Location location location... I wanted to stay in Sandvika, because my mother lived there for 20 years, so I am very familiar with the area and it feels like home. The property is in a quiet neighborhood and feels very private, yet is centrally located, and easy to walk around the area for hiking, shopping, bus/train transfers, and easy to use trains and bus to connect to anywhere quickly. We had everything we needed, and were comfy and cozy and made ourselves at home. Very comfy beds. As described, the sleeping loft has a low ceiling. My daughter is not very tall and is young and limber, and was quite happy up there, but you probably don't want someone too tall up there. Host is very responsive and clearly communicates. They live in the house next to the rental, but we never saw them in over a week, so the rental is very private. Beautiful view of the bay and lovely sunsets from the deck.

We had a great stay! The house was very clean, warm, and full of natural light. It was perfect for our family and especially suitable for kids. Everything was exactly as described, and the hosts were kind and helpful. Highly recommended!

Det var et veldig koselig hus som inneholdt alt som var nødvendig. Var fint og ryddig, og akkurat det vi trengte. Et fint hus som ligger fint til. Verten svarte på alle henvendelser raskt, og var imøtekommende.

A wonderful House in a wonderful Location. The house was very clean and included everything we needed, like towels, dishes. The furniture is very good and leaves no open wishes. Our expactation were excelled. Thank you, Julia!

Nice place to stay. Very easy to find and clean. We were travelling and needed that place just for overnight sleeping. So we don't know much about surroundings or restaurants, etc. But for the overnight stay it was just perfect. We enjoyed it very much. Everything needed was there. We had a person with us who was in a wheelchair. It was quite easy to get him into the house. He could sleep on the sofa in the living room. And the rest room was easily accessible as well. So everything was fine for us - 5 stars for EVERYTHING! RECOMMENDED! Thank you, sir!

Landlig hus med stort og koselig uteareal. Korte avstander til kollektivtrafikk, stor og fin badestrand, fotballbaner og butikker/Holmen kjøpesenter. Vi storkoste oss i huset til Therese, og kommer veldig gjerne igjen. Therese var svært hyggelig og imøtekommende og svarte raskt på henvendelser.

Ein sehr schöne und familienfreundliche Unterkunft in einer wunderschönen Umgebung. Wir waren begeistert und hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt. Das Haus ist wirklich empfehlenswert.

La nostra permanenza presso l’appartamento di Maria è stata semplicemente perfetta. Casa calda, molto accogliente e tutto corrispondente alla descrizione fornita. Maria è estremamente disponibile e reattiva, abbiamo chiesto informazioni varie e ha sempre risposto in poco tempo. Ci trovavamo a Rjukan per arrampicare su ghiaccio ed è stato davvero piacevole tornare e fare una doccia calda. Cucina equipaggiata di tutti gli elettrodomestici necessari. Pulizia impeccabile. Abbiamo dormito perfettamente, letti molto comodi e silenzio nella zona intorno. Lo consiglio vivamente!!!

It was a great stay for halfway between Oslo and Bergen. Roomy and kitchen was well stocked with essentials.

Traumhaftes Airbnb. Ich habe mich bei Ankunft direkt wie zuhause gefühlt. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse ist atemberaubend und macht direkt bessere Laune, wenn man bei Sonnenschein aufwacht und aus dem Fenster schaut. Der Standort ist ideal, um von dort Touren jeglicher Art durchzuführen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind max. 15 Minuten entfernt. Nur ein Auto sollte vielleicht vorhanden sein, das macht alles einfacher.

Lille men virkelig hyggelig lejlighed med alle de ting vi som familie med 2 voksne og 2 børn havde brug for. Dejligt med tilhørende parkeringsplads. Beliggende midt imellem Slaatta og Vestlia, så nemt at skifte imellem de to områder. I gåafstand fra centrum med butikker og restauranter.

En virkelig dejlig lejlighed, der fungerer perfekt. Meget veludstyret og der er mulighed for at opbevare ski i stueetagen i privat aflukke. Ski-in/ski-out fungerer optimalt - dog skal man være opmærksom på, at man starter på den sorte del af piste 22, der dog meget hurtig bliver rød. Der er dog shuttlebusser til andre områder, hvis det er for svært for nogle familiemedlemmer😊 Helt sikkert en lejlighed og et område, vi med glæde vil komme tilbage til!

We spent our winterbreak holiday at her place for the second time around. It felt like a home away from home. It has newly renovated bathroom. Almost everything we needed was readily available. Berit was very welcoming. The kids had fun and we would denitely come back. Highly recommended

Fräscht boende med praktiska sovrum. Välutrustat kök. Nära till backar och längdåkning. Bra värd som välkomnar med tydlig info.

Great cabin in a wonderful area. We were there at the end of the ski season so there wasn’t much snow but the hikes around the cabin were awesome. Marius was a great host, excellent communication and super helpful. The cabin itself felt like home, very cosy and equipped with everything you need.

Our stay with Paula was so great! She is super sweet and caring, we loved the privacy of the apartment in combination with our chats when coming in or leaving the apartment! The area is great for snowkiting, skiing and cross-country skiing, so we did all that and then came back home to this lovely warm place with a hot shower, great bed and cute christmas decorations. Thanks Paula for this warm welcome to Norway!

Great place and great location. Has everything you need. Great with garage and lift up to the apartment. A bit strange to pay extra for towels and sheets when you’ve already paid 1400 in cleaning fee. Other than that a great place!

Et dejligt roligt sted, hvor der var alt vi havde brug for til en overnatning. Det var pænt, rent og funktionelt.

Belle étape à Geilo dans ce joli appartement entre Oslo et Bergen. Appartement de qualité avec de nombreux services correspondant à la description (piscine, sauna, jeux pour les enfants, etc.). Hôte très réactif. Appartement au pied des pistes pour ceux qui y viendraient l’hiver. À recommander.

This Airbnb was fantastic! The space was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The host was friendly and quick to respond. The location was convenient and made exploring the area easy. We live in the same apartment complex and we’re thrilled to be able to book for family members visiting from the United States.
