The actual address of the cabin is 1166 Orchard Road. We allow pets, but just ask for prior knowledge. We are just minutes from 2 separate trailheads to the Appalachian Trail. Despite the listing saying 2 beds, it is in fact, 1 double bed. Sorry for the listing mistake. We want to extend a military discount to our past and present service members.

Our rustic cabin is built from 1875 hand hewn logs and is located on Spivey Creek in Unicoi County Tennessee. The towns of Erwin TN and Burnsville NC are just down the mountain for shopping convenience. For the arts, entertainment and airport convenience Asheville NC and Johnson City TN are less than an hour away. Come stay in our lovely cabin.

Our log cabin nestled in the “High Country” of North Carolina has been in the family since 1979 when my grandparents, looking for a place to retire, moved here after falling in love with the area. The cabin was originally built in Virginia but was moved to Valle Crucis in the 1950s.
