We had a very chilled 4 days at Clare’s lovely pool house. Clare and her husband are great host very friendly and helpful, the village is beautiful and quiet and the sounds of the church bell ringers practising on Thursday night was lush, the pool house is warm and cozy.

This is our second time staying in this lovely caravan. It’s always pristine and lovely. I always felt like a home away from home there. The bedrooms are a good size and the extra full bathroom is a definite plus! I’d highly recommend staying here.

Beautiful property in a lovely scenic country setting, but being only a few minutes drive from the beach. Great indoor pool and a lovely garden. Property a lovely mix of old world country cottage, but with all the mod cons needed for everyday life. Everyone loved the holiday, from young to old and enjoyed watching tv together with a real fire on chilly evenings. Loved Uplyme and Lyme Regis.

We had the most amazing stay at Hill MIll. The house stands in the most beautiful grounds and is the most peaceful and calm setting we've ever stayed in. When we first arrived we just stood outside admiring the surroundings for almost 20 minutes before we even stepped inside. We had everything we needed and more. Our grandsons ages 2, 4, 5, 12, & 13 loved it. The natural swimming pond was so refreshing for a morning dip it certainly woke us all up!! You could walk directly from the house into Branscombe and on route stop for a drink at the Masons Arms (a beautiful pub) and then continue to join the coastal path to Beer. We would love to return and bring some other friends with us as we haven't stopped talking about it since we got back. Thank you Ian for being such a responsive and helpful host. See you again soon!!

We had an amazing stay at The Grange. The house, pool and surrounding areas were great and enjoyed by our entire family and the dogs. The children loved going to the chickens and checking for eggs every morning. We can’t wait to stay again soon.

Just come back from Mistletoe Farm after celebrating a Hen weekend there. We all could not fault the hosts, they were incredible & always checking if we needed anything, so helpful throughout the whole stay. Mistletoe Farm is beautiful & so peaceful. Plenty to do within the property. We all especially loved the pool/hot tub & also the karaoke machine was a big hit. It really is the perfect place either for celebrating a special occasion or a family weekend. We all enjoyed our stay & said it is a place we would love to go back to. Thank you again to the amazing hosts. Would highly recommend this air b&b 😊

Had an incredible weekend at this beautiful house, a group of 21 people for a hen weekend. The house is huge and lots to offer - a pool (it had just been opened for us which we were thankful for, I personally found the water very cold but good to have as an option), hot tub which was lovely, cinema room, games - football table/pool table and board games, karaoke (£extra), IPAD to connect music, BBQ we didn't use but a great idea, also has a bar provides a cocktail shaker. All bedrooms have an en-suite and there was so much space. We had a takeaway from a local indian and chinese which was very nice. The communication from Gill and her son George was beyond what I expected, we had many questions from the time of booking until we visited and their responses were great. George greeted us on arrival to show us round, great service! The only downsides there were a few long hairs on the sofa and the wifi was a bit slow but other than that no faults and I can't rate this place highly enough!

Had the best week staying here! The accommodation was exactly as described, very clean and such a homely feel. It’s the little details such as the speakers, coffee machine, dishwasher, books dotted around, blankets and big fridge freezer that creates a well thought out, all you need space. Gives that little bit extra compared to other accommodations.

We had a lovely stay in Wareham. The house is in a great location - you can walk into town, yet it’s very quiet, and it is a short drive to the coast. The house had everything we needed for a family of four and it was much more spacious than the photos suggest. Andy was very welcoming and provided a basket full of goodies. We’d recommend staying here.

We had a fabulous few days here over the New Year, and would definitely love to return! The perfect spot for some fresh sea air and lovely walks, and a super comfy and cosy house, we loved it, thank you!!

Once again we have had a lovely stay. This property is clean, warm and comfortable. It is very well equipped and ample space for the family. Excellent value for money. We will definitely return.

