Pam was a great host. She was exceptionally quick to respond. She and her husband were very friendly. The house had great views of the lake, river and wetlands. We could even see an active eagle nest. The horses and chickens were an added bonus! There are neighbors but it was still pretty quiet. The house was clean and had everything we needed for a nice stay. We would not hesitate to return.

I will definitely be back! Shari’s place was clean, comfortable, and spacious. I have family in the Bushnell, New Philadelphia/Marietta, Macomb, and Colchester. This place just makes sense for my family and myself. Thanks Shari!

I really enjoyed myself. The staff was wonderful. I will go back again but next time I will get a full size cabin but I got what I booked and it was great. Just wish I would have gotten one with a kitchen. But now I know what to ask for next year. Thanks again for everything. Look forward to seeing y’all next year.

First and Foremost Adam been an amazing host he is very detailed reliable thoughtful and definitely organized. He made us feel comfortable. I can't explain how much me and my guy needed this and this was our first Air Bnb ever and the experience I doubt any one can beat...for the low star the lady gave for have to wash your own dishes well yes don't you clean your own house. I had no issues cleaning after us it is kept well and clean. my pups loved being out there...we only had issues w the TV that's because we are spoiled and have a big TV at our own house nothing of Adam's fault. the fact this man thought about every single need you might have he had it....I was kind of scared to be middle of no where but honestly he had everything for you and extra...everything is great quality as well no cheap stuff....I am seriously grateful and thankful and can't wait to come back....my guy also made a cool little rap song about the cabin lol. it was really awesome!!!!

This house was beautifully located right near Little Swan Lake. We had no problems finding it. The hot tub was great. Added to the wonderful view of the lake at night. Though it was just two of us most nights (two of our grandchildren stayed one night) there are plenty of beds and space to sleep a group. We had family over a couple of times for dinner and a cookout on the grill. Our hosts were great about contacting us back when we had questions. The downstairs was very spacious and had a nice-sized bathroom (which was good as we had a tornado come through the area and we felt very safe and secure there.) Power went out for 15 hours. Neighbors were nice and very friendly and even brought over candles for us. When the electricity came back on, all of our food in the fridge and freezer were still cold/frozen, which we were very impressed with. Thank you, Nick, for sharing your place with us. This property was ideal for two couples who were in town to visit family in a nearby town. We didn't stay long, but we were greeted by clear instructions from a communicative host. The coffee station was very nice and the kitchen was fully appointed (even though we didn't use it). The living and dining areas had ample room to hang out and the two bedrooms met our needs. Thoughtful seasonal decorations were appreciated! Special touches included a first aid kit in the bathroom, for those unexpected emergencies! Be aware, this property requires navigating a narrower exterior doorway and a couple steps into the home, if that is something you need to know. Great stay!
