Très bel appartement au bord du lagon qui est accessible depuis le balcon. Nous pouvons y nager, profondeur maximum environ 1m40 en moyenne. Le logement est bien situé dans une belle résidence. PS : pas mal de moustiques, c’était pas évident avec un bébé Merci à Geofrey pour son accueil et professionnalisme

+ Great location and spectacular view from the 47th floor over to the Dubai Mall, Burj Khalifa and fountain (which is being renovated until Oct/2025) + 24/7 grocery shop right next to the building entrance + The appartment is in walking distance from the Dubai Mall with a wide selection of restaurants and multiple food courts + Large appartment for bigger families with 6 or more people + Comfortable couch in the living room (differs from the pictures as well as the seating chairs), large TV with PlayStation + Large swimming pool but quite busy after 11 am. + 24/7 gym next to the pool - Weak internet WiFi in the appartment, no Wifi signal on the balcony, TV with low YouTube resolution due to low internet bandwith - Beds and matrasses are somewhat too firm/hard - Missing some kitchen amenities like a desent cooking/frying pan (for eggs), dishwasher tabs, additional cups and glasses for larger families (generally, not enough dishes compared to the size of the appartment)

I stayed in the studio, it's tiny but all the needs are available. travelling around with taxi or public transport is easy and Zayed responses super fast. Perfect location to stay on a budget in Al Ain!

I had an amazing experience staying at this Airbnb in Downtown Dubai. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to the Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall, and the fountains. The apartment was exactly as described: clean, modern, and very comfortable. The view from the balcony was incredible, especially at night. Check-in was smooth and the host was very responsive and helpful throughout my stay. The building also had great amenities like a pool and gym, which was a big plus. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Dubai and looking to stay in a central, vibrant area. Will absolutely book again on my next visit!

The apartment and the building are great. The location is very convenient as well. At the beginning it was not clean enough to my opinion, but the day after he send someone to clean it, so everything was to my satisfaction. Thank you!

Irina's place is located right at the marina. Private parking spot is a plus. The swimming pool is big. The apartment is very clean and well equipped. Irina is very responsive. I would recommend the place to anyone. I stayed with my two children and we had a great time.

Rohit is such a nice and warm welcoming person. He made sure I know the key people in the apartment and walked me through the whole house to the details and made me feel like I was at home. since I travel for race events, I find this place very close and easier to commute to the race track. Now we have become friends than just Host and Guest. I would highly recommend Rohit's place for anyone who travels on a budget. Remember, you'd have a friend for a life. Thanks a lot Rohit!!

My stay at the apartment was great as the host Magdy was very helpful, communication very well and was available from check in to check out process. The pictures are very accurate and it is a spacious apartment. Additionally, the amenities were great as there is a sauna, gym, swimming pool and jacuzzi. The area is great as there is a supermarket walking distance and a mall not too far. Magdy is one of the most phenomenal hosts I've come across using Airbnb as he went above and beyond to make sure my stay was great, comfortable and enjoyable. Definitely recommend and will be returning next time visiting the city.

All things good this is my honest review .he offered me food which was good. But the location is 8km from metro because right now there is diversion by the govt. and any time fire alarm starts whenever u sleeping everyday i do t know why . The sound is worst . Rest is good.

Great place for a getaway in the heart of Dubai.

I liked the place really very much, but the highlight of the stay was the host, my brother, Hasan. He is the sweetest, most considerate, friendly and helpful host I’ve ever stayed with on Airbnb. He dropped us to the Yas Mall because he was also leaving for Dubai at that time. Thank you, man, Hasan. May you and your family have a healthy and happy life.