Lovely place absolutely perfect for our needs. Lovely 5 burner hob which came in very handy when the area had a power cut 12 -5 Christmas Day when we were trying to cook dinner for 20 people. Very detailed instructions both before stay and in the folder left in the house.

we loved our stay in Julie's cottage. it's a very comfortable and warm cottage, with everything you need for a relaxing stay in the heart of Wareham. The cottage is tucked away in a very peaceful and pretty street, but just a couple of minutes' walk from the Quay, shops and restaurants. The Italian Kitchen is particularly good. We were charmed by Wareham and this welcoming cottage. We'll be back!

Tess is an amazing host: wonderful and warm. One of my daughters' highlights was speaking to her and learning her technique for fluffing up the resident chicken. Her hospitality was extraordinary, from the delicious cream tea to bountiful breafast. She might have even convinced me about cream first instead of jam on scones...

We loved our stay here, perfect for a break away from city life! Big shout out to Alex and Rob for being great hosts, they were friendly, responsive and helped us with any difficulties we had. I loved that they had a chimnea, which allowed us to enjoy the beauty of a fire pit and the night sky. There is a river behind the house, which we loved exploring the area of. Would definitely recommend if you want a peaceful getaway, around nature.

I went away with my daughter and her 2 young children ages 2 to 5 years over the Easter weekend. The house is very spacious and has everything you need. The twin single beds were ideal for the children with a single bedroom next door for mum. I slept downstairs in the double bedroom it was very comfortable. The children did not feel restricted for space at all. the dining table was ideally placed for all of us . The convenience of having Tesco just around the corner with everything you need is a big bonus, so if you forgot to bring something it wasn't a problem. The island has so much to offer too. As Rachel explains, the entrance to the property is rather snug, but workable with a bit of shunting back and forth. The property was very comfortable, warm and relaxing and you don't have passing traffic or noise. we will definitely book to come down to Portland again and stay in Rachel's property. Fantastic location and a beautiful house. Carole’s instructions were excellent and apart from the parking being quite a squeeze, the rest of the property was wonderful. We enjoyed lovely walks around the house, fish and chips on the beach and a lovely drink in The Cove pub. We took a boat from Portland Marina to Weymouth on one of our trips and this was well worth it. So much to do nearby and the house itself was a lovely home from home. We highly recommend.

Mark has a lovely place and we settled in nicely. It was easy to communicate with mark and we enjoyed his place. Also ideal if you are two couples for example as each room was self contained. There is also use of a garden. Thank you

We very much enjoyed our stay in this beautiful cottage which is well equipped and looked after with good quality furnishings and linen. Very quiet and green surroundings, seemingly remote and yet very conveniently located for trips to Lyme Regis, various beaches, Bridport and beyond with good food at the Hive Beach Café and the Seaside Boarding House.

Our stay at Katy’s house was outstanding. From first booking Katy was very friendly and helpful with advice on places to visit and eat. She accommodated our requests in an efficient and understanding manner. The house was extremely spacious, clean, well equipped and comfortable, particularly the beds! The children loved discovering the playroom with its toys and games. The giraffe became a family pet to our granddaughter. We had a sunny stay so the large garden was a welcome extension to our outdoor fun. None of us wanted to leave. We hope to go back one day and share this discovery with friends.

The perfect place for Christmas. The house was decorated for Christmas very beautifully with two trees, a beautiful wreath on the front door and beautiful garlands decorating all the wooden beams. The house was very comfortable, lovely and warm. There was more than enough space for all ten of us. The sunsets were spectacular from the house and so lovely to see steam trains chugging past. Sarah and Julian were also very generous and left a large selection of sweets, biscuits and wine. All in all a fabulous Christmas getaway.

Beautiful location, perfect for walks and pottering in Lulworth. Home was very peaceful and lovely to stay in.

The house was ideal for our Christmas guests. Louise and Barry could not have been more helpful and kind and we loved the Christmas decorations!!
