Mandy’s condo was a perfect stay for the weekend. It is very clean and comfortable and close to everything we wanted to do. Would love to stay again in the future.

For the price this was an excellent place to stay while visiting students at A&M. For reference, it looks like it was probably once an off campus dorm. The four bedrooms with private bathrooms were great to have. Only simple improvements I would suggest are needed would be that there is no lamps in any of the bedrooms, and no hand soap in the bathrooms. My bed was comfortable though. If you are looking for a quiet, inexpensive place to sleep it’s definitely worth it!

Zero complaints. That was as described and so much better than tracking down separate hotel room. My family had a commons space to visit.

We loved our stay here. Everything was very cute, clean, and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay for Ring Day.

We've been staying at Mandy's properties for the past 4 years and always look to see if they are available when we make the trip from the St. Louis area to see our daughter. She's wonderful and the place is perfect.

Have stayed in her properties before and will do so again. It's always great. Property is just as described, conveniently located. Hostess is always responsive and helpful if needed. We did have an issue with the door code this time and had to call. She had us straightened out and inside in under a minute.

This location was perfect for our stay while visiting our daughter at A&M for Family Weekend. It is in a very quiet apartment complex, and while it's a fairly frills-free place, it is exactly what we needed, and we would stay here again! Having a washer/dryer was such a bonus (bring your own detergent), and the beds were extra comfy. There's plenty of storage space and a huge closet, along with extra blankets. Although there is a coffeemaker, you will need to bring your own coffee. The decor is cute, and we loved how quiet everything was. It is a first floor apartment, but we heard zero noise from the 2nd floor above us. The drive to A&M is only a few minutes, or an Uber ride was super reasonable......at the time of our stay, it was usually around $8-9. If you aren't looking for the Taj Mahal, this is really an affordable, comfortable, and convenient place to stay when visiting College Station.

Aileen was very responsive and our stay at her place was very pleasant. The directions to get there and to enter were clear, so we had no problems on arrival. It was clean, and we especially appreciated the well-stocked Keurig cups so we didn’t have to worry about where we would get our morning coffee :) It was in a convenient location, close to campus. We would stay here again if available for our next visit.

Our hosts were very responsive. The condo was very cozy and comfortable.

The street is not nice with Target and Walmart shopping carts in the yard of the complex across the street & lots of trashy looking complexes. BUT we were pleasantly surprised at Chris' place, it was like an hidden oasis. Nice place and fenced in back yard with trees. Parking was very organized and check in was easy. Thank you for a great weekend.

Super simple stay. Very comfortable.

I had a wonderful time at College Station mostly due to the wonderful Airbnb. It was clean and amazing I felt right at home upon entering 10/10

If you are looking for a super updated place with lots of amenities, this probably isn’t the place for you. But if you’re looking for a clean space in a super convenient location with a very responsive host then this place is great!

Fantastic price. Fantastic location. Not fancy, but clean. Perfect for a quick weekend in College Station. It was great having four bedrooms and four bathrooms. We would definitely stay there again. For the money, it was worth it.

Super clean place, gated community and easy to get to with lots of places to eat near by. It also happened to be a half a mile from where we had to be for sports. :) Mandy was super responsive with any questions we had too! A little noisy but that’s condo life and it was a weekend. :) Overall good space!
