This was a beautiful home right outside of the park - the perfect place for our wedding party to stay. The porch and hot tub area are a nice touch. The kitchen was fully stocked and we found everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again for future trips to Fall Creek Falls.

We had a wonderful stay! The house is beautiful and the location (right across from a playground) was perfect for our three young children. The open floor plan made it easy to keep an eye on everyone. The host was very communicative and flexible. I’d highly recommend this spot!

when i booked penelopes cabin i was looking for one in the mountains with a view well when we arrived it was better then the pictures showed the view was outstanding with it setting on the edge of the mountain it was a place i could live in forever and for her to share it with people i cant thank them enough inside the cabin was 3 large bedrooms large living and setting rooms and everthing in the kitchen that you would need to cook or bake your own meals and the home made bread and jam she left us was very good. all the places we explored was within 45 min drive. cant wait to go back there which we will. thank you again penelope and mark for sharing your beautiful home.

Perfect for a quick little get away! Quiet and peaceful place to unplug and relax, especially in the hot tub. Blackstone, indoor gel fuel fireplace, fire pit, games, bathroom essentials and so much more provided. We will definitely be back!! Kassidy was a great host and very responsive with any questions/concerns.

Austin’s cabin was amazing! We had a great time celebrating my husbands birthday! We would definitely recommend this cabin!!

Inn Between was a clean, well stocked cabin located between many state parks that we visited to hike and kayak while viewing spectacular waterfalls! Returning to the cabin after a day of adventure was a welcomed retreat for quiet relaxation. The abundance of extra treats was a bonus surprise. The town of McMinnville had options for eating out and a grocery to get food to prepare at the cabin.

My wife and I didn’t want to plan a huge trip after our wedding so we decided to go hike at Fall Creek Falls to celebrate. Lana’s cabin was the perfect place to stay while we did that. We enjoyed the hot tub, grill, and fire pit. We’d definitely recommend this to anyone who’s looking for a nice private place near so many beautiful state parks.

We really enjoyed this place. We stayed at one of the smaller houses in the past. The extra room, King bed and a comfy sofa were great. Enjoyed breakfast on the screened porch. Great to get away from the city.

We loved Ann's place. Hiking to the waterfall out back was a special bonus. It's very close to Fall Creek Falls which was a great excursion. The home has comfortable beds, rooms, and hangout space.

This was a last minute trip that was absolutely relaxing with no worries. The property is nestled inside the woods with a gated entrance and a fence. Very private and secure. Catherine was a wonderful host and was very helpful. Definitely worth the stay and we will be back!

This cabin was exactly what we needed! It was quiet, secluded without being too far from a store, cute, clean, and comfortable. Our host was super responsive and accommodating, and check in/out was very easy. We are very happy with our stay and would happily stay again if we are in the area.

Carol could not have been a better host. She has just about everything available for your stay, including your first breakfast in the fridge. She treated us with kindness and joy and said that if we needed anything else, to let her know. The surroundings are beautiful and the pond is so peaceful to sit and admire. We had a great time with the catch and release fishing. You will thoroughly enjoy your stay with Carol. It is a joyous and unique experience.

My husband and I stayed for 5 nights here with our pup. It was perfectly relaxing, peaceful and had all the things we needed to enjoy our stay. There’s plenty of kitchen appliances, coffee and coffee maker, games, yoga mat, bubble bath supplies, streaming services etc I could go on and on. They have really thought of everything you could possibly need to enjoy a peaceful quiet stay here. We will be recommending this to our friends! Thanks Anthony!

Loved staying at Mike's cabin. Despite being called a cabin, it really feels like a home as it is clean and very well climate controlled. We never felt uncomfortable. It was an extextremely peaceful setting.

