage by the water and the view was stunning! I liked relaxing in the swim spa or by the calming lights and sounds of the fake electric fire-- definite cozy vibes! The kitchen is clean and well stocked with utensils etc. Feyza was great about checking in. Thanks!

We had a wonderful weekend away. The location is amazing with a short walk to the beach. The house was exactly as described and we were so impressed with the quick communication!

We had a very nice time staying here. It was pleasant, cozy and more importantly quiet for us. It was easy to check in and check out. Location is close to Train station to get around and plenty of Uber/Lyft rides available as well.

Amazing stay this weekend at Leann’s place!! Felt right at home & the place was fully stocked with literally everything we could need, she even left us some eggs in the fridge for breakfast! Perfect location, easy to follow instructions, very clean, super responsive! First time stay in RI was everything we could’ve needed for winter wellness weekend. Hope to be back in summer!

We had such a great time visiting Cape Cod. Christina was an awesome host, and the home was lovely. My kids loved the hot tub, and the costal decor. I appreciated the well stocked kitchen and personal touches. Great mid cape location!

Place was very well cared for, kitchen and bathrooms were spotless and had everything needed. The views of the lake are GORGEOUS. Felt like home, we had a great time even with the bad weather.

Beautiful, peaceful and one of the very best place to stay for tranquility. Host was very responsive and notified us that we could check in early without having to request. Such a wonderful message to receive to start a nice weekend away. Making us so comfortable to stay at this amazing cottage. We had a wonderful stay at Victoria’s place. The cottage was very clean and had everything we could need. We love that it is pet friendly as our dog travels with us everywhere. We love the extra added touches of treats for us and our dog. The lake and surrounding area is absolutely beautiful and the neighborhood was very peaceful. This is our second stay at Victoria’s place and we will definitely be staying again!

We would definitely recommend Deb’s and Sharon’s cottage as a place to stay. The location is great, as it is within walking distance to shopping, restaurants, and the water, but is tucked away in a quiet little neighborhood so it still also offers plenty of privacy. They were wonderful and responsive hosts and checked on us throughout our stay, though we didn’t end up needing a thing. They were gracious enough to allow our dog Bella join for the weekend too, which we appreciated very much as she goes everywhere with us. Overall, we had a lovely stay and would definitely look to book again if we make our way back to the beautiful island!

We traveled to Provincetown in April with our 7-year-old and our pup. Michael was a such a great host. He was friendly, helpful and proactive! The location was amazing. It’s right across the street from a delicious restaurant (that serves food and drink from breakfast through dinner!), 1 min walk from a bike rental shop, 5 min walk to the heart of town and 10 min walk to the dog beach! It was ideal for us! The place was very cozy. We mostly used the upstairs. The beds were insanely comfy and the bathroom was really new (and had heated floors and an amazing shower 🚿). Overall wonderful!

The cottage is cozy and comfortable, including the beds. It's in a quiet neighborhood yet very accessible to hiking trails, beaches, restaurants, and shops. Fiona was extremely friendly and helpful. She is definitely a Super Host! We would happy have stayed longer if we could have! For those who like to ride your bike: Rt. 127, the main road that goes around Cape Ann, is very narrow and has no shoulder, so I don't recommend planning to bike there.

I stayed at the Chatham Cottage for three nights with my sister and niece. It was a girls’ weekend in late March. The neighbors and street traffic were quiet. We stayed in most of the time watching movies. There are a few restaurants close by and we went out a couple of times to eat. The beach is close and walkable from the cottage. All the rooms were very clean. The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of linens and towels. The kitchen had essentials, coffee, olive oil, salt, etc. We brought all our food and snacks from home, even though there is a Stop and Shop nearby. Anything you may have forgotten to bring will probably be in the cottage. Meaghan offered early check in and late checkout since the cleaners finished early and were returning after 11:00 on the check out day. We all enjoyed our stay.

This tiny house was perfect for a couple and our two dogs! It’s a unique spot that’s tucked into a small compound in a neighborhood, so very quiet, but less than five minutes’ walk to Commercial St. We had everything we needed and check in/out was a breeze. We’re extremely grateful for Leslie’s flexibility with early check in, it truly made a difference for us. There is some minor cosmetic wear which I only mention in case that is important to you, but the space was very clean and comfortable.

We recently stayed at Daniel's Charming Cottage over the Christmas vacation break. The house was charming, quaint, and in a nice/quiet neighborhood, but also a close drive to restaurants and places we were visiting. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the bathroom and the kitchen were spotless. There is also a cute little coffee nook with a Keurig and a drip coffee pot. When we arrived, the house was chilly, as the house is heated via a mini split and a space heater. However, it didn't take too long for everything to warm up once we figured out how to turn the heat on the mini split. Daniel was incredibly responsive, checking in with us not long after we arrived to make sure we had what we needed. We are hoping to return in the summer - it's only a short walk to the beach from the house! Highly recommend Daniel's place!

Perfect spot to get away and clear your head. Wi-Fi and amenities we're great, the private back patio is serene and everything you'd want to see in downtown Provincetown is within walking distance. If you enjoy the type of vacation where you can park your car and not get back in it until you leave, this is a wonderful spot. It was very affordable, well maintained, and an overall peaceful spot with good vibes.

As soon as I walked into Carol’s place, I felt right at home. In fact, I was sad I couldn’t stay longer. Dennis is a great centrally located area on the Cape (next to many great restaurants and a supermarket). The cottage itself is in a quiet neighborhood right in front of Flax Pond (great for kayaking). It was well stocked with amenities and things to do I could just spend all day there. Carol was friendly and responsive. I would book at the Compass Rose Cottage again!

We loved our stay at Amy's cottage! It was exactly what we wanted, private and romantic and a perfect base to explore the Cape. If you appreciate the extra touches like real cotton sheets and a homey but tasteful atmosphere you will not be disappointed. Would highly recommend!

We had such a wonderful stay at this cabin! The owner was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and it was clear from the moment we arrived that they had put a lot of thought into making the place comfortable and easy to enjoy. The cabin was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. One of the things we appreciated most was the detailed binder the owner provided—it included a map of the property, local tips, and great information about all the activities available right on site. It made exploring super easy and fun. We especially loved kayaking with our friends—it was such a peaceful and memorable part of the trip. Between the beautiful surroundings, the well-equipped cabin, and the thoughtful touches throughout, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a cozy, activity-filled, and well-cared-for place to stay!

Visit on October 2024. The place was really cute, private, surrounding area very peaceful and beautiful, accommodated us (3 persons) really well. Very close to all important locations in Wellfleet. Host was very good at proactively providing guidance.

Mary’s place was great! Everything was clean, the place was walking distance to the beach, and it was the perfect size for 2 people. Would stay here again! Note: Make sure to bring your own shampoo and body soap. It says on the listing that soap is included but when we arrived there was only hand soap and nothing for the shower which wasn’t a big deal since we had packed some.

What else is there to say except....PERFECTION! This is the 2nd time we have stayed at Kim and Dave's lovely rental and we can't wait to go back again. They have thought of everything and it is a perfect location to relax while on vacation.

Marilyn’s cottage is beautiful, peaceful, and amazing. My friends and I had such a wonderful time relaxing and enjoying a much needed getaway from everyday life. I highly recommend staying with Marilyn! She was responsive and helpful and accommodating. Can’t wait to return! Thank you!
