It was a great place to spend a quiet and relaxing weekend!

We absolutely loved our stay!!! We didn’t want to leave. Beautiful surroundings, super clean, private space. We loved the hot tub and used it every night. What a beautiful place to relax and spent quality time with our family! We will definitely be using this spot as our family get away every summer!

This spot was great! Clean and cozy, in a great location with a little store across the street which was highly convenient. Comfy beds, loved the hot tub and was very happy to see that it’s covered incase of rain, and that there’s patio furniture! Would def come back

Our stay at Anne’s was great! We were a group of 6 people spanning 3 generations, ages 3 to 68, and this place met all our needs. Our kids loved the birds and chipmunks. My husband and I loved the access to the water and kayaks. My parents loved the view and hot tub. We were able to have family dinners and bbqs without any trouble. The surrounding nature was beautiful and was only a short drive to St. John’s or other historic towns (like Harbour Grace). Anne was very communicative and checked in proactively to make sure everything was alright. We are already planning our next stay. This remote cottage was perfect for us who were looking tor time to relax and connect, however the access to internet was handy for quick work check ins and a cosy evening watching a movie by the fire. Recommendations for any first time visitors to Newfoundland renting a vehicle - make sure to get one that is good for unpaved roads. Highly recommend this place.

This place exceeded our expectations. Nestled on the coast line, it’s a paradise for anyone who enjoys listening to the ocean.

This place was truly a gem. The home is old and cute. It’s comfortable and cozy and warm. You can walk to historical sites and a restaurant. The view is unbelievable.

A wonderful family getaway. The accommodation was wonderful for what we needed. She had lots of extra touches. Lots of space. Nice spot.

We absolutely loved this cottage! Everything was exactly as pictured, communication was almost instant. Everything we needed was at our finger tips with step by step instructions for anything we had questions about. We had the perfect weekend and even booked an extra night last minute.

Excellent location if you wish to see the boats in the Harbour decorated for Christmas. Just had to walk across the street!

After a pleasant stay last week, I decided to stay again. I wasn’t disappointed and I will be returning to stay again next week. Don’t think I need to say more, but the cottage was exceptionally clean and the host was quick to respond and friendly!

This place was so cozy, clean and peaceful! Gordon is a great host and was very responsive to messages. The cabin has little extras that made our stay perfect. And Bobby the golden retriever appreciated the couch cover so he good enjoy lots of couch naps :) We will definitely stay again!

Great spot hidden off the highway. Had everything we couldve needed, perfect for groups of 8-10. Lots of nature to explore nearby.

The area is beautiful the home is beautiful and it's a short drive to the local restaurant. It couldn't have gone any better.

This was the second time we have stayed here and we absolutely love it. It’s so peaceful to be able to sit outside and look at the ocean and if you are lucky, even see whales! We can’t wait to come back again to visit family and stay here.

So close to the beach. The view from 2nd floor to the ocean is breathtaking. Fantastic fire pit area… so private. Lots of water available ( little iron in the water) and so much fun stuff to do around

Beautiful location! Cottage had everything we needed. Would recommend!

We went there to simply relax with an old dog, being pet friendly was key, and if we wanted to sit still we had the best view and cosy picturesque surroundings. But if we did get restless, Carolann and Greg had both an online list and a book in the house of all the options in the locale (with travel times included) to help us plan a day out. Neighbour's were also very warm and welcoming when we bumped into them on dog walks.

A perfect escape from everyday life , to relax in and take in the great views. Perfect hosts .