The Little Lake house was a wonderful experience for me and my boyfriend! The location was quiet and we were able to unwind and relax. Entering the home, we were impressed by how spotless and clean the living space was. There were plenty of utensils, bathroom supplies, kitchen equipment etc. for us to use as well. The bedrooms were clean and had extra blankets to use out in the living space. Jeff and Jill were very communicative and responded quickly to any questions or comments! I would recommend this home as there are a lot of nature trails/falls to visit surrounding the area. It’s a wonderful place to wind down and relax in where you can just sit outside and listen to nature!

We had the most wonderful weekend at this Airbnb! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The space was so cozy and clean, with everything we needed — from all the dishes to fresh linens. It truly felt like a peaceful retreat. We especially loved the back patio, which was so serene and surrounded by nature, making it the perfect spot to unwind. The location was super cool — it felt like we were tucked away in the woods, yet it was so close to the lake! If you’re in the area, be sure to check out the Cookeville Boat Dock and definitely take the guided kayaking tour with Kayaking of Middle Tennessee to see Burgess Falls — such a memorable experience! Our host was amazing, super responsive and provided us with all the detailed information we needed for our stay. And the decor of the place? Absolutely adorable — we loved the cute little touches throughout. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a peaceful, cozy getaway!

We stayed for 4 months during the winter and really enjoyed our time at the cottage. We were looking for a peaceful & quiet getaway in nature and that’s exactly what we got. It was so comfy and relaxing. We loved having our morning coffee in the sunroom over looking the lake. Kitchen is well equipped, wifi was super fast, lots of TV channels. There’s no cell service, but with the fast wifi you didn’t really need it. We were sad to leave! Would definitely come back, and absolutely recommend Melissa’s place for anyone who wants a peaceful escape.

This review should actually have 10 stars because it truly was PHENOMENAL. The location was everything we were looking for. The house? So beautifully and delicately decorated with love and family, it fills the space. It smelled amazing when we walked inside. The cabin was spotlessly clean. The hosts provided cooking water, drinking water, pop and there were even organic eggs in the fridge!! There were plenty of puzzles and games available; plenty of different settings to sit and get cozy in. The blankets? Ugh. So soft. The river? The rocks? Stunning. We loved walking miles along the river one way and miles the other way along the road! We really enjoyed being able to sleep with the windows open and wake up to the beautiful sounds of nature. We loved sitting on jump rock and watching the bats feed at dusk. Did I mention the axe throwing and the fire pit? The pool table? So many opportunities to smoke your spouse or family in games while’s having fun and connecting! We will be back.

We had a wonderful stay at William's cabin while in town visiting friends in nearby Elmwood. We enjoyed the property location, privacy and serenity. Terry the caretaker was great and checked in with us to be sure all was good. We will definitely book again next time we are in town.

Very beautiful home and location! There was plenty of space to spread out. Loved the screened porch, multiple seating areas on the porch. The great room was so nice having the open area to the kitchen, so when we were prepping meals you weren’t isolated. The bedrooms were nice sizes as well and private-nice for the afternoon naps. Our hosts were very responsive and accommodating, notified us that we could check in before 4:00 and allowed us a later checkout as we had family with a later flight! I HIGHLY recommend this property!!

This cabin was AMAZING, and the attention to detail made us feel like we were at home. We could have easily walked to several restaurants, and the view from the porch was so peaceful. We only stayed one night but so wished we had found this gem much sooner in our vacation. The linens were pristine and smelled wonderful. The homey touches, and beautiful decor were a pleasant surprise after staying in a hotel for several nights. The added benefit of a washer and dryer were helpful in that we were able to go home and unpack without washing a ton of dirty laundry! We will definitely be back!!!

Our family had a wonderful stay in the middle of the woods! We are a smaller group so the size was perfect for us to feel cozy. The driveway is a little intense, but we also have a full sized SUV so our vehicle is also a little intense. Shara communicated wonderfully with us while we were staying, and promptly which is something I appreciate the most. The location is definitely off the beaten path and has such an amazing view. Everytime we left or came back we couldn't help but comment how beautiful it truly was.
